Search the order based on address through IW39....time out

Hi,
I am trying to run the report IW39 for getting the order list based on Address. I am getting this report in 20-25 min, some time it gives dump also as it passes max limit of 30 min.
Is there any way to improve the performance of IW39.

Thanks a lot for quick response. As these notes are very old (dated 2000, 2001) and you know we are using now SAP 4.7. Will these notes be still valid ?

Hi i received the nano 7th gen for Christmas and I only seem to get 5 hours of battery life. I use the Bluetooth and Nike app so I expect more drain on the battery. But I got more time out of running with my iPhone. Does this sound normal? I thought I should get close to 30 hrs of just play time alone.
ALso, my wife got me the Belkin armband to run with the nano but I sweat through the band resulting in the back of the iPod to get wet. Surely this is not good. Anyone have a recommendation for an armband that keeps moisture away from the pod?

iPod Nano are small and they don't use Wi-Fi access so you get less power time on a Nano. As for iPhone, since you got apps, Wi-Fi + 3G access, and everything else, they give you more time so you can keep using. Nanos are ment to listen to music, listen to radio, view your photos, watch videos (without Wi-Fi) and since you got BlueTooth on the nano, it counts as wireless access so it drains your battery faster.

How to create an order based on Notification through BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

I need to create an order based on the notification no. This is manually can be done using the Standard T.Code IW34.I am using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create an order based on Notification. I am getting the below message( which is success message)
Order %00000000001 saved with number 40001258
BAPI control was ended
Though order is created it not assigned to notification No. I am using ref key as '%00000000001' and also I tried with '%0000000000140232323' where 40232323 is notification No.
And if I checked in order the notification No is assigned to order as '%00000000001'. And when I check back the Notification, the order is not assigned to Notification No. How to assign the created order no to Notification No.
Code is attached for Ref.
Now the problem is the order is not assigned to notification no. Is there any FM or BAPI to do the same fucntionality..!

Keng Haw Soon is right, object key should always have the client like 010.
In your code you were passing it without the client.
Pass like below and it will work.
ls_methods-objectkey = '%00000000001000040232323'.

Is there a way to change the order that Ctrl+` switches through tab groups?

I prefer for Ctrl+Tab to switch between tabs in the most-recently used order (the same way Alt-Tab works), so I use that setting in about:config. Is there a way to do the same thing with the Ctrl+` shortcut that switches through tab groups? By default it appears to cycle through all of them, regardless of the order of use, which is very inconvenient for me, because I have tab groups that I don't use very frequently that just get in the way when cycling through them.
Barring that, is there a way to make it so that Ctrl-Tab cycles through all tabs, regardless of what group they're in?
I'd really appreciate any information. Thanks!

When I executed the program it show return_status='S' mean "success", But, when i check the Order of particular customer(IN front end) it doesn't change to 'HOLD', I need information on this API? what are the parameters we need to pass?

Rearrange the order of email addresses in the pane

HI :)
I have 5 email adrresses that are in the left pane (each can open up to it's inbox, sent etc) The order they are displayed in makes it hard for me to keep track of them, I'd like to rearrange the view without breaking any of them...
Only thing I can think of is remove the accounts and put them back on in the order I want... I don't want to lose what is in them...

I want 3 IDocs in target system.i.e 1 for 20000092,20000092,20000092
2 for 50000050,50000050
3 for 5000006
By using external definations i am getting 6 IDOCs insted of 3.
Problum 2:Is there any chnges/modifications in Directory when we are using external definations.
Could u plz provide me the step by step process(Repository/Directory) with using of external definations.

for this no need of BPM.
You can think of Idoc bundling concept to acheive this-just you need to do the external definition to change the idoc occurence

to achieve for each document no, one idoc, you can write small user defined function in the mapping with context handling you an achieve this.

Help! I cannot find and retrieve the contents of my Address Book from Time Machine.

Last week I backed up my iMac using Time Machine, saving everything onto an external hard drive. I then re-installed the OS X, and have since been steadily retrieving all the important stuff onto my cleaned up iMac. However, I can't find the contents of my Address Book, to the annoyance of my wife. Where is it?

Form based login, iframes and session time out

I'm trying to create a site using form based login.
The site contains a page protected page, default.jsp that have a logout button/link (clicking it invalidates the session), and a navigation bar with links linking opening them in iframes inside the default.jsp page:
I have also a login.jsp page and and a error.jsp page
Everything works fine I can login, I can logout. My problem occurs when the session times out and the user tries to access protected contents in the internal frames. He then is promted for a new login. The problem is that the login,jsp page now turns up inside the jframe designatet for my contents.
I woud have liked the login page to turn up at the top level i.e. filling the entire browser window (i.e on the same level as the default.jsp page). Is this somehow possible?

Easy answer: use JS to jump out iframe.
Best answer: don't use iframes, but use server side includes like jsp:include. Iframes have too much disadvangages, topping the extremely bad SEO and UX.

How do I change the settings so my computer doesn't time-out so quickly when I'm trying to send an e-mail and the internet's a bit slow?

I tried sending a smaller picture (about 300 kb) to some of my family members and before it got to them the computer timed out (very quickly, I might add) so it wouldn't send. We have fairly slow internet speed at times and when I was using XP, under tools there was a feature to increase the time so the computer didn't time out as fast. I had it set at about two minutes. I can't seem to find the same feature under tools in Windows8. I'd really like to be able to address this problem. Thanks for your help.

You could adjust the mailnews.tcptimeout preference, as explained in the 2nd point in [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Can_not_send_large_attachments this article]. Also, make sure there's no security program scanning outgoing mail attachments.

RSRV? Drilling through Report times out sometimes

I have reviewed several documents on RSRV on SDN but I have some specific questions.
1. While drilling down on a particular report, sometimes it would timeout. Can you direct me how to use RSRV to figure out the problem and fix?
2. Also, I saw a caution in one of the postings to be careful running RSRV on production. Does RSRV automatically begins the repairs or you get the chance after the diagnoses to make a decision to repair or not? What really can go wrong during the repairs?
3. Also, I know RSRV has these options:
   a. Master Data Consistency Checks
   b. Transaction Data Consistency Checks
   c. Size of Dimension tables
   d. Checking SID values
   e. PSA duplicate record check
   f. Checking Aggregates
   g. Partitions of Info cubes etc...
Which of these options really will help me identify the intermittent problem I am having with the report? I will appreciate some stepwise guidelines on how to step through to figure out the problem.

Gantt Chart - why do the orders have hash marks through them?

Why do the field orders that are displayed in the gantt chart have hash lines through them?

Those are aggregated by the Gantt chart. Right-click the block in question and hit "Expand" or equivalent. MWM v2.0 will aggregate Activities in the Gantt chart for display purposes if the Activities are similar.

We are getting in AFPO, but if the process starts from Enquiry or Quotation then there is difficulty.
Because there can be multiple documents of enquiry or quotation.

Why is the ios5 software giving me a server time out error when I have just waited 35 mins to download the file

I have just spent over an hour waiting for the Itunes software to download the new ios5 software and it fails right at the end as a server timeout error.
WHY DO WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH ITUNES?? WHY CAN'T THE SOFTWARE BE PUT UP ON THE SUPPORT PAGES.THIS IS NOT A NEW PROBLEM AS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANY UPGRADES FOR THE PAST YEAR ON MY PHONE AND IPAD

This sounds like an ISP issue of some type on your end.
The Apple servers have been absolutely slammed and have been timing out, but certainly not for the past year.
Do you have an Apple Store nearby at which you can try downloading upgrades?
