Second month i trying to buy the adobe illustrator unsuccessfully.

The payment went from my bank account ( 1 nok, i living in Norway, for verification payment) and then no activity. At my adobe account i can see nothing about ordered items, tried to take a contact with support but no answer. What i have to do? I want buy illustrator, but look like adobe ignoring me! Help!

Is your CS4 serial number registered to same adobe id with which you are trying to place the order?
This offer is not available to Education, OEM, or volume licensing customers.

first, rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old.
to find OOBE:
64 bit win OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
32 bit win OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
mac os: HD>library>application support>adobe>caps
mac os: USER>library>application support>adobe>OOB
if that fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
if you're using a dvd to install:
copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
if you're using a mac:
1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
5. Start the installation again.

It wants me to pick a product to download and the Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Student and Teacher is not listed. The closest thing to download is Adobe PS CS6. Please help me

there is no specific trial for S&T. It's just the normal program. S&T is a licensing/ pricing thing, not some technical difference.

I am trying to download the Adobe Camera Raw 7.1 upgrade for CS6. The files will not unzip.

I am trying to download the Adobe Camera Raw 7.1 upgrade. The zipped files download, but when I try to extract the zipped files, I get an error message saying that there is already a file with the same name as the folder name I specified, and that I should specify a different name. The four zipped components are META-INF [Folder], payloads [Folder], AdobePatchInstaller [Application file\, and payloads [File]. Evidently, there is a conflict between the payloads folder and the payloads file, but I cannot be sure. All filenames came from the download.

Are you using CS6 applications ? Camera Raw 7.1 is only compatible with CS6 applications. Try this as mentioned on http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5391
For Photoshop CS6 and Creative Suite 6 customers, we recommend that you install Camera Raw 7.1 by selecting Updates from the Help menu and follow the on-screen dialogs to download and install the latest available Camera Raw update. Tap View Apple ID
