I am searching for Secure Mobile Driver 3.0.3 but I do not find it. Could any one help me __??
Sorry more info. The app installed OK. Runs up Ok but then is stuck saying Updating within the app.Looks like it is trying to update the channels etc

AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client v3.1.04066 "The VPN client driver encountered an error"
Hello, I am a software engineer and have been trying to connect to my client's VPN using the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (version 3.1.04066) and keep receiving the error "The VPN client driver encountered an error. Please try again or restart your system."
I am on a Windows 7 system with an intel i7-2670QM cpu. My computer model is an HP Pavilion dv7.
I have tried uninstalling the software, re-installing it. I've tried restarting my system multiple times through the process. I've checked the registry and made sure the name was setup correctly. I have checked and made sure that the correct services are not enabled. I have also tried what was suggested on the support page and checked the integrity of catroot2 as well as renaming it and regenerating the folder. None of these have been able to fix my problem.

I have tried every kind of search I can think of to find any other solutions to try, and I cannot find anything else. Does anyone have any other recommendations of what to try in order to be able to connect to my client?
-TheJayDudeYes, I am sorry to say that several people have seen the same issue. It seems like the issue is specific to Yosemite and Anyconnect. My very technical staff and I have tried many things. The default route is missing and the file /var/run/resolv.conf is also missing which means that both the route and DNS server are messed up. We re-added the default route manually which allows us to ping the servers and even access them via the IP address
Run the command below before starting the VPN to get the default route
netstat -nr | grep default
Then run the following to re-add the default route.
route add default xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
BUT there is no way that I can find to fix the DNS entry.
We tried re-adding the DNS entries in the /var/run/resolv.conf and then restarting the DNS service
$ sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.discoveryd.plist
Password:
$ sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.discoveryd.plist
BUT THIS DOES NOT WORK!
If anyone can help us solve the DNS issue, at least we have a work-around for our technical people until Cisco and/or Apple can resolve it.

Problems with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1
Since I upgraded to Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1, I am unable to start my VPN.
The service does not start correctly anymore. I tried reinstabut no help.
Could anyone help me please?

Itunes re-installed and it keeps telling me the mobile driver device is not working
I have recently updated from Iphone 4 to 4s. I went to backup my iphone 4 but it didnt recognise my phone in itunes and told me to reinstall it.
I have done this several times by following the apple software instructions and it appears to have installed ok but when I go to link my phone on the the PC it tells me that the mobile driver USB device cannot be installed.
I dont know how to resolve this so that I can log my phone with the pc.
I have now changed my SIM over to the the 4s phone and its all backe up to the icloud and working properly but need to resolve the PC issue.
Please can someone help/advise??

Try a different usb cable, try a different usb port, disable any security or anti virus software. Try a different computer. -
I am a mental health professional. My supervisor emails me confidential information as Word documents, which I download using Firefox. When the download is complete, I open the document and save it to my secured flash drive. I would like to then delete the file from my computer, so the flash drive has the only copy, to protect my clients' privacy. The only directions I can find are for deleting the entry from the downloads list, but not the file itself.
There is technology known as RMS which you could set series of policies like only members in the company could access certain documents and if someone copy them and attempt to run them in another PC or outside company, it won't work. Take a look at:

ESATA/USB Secure Hard Drive is not recongized
Hi all,
I got this cool external hard drive in my work and it have been workin great... until now.
I had it connected to my computer and then my wife turn that computer into hibernation (ohh no), and since that I can't get my computer (any computer) to recongize it. When I connect it I enter my pin and the LED turns green (static) but the computer do not recognize it, it does not even say "found new hardware" when connecting it to a computer (with or without entering pin)
Please help, can I recover my data?

I had the same problem a few weeks appart with two 500GB eSATA/USB Secure Hard Drives. I had safely disconnected the drive but I only physically disconnected it hours later.
After that, the disk wasn't recognized on any computer I tried it with (Windows or Linux, eSata or USB). After disconnecting the data cable, the led stayed green forever (usually it turns red a few seconds later).
I was able to make it work again by performing a complete reset (but of course everything was erased and I had to re-partition the drive).
Fortunately these drives are used for backups so I didn't lose any data. But it is worrying to know that we can't rely on it so much... It would be great to come up with a upgrade that would make the disk more robust for that kind of problems. I didn't find anything for this product on Lenovo's support website...

Duplex Printing option won't work on ePrint Mobile Driver for P1102W?
Hi there,
I just set up my LaserJet P1102W for wireless printing, it's connected to my router so I don't have any problem in printing double side though my laptop as I can just use the printer like it's connected to my computer.
The problem is I am sharing the apartment with my friends and they all have their own router and own internet account, thus the only way for them to print though the printer will be either Google Cloud Print or ePrint. But when I install ePrint for them, the expected Duplex Printing option can't turn on, it simply won't allow me to select it. (as shown below)
I have done some search and all it comes up is some standardize answer that tells me to install ePrint Mobile Driver and the problem should be fixed, but this is the ePrint Mobile Driver, it still doesn't solve the issue, so please give me a solution, thanks a lot!Hello jkuang,
I understand that you are having problems with the ePrint Mobil Driver trying to print a duplexed job to your LaserJet P1102W.
Can you tell me, when you print double sided, are having to flip the pages manually or does the printer does this automatically for you?
The HP ePrint Mobile Driver supports printing on both sides through ePrint if the device itself supports printing on both sides automatically... i.e. the printer does the flipping of the page automatically (auto duplexing). If the device does not support auto duplexing, then the eprint mobile driver will gray the "Print on Both Sides" feature out, indicating that the device does not support auto duplexing.

Anyconnect secure mobility and windows 8.1 problem
I installed the anyconnect secure mobility client 3.1.05152 version on a couple o windows 8.1 workstations
on my home network.
There are no restrictions from my firewall towards the outside world.
When i try to connect for the first time i get the certificate message and the login prompt.
After successfully entering the login details the clients connects and i get a message saying that
the vpn clients is getting updated. After that nothing. If finally disconnects and when i try to re-establish
a connection i get the following message:
"The service provider in your current location is restricting access to the internet blah blah blah..."
That is not the case though. Osx vpn client from the same location connects successfully
I have tried removing rebooting, reinstalling the product always with admin rights. every single time the clients connects
the first time and ends up with the same issue.
Anyone knows what is going on?Is there an older package present and set as the AnyConnect image on the ASA?
If you could share the tunnel-group, group-policy, and any profile (xml file) from the ASA that would assist further troubleshooting. -

Issue history:
- Previously running Cisco VPN client on Windows 8 64 bit laptop (VPN working and able to transmit data over VPN)
- Upgrade to Windows 8.1 stopped the VPN client working
- Refreshed system back to Windows 8 and reinstalled all software
- Cisco VPN client would not install on system
- Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client installs and is able to connect to VPN host
- Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client downloads and installs software from VPN host
- Data transmission software returns error code #10060

After installing the 64 bit version of itunes my iphone still won't sync. I get the explantation that I mobile driver application did not download and i need to remove and reinstall itunes (which I have done numberous times). Any help?
Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does your device connect without that message now? -

I use Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1.05170 to connect to my company network and it has been working successfully for a while and until Sunday evening Feb 8.
Today, this solution is no longer working and I've reproduced the same issue on 3 different Mac's which have 10.10.2 (on 2 Mac's) and 10.9.5 (on 1 Mac).
I can navigate on internet without any problem but when I launch the connection in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, it time outs and I get the following errors:

I am having a problem with Cisco AnyConnect version 3.1.04072. When one of my colleagues disconnects from the VPN session, closes out the program, and then later on, reopens the client, the address that he manually entered did not save and it's defaulting on the two now-defunct VPN servers listed.
Here's an example to see if it makes more sense:
-User opens Cisco AnyConnect. By default, there are two selections available on the pulldown:
SSLVPN.abcdefg.com
access.abcdefg.ca
These two VPN servers are now defunct and we use a new VPN server:
access.abcdefg.com
The user has to manually type it in. He is now able to connect. However, when disconnected. Regardless if the program is closed or not, it does not save the new VPN server address, rather goes back to the default two VPN servers listed.
I've checked XML, HTML, registry keys, sys files, dll files to see if I can change the default servers manually. No sign of it.
I'm hoping that someone out there knows a solution to fix it.

You can create Anyconnect client profile on ASA. In this profile , you can define the hostname/IP that you wish to connect , along with hostname/IP that should be displayed on the client.
In the client profile , you can define these parameters - "HostName" and "HostAddress" as "access.abcdefg.com" so that any user , who tries to connects , will see "access.abcdefg.com" as the name displayed in the anyconnect connect field.
On the client, the xml profile (C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile) [Win 7] can be seen using those parameters as follows:-
<HostEntry>
<HostName>access.abcdefg.com</HostName>
<HostAddress>access.abcdefg.com</HostAddress>
</HostEntry>

Additionally, you can try to delete preferences.xml file to remove the redundant hostnames from the anyconnect connect filed.
Path for preferences.xml is C:\Users\Cisco\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (Win 7),

When the thumb drive is inserted in the usb port, an error message appears stating that the disk was not ejected properly. It shows as readonly in Finder. When I try to eject it, the spinning wheel appears and I have to relaunch finder.

Configuration File goes bad in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
Hi everyone
We are running a Cisco ISE Version: 1.3.0.876 Patch 1 for 802.1X deployment (Wired + Wireless) with posture assessment where the supplicant for the endpoint is Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client v4.0.00061.
Symptoms:
The Configuration is working fine both Wired and Wireless, but the issue is that some user suddenly start to have issue connecting Wireless with the Cisco Anyconnect dislpaying System Scan: Bypassing Anconnect Scan
(Some info are masked)
and When I digged into this found that the configuration.xml files in the path: C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Network Access Manager\newConfigFiles is renamed automatically into configuration_bad.xml.
Workaround:
Copy and paste a normal configuration.xml into the same path again.
Restart the Cisco anyconnect services or restart the Endpoint.
Question:
So was wondering if anybody has a clue why this configutatyion.xml turned into bad??
I'm goin to dig into the Event Viewer for logs about this before going to Cisco TACfirst poster -

Your corporate network may just have too little bandwidth, your taking a poor internet route between carriers (ISP's are often maxed out believe it or not), there is a speed an duplex problem or you have a bad MTU. test all of them. your pc's MTU should be 1300. MAX on all interfaces. use the setmtu.exe tool.
Jcohen - if you disable the IPS on the ASA does the slow transfer problem go away?
