i fogot the secure zone pattern passwors, but i can e ter open zone well. as i know open zone pattern if forgot pattern password several times can login to Google password sp it can be recovered. in secure zone there is no second option, and it may be need to fix this problem. anyone can give me suggestion,? i appreciate the comments for helping. thanks.

The thing is, most of the time the link text appears as a link, but not for everyone. Do you think this will fix it?

Are System-Generated Secure Zone Passwords Temporary?

Issue: Customers are not able to follow the link in their emails to get their secure zone password.
Guess: Is BC issuing temporary user ID's and passwords, if none are otherwise specified in the CRM record for that person?
1) Is that true?

Why? Because not everyone gets around to seeing that email within 24 or 48 hours (or however long the period might be).

No that is not true.
BC passwords are not sent. When you have a signup form you have a username and password field, that password is what they set it to.
Now there is an issue that with those fields in a form an email is sent out along with the auto responder or invoice in the case of eCommerce that tells them their password but also the option of reset.
This is the same email that is used when you trigger the reset notification for password in the admin.
You can supress the first time this comes out by adding a paramater to the form action.
BUT even if they reset you need to ensure the email is easy to understand and it is a reset of their password, not a tempory password etc and fomat it as you wish.
The reason a link will not work after 24 hours ish is because like other secure systems that link generated by the system has now expired and you would have to run "forgot password" again to reset it.
The link takes the person to a system page on the site to enter their new password.
You just need to sort your workflow from initial signup to them logging in so it is clear, presented well, easy to use and easy to follow.

It's a really bad idea to post your email addresess - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.
This is a user-to-user forum and no-one on here can take any direct action. If your Yahoo address is not working that's something you would need to take up with Yahoo - have you checked it by sending yourself an email to it?
Otherwise you will need to contact Support: go to https://expresslane.apple.com/ and click on 'iTunes' in the center column and then 'iTunes Store' in the right-hand column and proceed from there.

Forgot Icloud password and it's security answers

hello everyone,
I faced difficulties whereby I can't send my email and receive email using icloud mail, and i forgot the password for icloud, and don't remember the answer for security questions. i want to change my password and i even tried to format my iphone but i can't do that because it says that i need to enter my icloud password first. by the way, I use separate account for iTunes store and ICloud. this problem happen when I just updated my ios from ios 7.1.1 to ios 8.0.2. so i hope that everyone here can give me suggestions and solutions regarding on this

If you can't reset your password via http://iforgot.apple.com then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it (and your security questions) for you.

Secure zones with multiple passwords

To many of you experts out there this may be a rather dumb question but I am just trying to get the answer verified before I go back to my client with the information. I have a client that wants to have a portion of his site set up as a secure zone "for members only". He wants each member to use their email as their ID but be able to set their own unique password rather than everyone sharing a single password. Can this be done in BC? If so, how?
These members will not be administators of any kind, just customers with access to this secure area. (It might be a blog or news section of some kind, they have not been very clear about that as yet. I just need to know so I don't want to over-promise anything with BC.

Hi,
There will be one set of password to gain access to secure zones for each contact. Based on their zone access the login will allow them to access. So to answer your question it's yes contacts can sign up to a secure zone through a web form or your site admin can grant access for them.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

For a forgotten password: go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com; click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.
For forgotten security questions log in at http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Password and Security' in the sidebar. There should be a link in the Security Questions section to send the answers to an email you have specified. Failing this, go to https://getsupport.apple.com click 'See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'.
