Securing the Setting and Site contents and other pages

Hi
I have a internal web application, and i need to make it a secure site.
But if anyone in the organization know little bit of a sharepoint he can access the internal pages of our site, by just appending the below to the site urls:
/_layouts/15/viewlsts.aspx
/_layouts/15/settings.aspx
Please let me know how can we prevent anyone from opening these pages even if anyone modifies the url.
Regards
Paru

Are the users anonymous or do they log in? These pages are part of the SharePoint end-user experience. If I had contribute rights to a list I would expect to be able to use the viewlists.aspx page.
No matter what, the pages are all security-trimmed. For example, on the settings.aspx page users can only see links to settings pages that they have access to.
If the users are anonymou you can block access to these pages with the ViewFormPagesLockdown site collection feature (it's called "Limited-access user permission lockdown mode" in the UI).
