Security camera website not opening

Question

I cannot connect to my off site security camera it goes to the multi channel disk recording system web service heading but there is nothing else - would appear that something is blocking this - it works on my microsoft laptop

In Safari, Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences.
Click the Advanced tab.
Check the "Show Develop menu in menu var"
In the Develop menu, select "Show Web Inspector"
In the Web Inspector, in the upper right hand corner, underneath the search field, click on the gear icon and select "New Style Rule". It will create a new field with some text in it. Delete the text or just start typing. Type "#main-content" and press enter. You will get yet another text field underneath "#main-content". Type "width: 100%" and press enter. The site should show up.
This will only fix the site once. It will be screwed up again the next time you go there. To fix it forever, create a new file somewhere in your home directory, it doesn't matter where. Name it "fixsite.css" and copy the following content:
#main-content
width: 100%;
Save the file as a text file. I suggest using the Text Wrangler program.
Then, in Safari's Preferences > Advanced again. This time, select "Style Sheet" > "Other...". Choose "fixsite.css" wherever you put it. This should fix that site forever and might not screw up other sites.
