Security Code Invalid preventing me from signing in to iTunes Store

I just got itunes today and I created an account but I can't actually do anything because as soon as I click "Sign in" for the itunes store, I get a message saying "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your information." The only options I have are "Review" or "Cancel". When I click "Review" it asks me to enter my credit card information. I enter it, but it tells me that my Security Code is invalid. Now I know there's a workaround by using this information: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 The problem is, I can't even log in to go to my account settings in order to re-enter my information. I know all the information is the same as what my bank has on record. Is there any other way to fix this issue? It's preventing me from using the iTunes Store.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    The security code is the Apple ID of the person who setup the account.  You will need to have the person you purchased the iPhone from remove their information from the iPhone.

    Try this...
    Launch iTunes on your computer.
    From the iTunes menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
    Click: Reset warnings and Reset cache
    Click OK.
    Restart your computer, launch iTunes, sign in. Make sure the security code is correct then click Done.

    Type in the three digit code from the back of your credit/debit card to update your payment method/information. I had the same "security code invalid" response today... this is all it wanted me to do.

    Contact the card issuer and find out what the problem is.
    Was the card issued in the same countryas the store you're trying to use?

    I am at my wits end! Can't update any apps or download any apps. It kicks back everytime saying "Security code invalid", when in fact it's very much right and it hasn't been having a problem. Any ideas?

    I have done that thousands of times for my security code. Doesn't work and I have called the bank and they say no problem with my card. I have also tried useing different cards all together with no luck idk what else to do? Help!

    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, I'm not sure if this is causing the issue but it is a possible cause. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

    If you create an account for a child under 13* in Family Sharing, you must use a credit card as the payment method. After you create the child’s Apple ID, however, you can change your payment method back to a debit card.

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store
