Security Code is Invalid - Error

Why am I getting this? It's the same card i have been using for months. nothing has changed. I have even tried other cards. I know the Security Code is CORRECT. they are not pre-paid cards. I have tried both debit and credit cards. I eve logged on to the site from my CPU and it verified both cards correctly....however, when I try to purchase things from my iphone, it tells me a SIGN IN is required and I continue to get this erorr. Any help will be appreciated.

Also, make sure your billing address is exactly correct. iTune's accounts seem to be very sensitive about this.

If you're positive the information is correct, ask the issuing bank why the transaction is being rejected.
You're getting this error because the store can not authorize the card with your bank.

When I try to get apps (even free) or music on iTunes (even with my gift card), a notice pops up saying there was a problem with a previous billing purchase, then it takes me to my card info and address and no matter what it always tells me my security code is invalid. Go to Settings > Store tap on your Apple ID, then billing information.
Make sure every single bit of information in your credit card is 100% correct and matches the credit card information you have in iTunes (if you have an iTunes account and you have entered the credit card information there). Make sure your credit card expiration date is accurate and correct. Make sure that if in iTUnes you said you live at say 150 Red Road, you don't say you live at 150 Red Rd on your iPad.
Once you've verified the billing information is 100% accurate, save and then try again to download from the App Store.

ITunes recently decided my debit card's security code in invalid. But nothing is wrong with the code or my card. how do I fix this? Apple support doesn't have a clue what they are doing and will not call me to fix this.

My bank sent me a new Debit card because of some security issue. It has the same number as my previous card but new experation and new security code. It worked fine for months then all of a sudden Itunes decided the security code is invalid. Now I can't even update my phone.
For the last week I have been going back and forth over email with apple support to fix it, but they keep telling me the same fix that doesn't work and frankly they are the worst support group I have ever worked with. Same thing happend here. Yesterday I called and chatted with a lady who told me right away that they are having issues with people validating their credit cards. She told me to contact support by email, which I did twice, they replied with the following:
1. Contact your bank or credit card company and ask to speak with the fraud/security department.
2. Tell the representative that your security code is being rejected. Ask them to review your account to see what might be preventing you from using the card to purchase from the iTunes Store. Ensure that they thoroughly review your account until they locate and resolve what is causing the issue.
3. The bank or credit card company will need to remove any holds on your account. The bank or credit card company could also bypass the authorization process.
I tested my card with another trusted service who asked to verify with the security code and it worked fine.
I guess at this point you could call your bank (just in case) or just wait.

try to remove and readd your creit card then if this won't work, contat your bank that's the best solution or contact iTunes support, probably you have a problem on your account

Sometimes my credit card works, sometimes it doesnt.
At this moment, Itunes is saying my card security code is invalid...
I cant buy anything else and I cant upgrade my old apps, even the free ones.
Its not the first time Im having this problem...
