I created my Account about three years ago but i lost my iPod so i didnt use it anymore.
Now that i have my iPhone i wanted to load "whatsapp" but then iTunes says i have to check my Account Data first. Everything there is ok but there is a point called 'security code' that I don't remember. Does anyone know what this security code is / what it stands for and if or where I can find it again??? I don't want to create a new account.
PLUS I cannot open my iTunes store on my computer. It loads in the beginning but them stops and 'stays grey'. Nothing happens. It doesn't load so I can't download anything there either.
It would be so kind if somebody can help me!

The security code should by the 3 digit code on the back of your credit card, usually on the signature strip.

I have an ipod touch and I am not able to use any money on my accounts because it is telling me the security code is wrong. Can anyone tell me what I can do?

I am not able to purchase any upgrades on my Ipod, music, movies, videos, or anything because it says my security code is invalid. I am not sure if I am using the wrong numbers or if there is something wrong with my account. I have tried to change my apple Id and my password. Other times I am able to sign on to my Ipod with my user ID and password to do an update and it says there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. then you can tap continue and view further info, and when I do this it takes me to my account settings page with the info that I originally set up my Ipod with. I no longer have that same credit card and would like to remove it from account and update with a new one, but have not been sucessful in doing this by using my Ipod. Can I do this online somewhere? Can anyone help me out?

Security codes
The credit card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card.

HP Officejet 6500, Windows XP and 7, wireless LAN security code is not accepted

The security code of my wireless LAN is not accepted by the HP6500A. According to the diagnostic software of HP a code consisting of more than 50 characters is required (the total number of characters can not be identified because the code isgoing on out of the window). The security code of the route consists of 12 characters. Resetting the printer is not solving the problem.
This problem was identified after rinstalling the software after problems with printing: connection with the printer was identified; message: "busy with printing", but no printing result at all.

Security codes can be in ASCII or HEX. I'm guessing that the diagnostics is reporting HEX and the printer entry is in ASCII.
You can try running the diagnostics SW on the Windows 7 computer. It might return the key in ASCII.
A good option is to get the password from somewhere other than the diagnostics. Maybe you stored it somewhere or wrote it down? Once you get it try to enter from the front panel.

What router brand model?
What security mode are you using (WEP, WPA, WPA2)?
Which model of the 6500 do you have (6500 or 6500a)?

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

This can sometimes happen because there is a missmatch between the billing address entered on your iTunes account and the billing address from your bank records. See http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646.

Trying change my credit card info from previously lost credit card but can't since it says I'm accessing from new device and asks for security code for a card i no longer have. What can I do?

I've recently gotten a new laptop and replaced my damaged iphone. Apparently these 2 scenarios qualify as "new devices". This is fine but I also had lost my credit card previously that was connected to my iTunes account, and got a new one with all different numbers. When I try to change my billing information to this new card it won't let me because it says
"Your account has been accessed from a new device, and you must verify your payment information before you can make purchases."
and it asks for the security code of the card I had lost and replaced! I am not able to change my billing info to my new card thus because I can't get past this.

How do i fix my credit card security code invalid error?

I have been using the same credit card for 2 years now and for some reason out of no where its saying my security code is invalid and that i have been charge 7.55. its not taking money out because the security code is invalid therefore charging me until it starts working again. i have tried everything!!! Im currently with Chase so i checked to see all of my information is correct, went thru it again over and over and put in the credit card info 100 times and nothing! i no my card is working because i been buying things everyelse.....so what is the problem? i cant put on my account "none" because that option doesnt exist anymore....and i have signed in and out and reentered the card info and still nothing.

If it is trying to verify your payment info, I would be willing to guess that it is looking for the security code for your credit card. Did you credit card just get replaced lately or the expiration date change? When is the last time that you updated your payment information in iTunes?

You must be using a valid credit (not debit) card.
