I hope this response isn't too late to be of some use.
The requirements to meet Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) compliance are pretty stringent and the security solutions from SAP were fairly incomplete when I last worked with IS-A&D .
The answer is going to depend on what you are using A&D for. If it's for aircraft maintenance (MRO) then the main requirements from a CAA perspective are around servicability of components and declaration of components as servicable for aircraft etc... The SAP standard solutions need to be enhanced to include encryption to allow digital signing of these servicability delclarations. There are quite a few gaps.

SAP follows and participates in Security and other Web services standards very closely as we recognize the opportunity they present our customers for developing solutions and integrating systems faster at lower cost.
However many of the standards are still in development and so are not quite yet ready for "prime time". This means that we can't really publish a "road map" as it would be continually changing. However, if you want an idea on which standards SAP thinks are important, please take a look at this presentation [1] which was delivered at the last Tech Ed.

My goal is to have a claims based web application that authenticated to ADAM for Extranet. I have configured the servers exactly to MSDN and technet specs (following this spec to the
letter (

I have tried EVERYTHING (well, nt everything, I don’t have the fix I suppose).
I found plenty out there and nothing directly correlates with this issue.
I searched on all parts of the errors I got.
This contains an interesting blurb about setting up access for the apppool id correctly.
That’s not the case for me. It works in dev and the same id are used there.

You say its a multiserver farm, do you have more than one web server then?
If thats the case, have you tried accessing the site on each server directly?

Hi! So I haven't used iTunes in a few months but I just got an iTunes gift card and want to make a purchase. iTunes redeemed it just fine but now that I want to make a purchase I am having problems. I can't remember my security question answers and iTunes is requesting them. I have two other verified emails but the are NOT rescue emails. I can't contact iTunes over the phone because my phone lines are out and are going to be out for a long time. The only way I can contact them is by email. How can I do this? Security when wireless and how to do wi-fi on an iPod Touch
Please be patient with me. I'm new at this and not very tech savvy. My husband and I have been thinking about buying an iPod Touch. I am not at all interested in having an iPhone (We have a Track Phone which I barely use and barely know how to use beyond making a call.) Two things I would like help understanding before we lay out all this money.
1) What are the security issues when trying to do email from a wi-fi hot spot? How easy is it for someone to capture my 'signal' and get information from me (like passwords etc.)?
2) How easy is it to actually make a connection from a wi-fi hot spot? I read that there are certain businesses like MacDonalds that have free wi-fi connections. I thought it would be handy to have an iPod touch when we are traveling, especially for the maps and the internet. I want to know what you have to do to actually get connected from one of these hot spots.

2. Fairly easy to make a connection, as long as you are familiar with wifi and its settings. I say this because if you plan on using different access points, with different types of security on them, and different setups, you are bound to run into problems. I say you meaning "you", being that you aren't very tech savvy. This device is primarily a music/video player that has some nice additions. I would not rely on having maps or internet when you want/need them on the premise of finding a random free wifi hotspot. -
My iPhone 5 has broken and is being replaced with a new iPhone tomorrow. However, My carrier (orange) will b picking up my broken iPhone and I am unsure how to secure the content and icloud data on the broken phone. Is there a way to disable the data held on it and ensure that if it is fixed, nobody can use/see my data and access my account?

If you no longer have your iOS device
If you're using iCloud and Find My iPhone on the device, you can erase the device remotely and remove it from your account by signing in to icloud.com/find, selecting the device, and clicking Erase. When the device has been erased, click Remove from Account.
If you're unable to complete either of the above steps, you should change your Apple ID password. Changing your password won't remove any personal information that is cached on the device, but it will make sure that the new owner can't delete your information from iCloud.

How can I find out the server port for a secured FTP site and creating a FTP Connection Manager
I have to create a FTP Task to go out and get the files that our 3rd party vendor will be dropping on a secured FTP site. I have all the credentials to access that Secured FTP Site and have successfully done so through FileZilla.
Now I need to set-up a FTP Task to go out and get their files and in so doing create a FTP Connection Manager. Is there any way I can determine the
Server Port number from the Secured FTP site? I let it default to 21 and tried the Test Connect and it failed.

There is no such Trojan or other malware known today that will do that using OS X nor has there ever been one. The most probable explanation is that somebody hacked into your e-mail account on the server, so you should change that password to something stronger right away. If it had come from your Mac then there would almost certainly be copies of those messages in your Sent Mail mailbox. -
Security Deposit Interest and Withholding tax_ Query
Hi Experts
I have raised a security deposit request and received payment against it. Interest on the cash security deposit was also calculated and it was also posted to contract account subject to Withholding tax assigned to it.
Now, i want to know from which tables will i be able to access the amount of Security deposit paid by the consumer, the amount of interest calculated on that Secuirty deposit and the amount of withholding tax on that interest?

There are multiple tables where you can access the data releted to security deposits and the interest calculated against them.

FKK_SEC_REQ
Take the document no. from the above tables and go to DFKKOP, you will be able to find the payment amount (if any) against the SD line item in the clearing section.
Table DFKKIAPT will give you the interest information for the security deposit.
Take the interest document no. and go to DFKKOP to find out the With holding tax amount (Field-QBSHB).

Installed Java update three days ago. Now, can't play yahoo games as it's now blocked by security settings. Already have tried moving Java security to Medium and adding yahoo.games.com (including web address of game) as a "Permissive exception". Also tried removing java and installing older version. Still nothing. Really Apple?!? What's your beef with yahoo games?
