Security in Safari

Question

Most of the time while I have been using various flavours of OSX, rather than using the clear cache options I would always quit find the folders where cookies and history data were stored and do a secure delete. Especially after internet banking. Since 10.5.2, one of the folders that I used to delete is missing. These are all located in the home folder and are/were;
Users/Myshortname/Library/Caches/Metadata/Safari
Users/Myshortname/Library/Caches/Adobe
Users/Myshortname/Library/Cookies
Users/Myshortname/Library/Preferences/Macromedia (to remove flash cookies)
Users/Myshortname/Library/Safari/Downloads (if there were any)
Users/Myshortname/Library/Safari/LastSession.plist
Users/Myshortname/Library/Safari/History.plist
The missing item is;
Users/Myshortname/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari
Anybody have any ideas what's happened to it or what it's been replaced by. I've never used the private browsing feature and lately found out that it's not as secure as we thought anyway, look here:

Does any body know the correct commands to move to the trash the cache files that the above link finds? Then it can be securely deleted also.
