Security key card availability?

How do you get a new security key card? My cell service is weak in the locations i need it. Have they discontinued a physical card or token?

Security Question - Public Key not available

Hello! I am trying to access some online class, but I'm having difficulty accessing them. I tried looking at the log and I found this:
4/11/14 3:59:23.215 PM secd[235]: SecErrorGetOSStatus unknown error domain: com.apple.security.sos.error for error: The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.security.sos.error error 2 - Public Key not available - failed to register before call)
Can I have any help/clue in order for this to stop? If it helps, I tried doing this in AKO (military).

Thanks Mark M - That was the issue.
Of all the documentation in books and online i saw, basically say:
--Create a page, give it alias PUBLIC_PAGE
--At the page level, set it to "page is public"
--Change the logout URL in authentication template to redirect to the new page
The fourth step i guess is to make sure your app level authorization is set appropriately as well.

What to know before rebuilding your credit with secured credit cards

The higher your original CL, the higher they can be raised to new higher CLs. I remember using Open Sky secured card and the $200 CL never went up in a 6 months. I got a CreditOne card with a $300 CL and was increased to $500 within 3 months. Not surprisingly, when I applied for Capital One nonsecured cards, I started at $500 (the highest CL of my two secured cards). Your available credit is a factor in your score so the more money you can put into these cards, the better - bc your score will be higher and will give you a better foundation of starting CL in the future.
Keep in mind, there are of many fees associated with SCCs and make sure to take that into account from the get go. This can range to annual fees to monthly charges to even transactiom costs when you swipe. Read the fine print and find a reasonable card without outrageous fees. I beleive I used CreditOne bc they didn't cost as much as others.
When starting out, an upfront fee may kill your utilization the first month. For instance, if you have a $49 CL and upfront annual fee is $27, you're already at 54% utilization. And if you pay that immediately, it won't matter bc your remaining available credit will still be $22 and your first month reported to the bureaus will show high utilization (or in any lenders eye's - high risk). So find out what upfront fees will hit the first month and depsit enough money to stay under 30% UTIL. Build a healthy habit of not crossing 30% utilization and pay your cards off 10 days before they're due the first time around bc some companies take up to a week post your payment and you never want to be late. This way you know how to time your payments.
The amount of credit accounts also is a factor in your score so if you can afford to, get two or more. The best way to do this is apply for one, make your first payment that will typically include your upfront annual fee. Wait for that payment to clear, then apply for another card. Lenders see payments will often grant you cards with signs you pay your balances. This healthy process of applying for CCs can be used with the regular CCs you will be eligible for, usually in 6 months time.
Keep in mind that your reporting date is usually 3 days after your statement date and timing is key. Let's say you have a $300 card. You've used $75 to stay under 30% and you know your due date is the 20th of the month. You make a payment on the 16th for $75 and it posts on the 19th returning your balance to $0. The next day, your due date, the day closes in good standing. Within a 3-10 days the balance will reflect your credit report. Try to use 1-9% (or 29% max) of your CL in this window bc having 1-9% UTIL reporting is better $0 reporting and you don't have to carry a balance and pay interest. These rebuilder cards prey on those who cannot manage their cards. But that's not you bc you know the game and are here to beat the system.
You want move to $0 annual fee CCs asap so feel free to apply for unsecured CCs within 6 months. Capital One is known grant cards and forgive for past mistakes so apply there after 6 months if you're not aware of bettet options.
It also ould be a good idea to take $500 and deposit as a CD with your bank and use that as collateral for a secured credit card. Its the same concept as a secured card but you get interest back with your original deposit.

Personally, I would keep your utilization down to 10% or less for a few months and lie low, just showing responsible card usage. Keep checking the Capital One prequalification page after that, and once you become prequalified for the unsecured Platinum, take the chance, as the prequals are usually pretty solid.
When you get your unsecured Platinum, use it a whole lot and either pay in full every month, or, like with your secured, keep it at 10%-below. Meanwhile, definitely pay your secured in full every month. At about 5 months, if you displayed heavy (but responsible) usage, they should give you a pretty good CLI--I often see people go from $300 to $1500.
By then you should probably have your charge-off paid for, so, while it won't remove it off of your report, it will help. You'll also have a decent unsecured card, and by then I would feel comfortable applying for another card and maybe closing your secured card after that, since it unfortunately won't graduate.
BoA has a secured card that will graduate, but their prequalification page is utter garbage, so you'll be taking a huge chance by applying, and there will be a chance at denial even with recon. However, if you do get it, it will be great to have an evolving credit card in your hand, as you won't have to close the line (as I'm sure you'll eventually need to do with the Capital One).
I dunno, I'm a pretty conservative person when it comes to this credit game, so my offered plan might be a bit lukewarm, but I think it might be pretty solid for you. Good luck, you can do this!

Not able to logging in DAC 11g, throws "Security Key is invalid or unavailable"

I installed DAC 11g in Linux (Installed in Windows and moved it to Linux and configured). It was working fine and sometimes it throws "Security Key is invalid or unavailable".
I updated the DAC Repository schema details using standaloneServerSetupPrompt.bat file. Also getting the same issue.

you need to contact your BASIS admin and tell them to check if BM7CLNT100 is available for access and that credentials you are using are authorized to access it.
I'm assuming you're using SAP Authentication to login. If you login using Enterprise - you should be able to login into Infoview or CMC as BW changes will not affect that.

WRTU54G-TM asking to put security key

I have WRTU54G-TM at home. Ethernet-cabled desktop comp works excellent as well as laptpop with push-in wireless card (no latest model). This laptop connects to my wireless system not so quick but stable and authomatically, without any questions to put inside "security key" because my wireless connection is "open" (i. m. without any security code).
But I bought recently small laptop - notebook ASER E-machine 250-1162, model # KAV60 with Wi-Fi card inside.
When I try to connect this notebook to home "open" wireless network to go to internet each time the notebook asks me (during process of connection) to put "security key". I tried to put IP addresses that are on the router (192.168.0.1 or
192.168.24.1) but computer does not accept these ##. But the notebook contacts with internet very well with help of ethernet cable. How can you help me ? And thanks in advance, Al.

Linksys router does not support multiple IP address schemes. For example, if you're using an IP address of 192.168.1.1 for your router. then try to use IP addresses from the range of 192.168.1.2 --> 192.168.1.254 for your hosts. If your router's IP address is 192.168.1.1 and one of your hosts has an IP address of 19.168.24.1, then there are good chances that they will not communicate with each other. Even this, your actual issue is caused by misconfigured wireless settings. Therefore, try to verify your wireless settings.

Ipod billing screen wont take valid security key?

Alright, so my credit card time expired for apple. So I go in a select a new date for it to expire the next time. But when I put in the security key for my card it keeps saying invalid key.(note this is on my ipod touch). The problem is, the key I have IS valid. So I went into my apple account(on the apple site) and put in the key, it takes it and everything. When I use my ipod and go to download music, applications, or updates it tells me I have to sign in. So I do, but than it takes me into a screen with my billing info asking for the security key and to set a new experation date. Again. I did all it asked for, hit done, selected a county, but it sends me back to the screen once again saying the key is invalid. The apple site will take they key and say its valid, but on my ipod it says its invalid... So I tried going in and re-entering my credit card info and etc.on the site and it worked, for the site anyways, not the ipod. So basically my problem here is: Itouch billing info screen wont take valid security key.
Ive tried re-entering my info, making sure the adresses and everyting are the same, but nothing seems to work and I cant download anything to my ipod until this works. Please help!
NOTE: Please dont send me a link to the part of the apple site telling me to redo my info, like I said, I already tried that.

I am having the same exact problem. It's like I am not putting the right information, but I have quadruple checked several times. It asks for me to put in a a new security code then it takes me to city/county and it only has one option(which is the right one. I don't understand what is happening...I mean we have 3 people who have the same problem..is there an answer to this?

Hi,
To have a Secure Connection you must use SSL.Considering you are using tomcat server you need to activate the 8443 port that is available in your server.xml file present in the conf folder in tomcat directory.Secondly you must generate a keystore in your java directory.
following these two steps will solve your problem.Just search apache tomcat website for a detailed report.

not all key figure types are supported in BPS.
1. All key figure types must have aggregation SUM, SUM.
2. Supported key figure types:
- amout
- quantity
- number (integer, float, dec)
- time, only type DEC
- datum, only type DEC
All other key figures are filtered out and are not available in BPS.

How to find my network security key

I recently installed Windows 7 on my MBP (OS Mavericks). I am trying to make a connection from Windows to my home network (Airport Extreme). When I do so, I'm asked for the "network security key." How do I find that? I've searched everywhere I know how, to no avail. My network works fine w/ my MBP running Mavericks. Can someone help me?

The "key" is another word for your normal wireless network "password", sometimes called a "pass phrase".
The password generates a 64 character code of random letters and numbers. I doubt that this would be of any use to you, but if you want to see it.....
Open AirPort Utility on your Mavericks Mac
Click the AirPort icon, the click Edit
Click the Base Station icon at the top of the screen
Click Show Passwords
More likely, you have a Windows Firewall issue, or Microsoft Security Essentials...if installed....is blocking the connection. The anti-virus program can do the same thing.

My security key in Wireless Networking Properties ...

My security key in Wireless Networking Properties keeps changing. Itself to an eight digit key which I can't access. How can I stop this from changing itself, it started happening when I upgraded to infinity end of August beginning of September.
When I put in my wireless key info as printed on the card I get a reply that keeps saying the details are wrong, yet my wife has had no problems on her laptop for some reason it keeps defaulting back to this 8 digit code.
The operating system I am using is windows vista home edition
Help please this is becoming a bit of a nightmare .

WLC4402 SECURITY KEY

I have one WLC 4402 & arround 29 Access point (1130) in our enterprise network. Wireless users LAN segment is diffrent from wired users.Wireless users like Laptop users, Mobile users & ipad users which are connetced with this wireless & using enterprise network.
Presently we are using WEP mode for security key. This WEP key are week & can be cracked easily. so security point of view i want to put strong encription mode.
Presently i do not have any radius server.
I found there are some modes are available Like WPA, WPA2 with PSK etc.
will there any problem with wireless users to access application after changing the mode?
Please suggest us which mode will be stronger & could not be crack. Could we achieve without radius server or not?

Vinod,
If you do not want to use or have a RADIUS server, you can use WPA2 with a pre-shared key (PSK). This is the strongest encryption you have available to you short of using 802.1X (RADIUS server). Use an ASCII key of at least 8 characters.
Users on most platforms will be prompted for the key when they select the network. This makes the join process pretty painless for them. If they had previously joined the network with a WEP key, then their old configuration will be invalid and their association will fail. In some cases, the client may just give up trying and will not prompt the user for the preshared key because it is looking for a WEP network.
I have one customer that is a University. They actually change the whole SSID of the network each semester, which forces every user to create a brand new association to a brand new SSID that was never before in use. This has cut down on support calls for them significantly. You may want to consider this approach (of simply creating a new WLAN/SSID) so that you're not dealing with stale WEP configurations on clients that don't handle the security change well. Creating a new WLAN has the added benefit of you being able to smoothly migrate users over to the new SSID without causing a network outage for users who cannot migrate right away (or who otherwise need help doing it).

I see your recommendation to go to the 6600GT, and now that this 7600GT is out, I'm going to scale up another notch-- since it will be on an ASUS A8N SLI Premium board, with AMD Athlon 64 x 2, 3800 Dual Core Processor, and a gig of DDR 400 Ram in the new Antec P 150 case (now that they have the problem with the NeoPower supply worked out). I am building a quiet PC; I hope that this card has low db. Didn't see any utility to regulate fan speed, so will have to live with whatever audibility, but that will be the case with any card--except fanless.

Office 2013 Home and Business Medialess/PKC Retail: Is an Invoice and Photocopy of the original physical product key card enough as a proof of ownership?

With Office 2013 Home and Business Medialess bought through a retail channel (I believe formerly called Product Key Card) boxes, if you have an invoice and photocopy of the product key card. Is this enough for Proof of Ownership?
We've lost one of the physical product key cards but have a photocopy of it and this purchase is clearly shown on the original invoice.

Hi guys,
So when I joined this company, I noticed quite a number of "dodgy" licences for Office. I instantly flagged this to management (who were completely unaware) and bought around 30 Office Home & Business licences for a very good price. Now, all these licences have been registered to a single account and as far as I am aware, once they have been registered they are useless. Do I need to keep the key cards for any reason? Are these still considered proof of entitlement?
