Security question; HELP!

So, I changed the email and password to my apple account, the only thing left to do is change my security questions, The problem is I can't send a security question reset because it's only giving me the option to send a reset message to my old email (which I cannot use anymore) why didn't that email change when I changed the emails? I also changed the backup email address? can somebody please help me

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within, I think, about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;

Under everything I have read to try to change my security questions is not correct information. I go to manage my accound and security tab, but then it after i dont get my questions correct it gives me no option to reset them OR HAVE THEM SENT TO MY "RESCUE EMAIL." I havent been able to donload music for a year now cause no one can help me actually fix it I AM SO IRRITATED!

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I have a question, i have forgot my security questions and i have rescue e-mail, but when i go to Password & Security, i don't have option: "Send reset security info email to...."! And what to do? Please, help.

You're sure that it's a rescue email address that you have, not an alternate email address ? If you aren't getting the reset link then that indicates that your don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

i keep trying to buy an app in the app store and my appli id keeps asking me to set up three security questions i ve set up the questions more than 6 times but everytime i try to purchase an app it tells me i need to do it and it wont let me get the app i want unless i have the security questions setup. any help?

This might help you:
- Go to iTunes, choose Music in the lower left conrner, scroll down on that page and log out from your Apple ID
- Double tap you home button and close all application that´s running on your iPhone
- Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data
- Open App store, download a free application and enter/verify your information
