Security questions and answers are not being sent to any of my emails. i am unable to use itunes because of this. please help

    I am trying to buy music but the directions are asking me for 2 security answers for 2 security questions to which I don't remember listing at the sign up process.  I gave an aswere of what i thought and it said "Incorrect".  I just want to know where to go and retrieve my questions and answers so I can list them and be done with the buying process.  Can someone tell me where I would find that information?

  • HT1473 I am attempting to import my CD's but I'm finding some songs and albums are not being accepted.  Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    After attempting to import music from CD's I am seeing that some of the tracks are not listed in my iTunes library and in some cases, whole albums are missing.  Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong or how to correct?

    Now that we've established that you have the CD correctly imported into iTunes, we can move on from there.
    Connect the iPod to iTunes. When it shows up as a Device (in the left window of iTunes) select it. You will be looking at the Summary tab (or pane).
    On this pane, my choice is to have the option to Sync only ticked songs and videos selected. I recommend this option for you. This is relevant to the next step.
    At the top of the pane select Music. On this pane, check the options for Syncing. You need to have Sync Music selected and then choose either Selected Playlists (which will only put your choice of Playlists onto your iPod) or Entire Music Library. If you select "Entire Music Library" then all your songs (one exception) will be transferred to your iPod.
    The exception is: if you un-tick a song in your iTunes Library, then at the next Sync, it will be removed from the iPod but kept in your Library.

    I assume you have turned the Bluetooth on.... (Bluetooth not working).
    On the iPad, try a reset (hold the power and home keys down until the Apple logo appears). I do not have an iPhone so I have no suggestion there.

    I just ran into the same problem and here's what happen to me:
    I changed my phone plane (with At&t) to a more suitable plan for myself and my kid's iphone and for some reason, my text message service was stopped. All other iphone users kept receiving my texts because they were imessages with will work even if I don't have a texting plan.  I contacted AT&T and it was resolved very quickly.

    Not going to happen from here. We are users, not Apple. You need to change your rescue email address in your own Apple ID.
    The Best Alternatives for Security Questions and Rescue Mail
         1.  Send Apple an email request at: Apple - Support - iTunes Store - Contact Us.
         2.  Call Apple Support in your country: Customer Service: Contact Apple support.

    What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
    Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:

    Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

    Do you mean that the reset link won't show on your account or that the email doesn't arrive on your rescue email address ?
    The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions), or you aren't receiving the email to it (you've checked the spam folder on the account and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
