They will transfer you to Tech Support and even this person will not be able to fix it. Tech Support has to transfer you to Apple Security. NOTE: Only Tech Support can transfer you to Apple Security.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset (we are fellow users here on these forums).

Hi, I purchased an iTunes Card and I need to verify my security answers, I don't remember what they are. I have contacted apple and they said that they cannot reset them. I have also tried to change them but it won't work! Please help!!!

If apple say they can't reset them then it seems pretty impossible for one of us to be able to... just try as hard as you can to keep guessing what they could be. Ypu might have to make a new Apple ID - and write down your security questions and answers

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
The HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

I want to change mine security answers. Lots of suggestions but I don't see them. Try to make a rescue email but also without success.
