Security questions i have forgot and isn't sending the reset email

Hi, my parents have provided answers to security questions ages ago that we have tried to answer and they have forgotten so it says (The Authentication Information provided does not match our records. Please verify your personal information and try again.)
So we clicked the link to recieve an email to reset the security questions.
PLEASE HELP, i cant download any paid apps and ive tried so many times answering these questions, but the email hasnt been sent to us to reset the security question.

If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

If is the first time you are syncing your husband's iPod with your computer, it will remove his music currently on his iPod and replace it with the music you are trying to sync. If you don't want to remove the music currently on your husband's iPod, you can transfer your music to his iTunes library using Home Sharing. Just as the headline says. Keep trying to reset my security questions and apple will not send a reset link to my rescue email address.

Best thing for you to do at this point (if your email isn't showing up in the junk/spam folder) is to contact iTunes Support to have them reset your questions for you:

The reset link will show under the two questions on your account if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account. If you aren't getting the link then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
