See batch numbers allocate in draft document

Hi,
I have doing a good exit and I have chosed batch numbers. I have doing a draft of this good exit. When I want to do a query about the draft I haven't table to see the batch numbers which are allocated. How I can link batch numbers with my draft?
Thank you
Séverine

You can select batch numbers for a good deliveries (Right click/Batch Numbers or CTRL TAB on the quantity field) and then save this document as a draft.
When you open this draft and again Right click/Batch Numbers on the quantity field, you can see the batch numbers previously selected.
These batch numbers are not allocated (you can select them when you create another good issue), but there are saved somewhere, and linked to the draft.
However I can't find in which table these batch numbers are saved (I checked OIBT, IBT1, OSRD).
I think that the question is : where are these batch numbers saved?

  • How to print batch numbers on the AR invoice print out

    Hi Gurus;
Here is my question; I need to be able to print batch numbers on the print out of AR invoices, I used variable 492 in PLD and I am able to see the batch numbers directly linked with the AR invoice, meaning that I wont be able to see batch numbers that I entered on the Delivery even is the delivery doc was copy to the AR invoice.
Is there anyway that I can see the batch numbers on the AR invoice print if I entered the batch number on the delivery and then copied that delivery to an invoice??
My client wants to be able to send their customers and invoice with a batch number but he always follow the process from sales order to delivery and delivery to AR invoice and what this means is that he always entered the batch numbers on the delivery documents.
    Please help me!!!
    Thanks

If the ad hoc printer mode is not available for the envy, there are some reasonably cheap ways to get a wifi network in your car.   A cheap router from best but will generate the wifi network.  Does not matter if you have Internet or not.  A ifi device will also work, and most/ all of them run on batteries.  Lastly, if you have a smart phone or I phone that generates a wifi hotspot, that may be enough to support the printing function.  ( I need to test my I phone later today to see if that works.)

  • Report for batch numbers and delivery

    Dear gurus,
    Is there a report that
I can see batch numbers and delivery at the same time?

Use t.code VL06 and click on List outbound deliveries button.
In the selection screen, enter details like sales org, distribution channel, division, shipping point and actual or planned goods movement date (per your requirement) and execute.
In the next result display click on item view button. To get the batch data, click on change layout button. From the list of fields available (hidden field list) on the right hand side, select on batch and click on left arrow button.
Then click on copy button. You can see the batch details with delivery line items.
This report is useful, where in you can select addtional fields from layout button.

  • Rewrite draft document batch query for live document

    Hello Experts,
I have written a query that returns data from DRAFT A/P Credit Memos.  It returns all line items and includes all linked batch numbers if any.
I want to run the same query against A/P Credit memos once the document is 'added'.  Here's the current query...
    select odrf.docentry, DRF1.itemcode, DRF1.dscription, odrf.cardcode, obtn.distnumber, odrf.Docdate as 'Date Opened'
    from odrf
    join DRF1 on odrf.docentry = DRF1.docentry
    left join DRF16 on DRF1.docentry = DRF16.absentry AND DRF1.linenum = drf16.linenum
    left join obtn on DRF16.objabs = obtn.absentry
    where DRF1.dscription IS NOT NULL
    AND odrf.objtype = 19
I'm having a difficult time translating this logic over to live documents.  It seems there is no equivalent table to DRF16 on live documents?

Yes I tried that.  However my RPC16 table is empty.  Which is odd because you would think after adding a draft document into a live document the data from DRF16 would show up in RPC16.  This appears to be the case for DRF1 to RPC1 tables at least...

  • Updating documents - adding batch numbers to lines

Using the DI Server, we want to be able to update a document (such as a Goods Receipt PO) and create batch numbers for lines where the item on the line is set to batch on release only (hence we were able to create the document with no batch numbers on in the first place).
Currently, when we do this, no error comes back from the DI Server, but the batch numbers are not added.

    Anybody can help?

  • BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE, and automatic batch numbers

    Hello,
I am using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE and doing good receipt vs., a Purchase Order, GM 01.    The material is auto batch managed and I see the batches are generated when I go into MSEG for the good receipt line items.   However, batch numbers are not returned in the bapi return information.
Is there a way to get the batch numbers to return in the BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE bapi?  If so, please let me know.  If not, please also let me know and I will do a subsequent look-up to get that info.
    Thanks

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE will return the material document number posted. Use that to get the batch number from table MSEG.

  • Manual Batch Numbering from ASCP

Dear Friends, can some one help me what is the step to assign manual number for batch production that is released from ASCP Plan, as I ever heard there is a profile option that must be set up to do this beside set the batch numbering in parameter to manual.
    Regards
    Indra Stp

    Hi,
As far as I know, there is a profile option which controlls the released recommendations from ASCP WB as to whether convert planner order to batch automaticaaly or leave shopfloor to decide to do this task. Now, if you set the document number as "Manual" for this plant, this might work your requirement.
For now, I am trying to see what is that MSC: profile option.
Let me know if someone else has this handy.

  • I cannot re-open files that have been saved in Numbers version09 - it states "You need a newer version of numbers to open this document". This is the latest version

I cannot re-open files that have been saved in Numbers version09 - it states "You need a newer version of numbers to open this document". This is the latest version & also the one I have created/saved???

    Jules,
You may delete Numbers 08 if you wish, but some folks like keeping it around. Close all your Numbers docs and Quit the Numbers app, and the other Numbers app if necessary. Then click the Numbers icon on your doc. Then select Numbers > About Numbers, and in the window that pops up, see which version it is. If the Dock icon started Numbers 08, you can cure that by dragging that icon off the Dock and letting it go in a puff of virtual smoke.
Now, to put the Numbers 09 icon on the Dock, double-click one of those known Numbers 09 documents so that Numbers 09 starts up. Verify by checkig Numbers > about Numbers.
Now click and hold the Numbers Dock icon and select the Option for Keep in Dock.

  • Draft documents for Sales return and Goods return

    Morning, Exports,
I got two questions, pls kindly help!
    1) The draft documents regually if not with approval process, can be removed from draft list, but once it's with approved process, the "approved" draft document can't be removed. How to have it deleted from the list of draft documents?  As there are two many drafts and we need to take them out once its data was adding into system....
    2) Where we can see the serial# that picked for the draft document?
    Thanks!
    Emily

    Here are the answers ---
    1) The draft documents regually if not with approval process, can be removed from draft list, but once it's with approved process, the "approved" draft document can't be removed. --> TRUE
How to have it deleted from the list of draft documents? --> NOT POSSIBLE FOR DRAFT DOCUMENTS
As there are two many drafts and we need to take them out once its data was adding into system.... --> USE THE "OPEN ONLY" OPTION TO AVOID THE CLOSED / UNNECESSARY DRAFT DOCS.
    2) Where we can see the serial# that picked for the draft document? -->  GO TO ANY MODULE -> REPORTS -> "Document Drafts Report" --> Document No. [BUT THIS NO. WILL NOT TAKEN IF ANY DOCUMENT IS CREATED AFTER THIS DRAFT OF THE SAME DOCUMENT TYPE. THE FINAL NO. WILL BE THE LAST NO. + 1 OF A PARTICULAR DOCUMENT TYPE]

  • Sales Analysis Report for Batch Numbers

I am currently having an issue with Batch numbers and sales analysis report item wise. If the goods are delivered it does not show the quantity in the report. is there a way to make the quantites show. Open delivery notes show the quantity in the report. Could the reason be that once the delivery note is closed the quantity does not show in the report.????

    Dear Mr Shah,
If I understood correctly, you are saying that there is no issue in adding the document with the batch but it is not shown in the Sales Analysis report?
The Sales Analysis report does not show information regarding the quantity because it focuses on the value of the document.
In order to have an overview on the trasactions related to the batches please use the Batch Number Transaction Report under Inventory - Inventory report.

  • Duplicate entries (Batch numbers) in printout

    Hi experts,
we are using Inventory Transfer for Consignment Stock in B1. When we print the document we get an inventory transfer document and a Delivery Note/Packing List that shows the batch numbers ("Batch Report in Document Structure").
However, the line with the batch number always shows up twice. It just duplicates it as it would grab the information from two different tables. But this is confusing and makes no sense at all to have a double entry.
I'm using a customized template. There are three fields in the repetitive area that show up twice in the printout:
    - OIBT - Batch No. for Item: Batch Attribute 1
    - OIBT - Batch No. for Item: Quantity
    - OIBT - Batch No. for Item: Location
Thanks in advance for your help.
Please let me know in case you need more information. I spent several hours to figure out why it duplicates the entries, but I couldn't find a solution.

With customization I mean that it's different from the system template. I deleted some fields we don't need etc.
I changed it to the system template (Batch Report (System)), but with this template I get the same. The line from the repetitive area shows up twice in the printout.
I thought there is only one table where the template grabs the information, but it looks like there are two separate sources.
