Seeburger AS2 HTTPS receiver channel error

Hi,
I am getting the following error in the receiver Seeburger AS2 channel with HTPS connection and going through a proxy to the Partner.All the certificates have been installed,proxy server information gives,mentioned the key store values and encryption certificate values have been mentioned in the receiver agreement that is using the channel.
Message processing failed. Cause: javax.resource.ResourceException: Fatal exception: javax.resource.ResourceException: SEEBURGER AS2: HTTP-Client component init failed # java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.seeburger.ksm.cryptoapi.exception.CryptoApiException: Could not retrieve alias collection., SEEBURGER AS2: HTTP-Client component init failed # java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.seeburger.ksm.cryptoapi.exception.CryptoApiException: Could not retrieve alias collection.
Can you please give me an idea whether I am missing something or any configuration settings I need to make.

Thank you for the link.The first thing I have looked at is the link you gave me.But when I give with * it is complaining that it is not able to retrieve the certificates.
TRUSTED/AS2CERTS/*,but I have backward slashes..may be OS is different ,I think the original poste might have Windows servers.
any other ideas please.

There is one scenario in our landscape, its running in production, Proxy to As2. The interface working fine for last 2 weeks, today its showing error in As2 receiver channel saying

Hi Ruchi,
500 means the requested server does not understand the request (the requested service is unknown). The reason is obvisiously outside of PI. You have to contact the 3rd party owner and ask why the system is refusing the request instead of responsing like before.

Changing HTTP-Parameters for HTTP Receiver Channel

Dear all,
we have a partner we send files to using the simple HTTP adapter.
We have different types of messages (interfaces) we send to the partner.
Our partner expects the message type as a parameter of the URL. Such as http://xxx:000/xxx?msgtype=outbound
In turn, the "outbound" could also be "inbound" - depending on the message type.
I want to avoid using to services with two adapters.
Thus, my question to you: Do you have an idea how I could manipulate the parameter's value?

Hi Helge,
if you have Sp14 and above you can try setting the url
dynamically in the mapping using Adapter-Specific Message Attributes in the http receiver channel:

this way it should be no problem to change it

Http receiver channel works fine. SM59 gives an error

Hi,
I've set up HTTP receiver communication channel with the following details:
addressing type       : URL address
target host                : cl-test.zzzz.nl
service number        : 20212
path                          : /zz/servlet/runHXML?site=sap&thread=something
authentication data   : use logon for NON sap system.
When i send a message it arrives at the receiver side, and i get "succesfully processed" in the sxmb_moni.
I want to use addressing type HTTP destination instead of URL address so i created an HTTP destination (type G) in SM59 with the same details.
But when i perform the connection test i get an Internal Server Error
(~response_line HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error)
I tried replacing the target hostname with the ip-address, but still the same response.
What can be wrong?

Hello Robert,
When you try to test the HTTP destination in SM59, XI send a HTTP Post to the target system but with no payload.
In your case I assume that the Target System cannot process this message and hence triggers a Internal server Error - HTTP 500.
Can you use this HTTP destination and try to test the working scenario end to end. This should work.

Seeburger AS2 Adapter: Receiving multiple messages

Hi guys,
I'm having some trouble using AS2 Adapter for receiving multiple messages. The problem is really similar to Peter's problem.
Seebuger AS2 adapter for XI as sender for multiple messages
I have it configured for one scenario and it's working fine. The problem is when I'm trying to receive other messages for the same Party but different services. Meaning, I've one Party(example BMW) and several services (BMW_DE, BMW_USA, etc). I'm able to receive messages from service BMW_DE but when configuring BMW_USA I'm getting HTTP 403 Forbidden.
This error may have different reasons:
a) You or your partner has entered an incorrect AS2 ID for one of the involved parties.
b) A valid sender agreement is missing.
c) There are more then one AS2 sender agreements with the same sender AND receiver party.
d) The corresponding inbound channel is set to inactive.
And the problem is that there are two sender agreements. Although the services are different, XI is not able to find the correct sender agreement to be used. After deleting the second second agreement, I'm able to send the respective message....
Can anyone give me a hint on how to solve this problem?

Hi,
this is done by different AS2 subjects. The sender agreement is selected based on this. So create separate AS2 receiver adapters for every message you need and put there different message subjects.
So if you'll have 3 AS2 receiver channels with subjects:
MessageType1_DE
MessageType1_US
the AS2 adapter will work like following:
first it tries to find an exact message subject, if it is found, message is "assigned" to this sender agreement. If no exact message matches the subject, then wildcards are used. (this mechanism is described in the Seeburger AS2 guide).
If you are getting 403 HTTP code, there may be also problem with authentication certificates.
Another problem may be, you don't have configured AS2 receiver channel for current subject.

1. A sender AS2 communication channel with protocol as u201Ereports‟
2. A sender agreement using above communication channel.

SOAP Receiver Channel error

Dear PI and SOAP experts:
I have been having trouble getting a SOAP Receiver channel working for a webservice. I get the following error in the SOAP receiver channel:
SOAP: response message contains an error XIAdapter/PARSING/ADAPTER.SOAP_EXCEPTION - soap fault: content-type of the request should be text/xml
I also forced the content-type as text/xml;charset=utf-8 from PI by using the MessageTransformBean as a module in the SOAP Receiver channel, but still getting the same response.
When I called the same w/s using XMLSpy and SOAPUI, it works fine and I get a positive response. So there is no problem with the webservice.
I also tried calling a different webservice from PI and that works fine too. So there is no problem with outbound communication with PI and the SOAP receiver channel either.
But whenever I send the request from PI to the first webservice it gives me the above error.

Seeburger AS2 Adapter sending message error

I have configured a FAck scenario as described by the Seeburger Manual and am testing a AS2 messaging scenario with a vendor (basically the inbound EDI message is passed to the Seeburger splitter to create a new message for the inbound order, and then the existing payload is mapped to a Funcational Acknowledgement and sent back to the vendor). I receive the message fine and the message split to create the order works fine, however when the FAck is passed to the AS2 receiver adapter (for transmission to the 3rd party) I get the following error:

I'm not sure where the "duplicate" message comes from as this message definitely has not been sent before.
If I extract the same inbound message from the payload and pass it in using a file adapter (rather than the AS2 sender adapter) then the functional acknowledgement is created and transmitted to the vendor without any issues ...
Has anyone who has had some experience with the Seeburger AS2 adapter got any possible suggestions for resolving this issue?

OFTP_TCP Receiver channel error

To an exisitng sceanrio of EDI Sales Invoices i have added new party. For this i have taken as refrence an exisiting party in the scenario.
While testing newly configured party interface I am getting the errors in receiver channel as below.
Delivery of the message to the application using connection OFTP_TCP_http://seeburger.com/xi failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Fatal exception: com.sap.aii.af.ra.cci.XIRecoverableException: Recoverable Error: Invalid state transition in session state machine.: State: WF_CF_CF, event: REL_IND, Recoverable Error: Invalid state transition in session state machine.: State: WF_CF_CF, event: REL_IND: javax.resource.ResourceException: Fatal exception: com.sap.aii.af.ra.cci.XIRecoverableException: Recoverable Error: Invalid state transition in session state machine.: State: WF_CF_CF, event: REL_IND, Recoverable Error: Invalid state transition in session state machine.: State: WF_.
When I have tested the existing party interface the message was processed successfully.

Hi,
Total 18 party's were there. All parties were had having the same Sender & Reciever SSID. I have copied the same channel. An module was used "SaveAttachment". Modified the parameter value of this. I.e to save the file using parameter name.
Provided ODETTE as Agency, Scheme - OFTP and Name - XXXXXXXXX0453.
The Invoice messages are successfull in MONI for newly added party.The Idoc messages are converted into EDI format too.

Hi,
Did you try connecting to the SFTP server using filezilla? May be something might have changed on the FTP server.
You can use the xpi inspector to get additional information.

JDBC Receiver Channel Error

Hi All,
Very Urgent!!!
My scenario is RFC to JDBC async . Earlier scenarion is working fine but not its showing error,
"Delivering the message to the application using connection JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error when attempting to get processing resources: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: The resource pool has already been destroyed."
For that already restart JAVA stack once and change some configuration in receiver channel like, timeout parameter in advence tab and check that "Disconnect from Database after processing each message"
But same error occurs when I try to resend the data again.

I have to put in place a scenario for message reicipt of EDI messages via Internet using AS2 on http.
We use the seeburger AS2 adapter.
I try to configure the AS2 sender adapter, but there are many options, which I do not know how to fill, and which aint documented either.
I use the following config:
Tranport Protocol: http
Message Protocol:AS2
Adapter Engine: Integration Server
AS2 Authentification neccessary: When do I have to set this?
Message Title: *
Asynchronous MDN configuration
SSL certificate alias: where do I get this from?
SSL client certificate: what do I put in here?
use proxy: Do I specify the data of our SAP Web dispatcher here?

FTP receiver channel error: No route to host

Hello,
I am using a ftp receiver channel and got the following error:
java.lang.Exception: ftp access error: java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host.
The following steps are processed right:
- Connection to FTP-Server "XXXX", Folder "/public_html/external/eh/"
- Write to FTP-Server "XXXX", Folder "/public_html/external/eh/", file "xyz.xml"
- Sending: Modus "TXT", Size XXX, Codepage UTF-8
And then the error occurs.
It seems that the channel could connect to the server and start sending the data, but then the error occurs.
Did anybody know this problem?

Hi Thomas -
Is your FTP server configured for active or passive data connections? If active, you need SP15. Before SP15, only passive data connections are supported.

Facing below error in SFTP receiver channel.
This is the first run of SFTP adapter on our PI server.
Message could not be forwarded to the JCA adapter. Failed to create JCA connection. Reason: c:\temp\sample_ra_output.5.txt (The system cannot find the path specified)
Exception caught by adapter framework: Adapter call failed. Reason: c:\temp\sample_ra_output.5.txt (The system cannot find the path specified)

After this change channel is giving different error :
Transmitting the message to endpoint <local> using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.lang.Exception: Cannot lookup the ra connectionFactory. Reason: Object not found in lookup of com.sap.aii.adapter.sftp.ra.

How to trace HTTP receiver adapter error

Hi All,
My scenario is to send PO details to vendor site (HTTPS URL). MY SSL configuration is complete and I have used the SSL certificates in RFC destination of type 'G'. When I test RFC destination connection, it gives me the correct response as '200'.
This RFC destination is used in HTTP receiver adapter of XI to connect to site and post PO xml document. It is passing successfully through Integration Server, as I get success flag in 'SXMB_MONI'. But, it is not reaching our vendor's site.
Can someone help me, with what's going wrong, or how can I trace the error.
