Seeing Small Artifacts in my Crawls, HELP!

Out of alittle knowledge and trail & error,
I got my 720x486 footage to look good with EncoreDVD.
I exported it out of Premiere with Export -> Movie. My settings are...
- Uncompressed AVI
- Saved as 720x480
- Progressive
When I insert it into EncoreDVD, I select Upper Frame under File -> Edit Quality Presents.
How do I get the artifacts (little dots next to my crawling text) to go away? They are only displaying on my crawls. Interlacing is fine, and I see no ghosting.
I tried turning the Optimized Still off in Premiere, but it didn't do anything.
**** - **** - Just a side note, I found out earlier today that EncoreDVD does not transcode to 720x486, it transcodes to 720x480. It actually takes out 3 lines on top and 3 lines below.
By doing this, it changes the fields order opposite to what it was on (because 3 is an odd number to take out). That is why I am outputting progressive through Premeire. Both Upper and Lower fields give me heavy interlacing with moving objects.

You will almost certainly need to add a blur to the text.
Specifically a directional blur of 0.1% in the plane your text moves in (so, for example, a vertical Blur for scrolling text from top to bottom, and a horizontal blur for text scrolling from left to right)
Font is also critical.
Premiere Pro loves Myriad Pro.
All Sans Serif should be better than others.
Watch for spacing - the premiere titler is wobbly at best, and is also prone to crashing when scrolling down the fonts list.

At the moment I'm doing some green screen shootings.
The only problem I encounter is the fact that when I make a total shot from a actor the backlighting stand is visible between their legs.
I have no possibility to hang the backlighting above the actors.
What is the best technique to remove such small artifacts?!

It sounds like a simple mask drawn around the stand will do the trick. A screenshot would help but from your description I'd just use the pen tool to draw around the offending object then set the mask mode to subtract. If the actors move you'll have to animate the mask position. The only critical part of the mask would be right next to the actors legs. You can leave lots of room around the object.

Good point BDAqua, the Escape key helps get me back to reality in Lion.
While I've only dabbled around a little in Lion since it's release (I upgraded a 10.6 Clone to Lion on one of my FireWire Drives) now I'm currently downloading Mountain Lion (to upgrade a Clone of that Lion Clone) so that now I can continue to move forward in madness.
P.S. Trust me, I'm not laughing.

Yes, if she has your Apple ID & Password, she can see any messages that are sent to you as iMessages using another iOS device.

Well, after another call with Apple support and the engineers, no success. After spending over 20 hours trying to debug this, I give up. Apple was basically fishing for a solution with trial-and-error settings on the iphone. Then they wanted me to plug in software to log my iphone connections to the router, etc, etc., etc., at which point I decided I no longer wanted to participate in their testing process and will simply return the router.
25 hours of my life I'll never get back.
Big bummer, and frustrating for all the obvious reasons.

The send reset link will only show on your account if you already have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you haven't checked whether you have the link then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side of the screen (similar to the screenshot in the second post on this thread) you might see an option below the questions to send reset info to a rescue email address.
If you don't get the link (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

Check out the iPhone Hardware troubleshooting guide in the Display section. It has a section for not having any backlight. If you cannot get it resolved, there are some links towards the bottom of the article for further options when it cannot be resolved.

There is no 4.2.3 and over-the-air updating was introduced with iOS 5.0.
You will need to connect your iPhone to the computer you sync with. When iTunes opens click on the name of your iPhone under DEVICES on the far left frame. Move to the Summary tab to the right and click on the Update button.
