Commerical website with SAP CRM capabilties and web2.0

hi all,
we're looking into revamping our company's website. It'll be mostly a B2B website (in the future b2c). We're looking into finding a Content Managment System (CMS) that can handle most of the work so people form our marketing department will be making change without manipulating the code. Most importantly we need the website to be able to link into our SAP CRM. The only simliar products i was able to find was CoreMedia and Sybit. Do you guys recommend any kind of a CMS?

I used 4 diff. building block to work with SAP CRM 2007 and BI 7.0 Activation Steps. Please note that BASIS, CRM & BI team members has to do their respective activities mentioned as per the building blocks to make CRM <> BI reports visible in CRM....

Help with BW/BI training and certification material and clarifications

FOlks-
I am new to SAP BW/BI area. Seriously considering this training. However, I am SAP XI certified and could not find a opening so moving into BW area. Can anyone advise and calrify me the following please? I know that there is no stict or definite answer for any of these. Butm expert opinion always counts:
1. Is it worth to spend $1500 and take the training now hoping to find a break?
2. When I am aiming at certification I should be aiming for BW certification. In which case, what kind of material is needed? Is it the TBW10, TBW20, TBW30, TBW40, TBW41, TBW42, and TBW45 for BW certification or we need BW310, 320, 330 etc..?
3. How these TBW* and BW3* materials are different.

the TBW courses are the so-called "Academy Courses", they usually combine a few of the "normal" BW courses
also, the teachers tend to focus more on certification during those TBW courses (which to me is proof that the entire certification is purely marketing)
bW material describes for only bws this not certification
and TBW10, TBW20, TBW30, TBW40, TBW41, TBW42, and TBW45,,also DBW70R (Advanced Reporting) are enough for BW certification .
and the first question..i cant answer and thats left to u....and wahts i feel is anything in this world of SAP is worth learning..

CISCO Load Balancer with SAP on Unix and Oracle

Hello Experts,
Explain me the steps How CISCO Load balancing Mechanism works with SAP Enterprise Portal?
If anyone implemented and achieved the same,please explain me the steps to follow from Initial Stage to end of implementation.

I would like to know how CISCO will connect to M/essage Server /Java Dispatcher.
And explain me the steps to follow to implement External Facing Portal using Cisco Loadbalancer.
This should be achieved in Unix environment.

We use F5 for loadbalancing, but all hardware loadbalancing solutions should similar. They offer multiple algorithms, we use simple round robin (SAP's webdispatcher has better options for load balancing). You create virtual IP to your CISCO loadbalancer. You then configure Cisco to route traffic to each portal application server. If you have CI + 2 appservers, you configure the loadbalancer to send traffic to cihost:port, appserver1:port, appserver2:port. You also create a DNS alias to the virtual IP of the loadbalancer. End users will use the DNS alias to connect your portal. Typically you use standard ports (80 & 443) on Cisco, so that end user URL does not contain any ports (so http traffic goes to port 80, https goes to port 443). You also need to enable cookie persistence on the load balancer for session persistence.
For external facing portal, you need to have your loadbalancer in DMZ and you want to use SSL. You also need to setup firewall rules for your portal and backend servers.

SAP HCM Training and Event Management

I am setting up this functionality to track training records and show them as fulfilling qualification needs. From what I can understand from my research, you execute PV15 Follow up to create the history records and match to qualifications. However, I must be missing something because nothing is done. I enter the business event, select historically record business event and then click on data screen. I get the following:
Qualifications to be transferred
Attendee                       Qualification               Proficiency
No qualifications were found which could be transferred
Actions for attendances
Attendee                    Relationship                Business event/           Action
                                                        Business event type
No actions have been defined for attendees with regard to relationships
Other actions

Yet I set up qualifications. Can you give me a direction or some resource to goto on this?

You have to maintain relationship (valid period) called u201CImparts 028u201D between course type object D and qualification Q to be impetrated. As result in follow up process system will show you the qualification to be transferred to employee qualification master data pa0024.

TS1362 Please provide assistance with Itunes 10.7 and the songs not playing correctly-jumping and missing.I did not experience this with Itunes 9.2

Please provide assistance and guidance as I have recently just downloaded Itunes Version 10.7(much to my regret!)and now experience all types of sound issue-problems such as jumping,skipping and generally poor audio.
I have tried all the driver checks,music enhancer and equilizer de-activation on Itunes and defragmented my computer,but the issues are still there.
I have had NO problems with Itunes 9.2 in the past and now when I tried to re-install 9.2.;the system will not allow me to downgrade.
Is it advisable and poosible to downgrade without any loss of Itunes material?
Any suggestions as to how are would be able to resolve this OR is this an issue that is widespread and Apple need to address in a further upgrade?

To roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the installer from here, uninstall iTunes. Probably best to also remove other suppporting software, e.g. Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Device Support & Bonjour. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.

Org management (integration with SAP ECC 6) and shopping cart approval

Background:
We currently use EBP 3.0 - Classic Scenario.
Our current Organisational plan was manually created in EBP, and is not the same as the HR hierarchy in SAP ECC 6
Shopping cart approvals use the workflow WS10000276 u2013 Approval Single Level over Limit, which utilises the SLAPPROVER attribute. The user name assigned to the SLAPPROVER attribute does not have to be the manager of the user. To meet our Business requirements, a fairly flat structure was created at the time we implemented EBP 3.0. The approval level an approver is allowed to approve up to is controlled with the use of roles assigned to a user. Each of the approval roles has an appropriate value set against the BBP_APPROVAL_LIMIT attribute under Personalisation.

We are just about to move from EBP 3.0 to SRM 7.0 u2013 Classic Scenario - by carrying out a new installation.
Our Business requirement has changed, in that they want the approval of shopping carts to be carried out by the line manager, if that person can approve the value of the shopping cart. If not, for the approval to go up the HR hierarch until a manager with a suitable level of approval is found.
I believe it is possible to create the Organisational structure in SRM from the HR hierarchy in SAP ECC 6. I have tried to do this in our play/test system using - Integration Business Partner-Organizational Management, without much success as yet!
I have a few questions in this area:
1.     Not all of the users in the SAP ECC 6 HR hierarchy will be SRM users. E.g. In the SAP
             hierarchy there are 3 users u2013 User A, User B and User C. User B is the manager of User
             A and User C is the manager of user B. In SRM only User A and User C are users. That
             being the case, is it still possible to initially create the organisational in SRM from SAP ECC6?
2.     If it is possible to create the organisational structure as described, then using Process
             Controlled Workflow we could use the Shopping Cart BC Set One-step manager approval.
     If we did this, what would be the best way to incorporate the approval limit of a manager?
     Can this be simply achieved by setting the BBP_APPROVAL_LIMIT attribute in conjunction
             with the One step manager approval?
     We want to avoid having to use the SLAPPROVER attribute due to the high level of
             maintenance we currently experience.

I´ve tried effects such as chorus, flanger, phaser, reverb and that makes it sound better but it just lacks a certain ooomph that I just can´t put my finger on. Now after much head scratching and frustration I turn to you guys.

Ah, so delay was the magic tool. certainly when I play around with it I can see the theory behind the sound effect. Whenever I use the delay I noticed I cannot adjust the feedback on it. I can however raise the feedback if I use the analog delay but then it sounds different. Any tips to make the the delay short and very strong like in the video? Perhaps using distortion to make the sound more powerful. Do you think the chorus effect is involved?

Using WAS 6.40 with SAP 4.7 and WAS 6.20

Hi,
We want to upgrade from R/3 4.6C to 4.7 (R/3 Enterprise).
As we are planning to develop new apps mostly on the web side, we want to use web dynpro.
As far as I have understood the articles about web dynpro and the versions of WAS and R/3, we need the WAS 6.40 to use web dynpro technology. The R/3 4.7 only shipps with WAS 6.20, so we can't use the web dynpro 'out of the box'.
Now my question:
Is there a chance to use the WAS 6.40 (only the Java stack I suppose) for the web dynpro stuff and communicate to the WAS 6.20 running the R/3 system or communicate directly with the 4.7 R/3 system?
Can I use the benefits of the web dynpro technology or is only the half of the technology available/running with this architecture?
Has anyone experience with this or is my whole idea too adventurously?
Has anyone better ideas how to use web dynpro with a R/3 4.7 backend?
Any comments, hints or ideas are welcome...

Our web projects are all based on the 'old' JCO API and so we are familiar with this kind of programming.
Does anybody know if you have to have NW 04 installed to use Visual Composer or is WAS 6.40 sufficient ?
And: Does WAS 6.40 supports the Connector Framework or do I have to use the JCO API directly?

One the camera question, I know the webcam will work without downloading any software. But to make a video, I believe you'd need to download something like the Asus Virtual Camera Life Frame for Windows 7, if you haven't already and if it wasn't already downloaded on your PC. To see if the Life Frame program is already on the PC, go to run, then type in c: and press enter, double click on the program files folder, and check to see if you have a file for the Life Frame software.
