Odd, it seems. In the Finder "Get Info" display, you are seeing something like this?
Click the "Details" triangle and then the little padlock, and you should be able to change the permissions. Click the lock when you are done and close the Info window. -

Generally speaking, one edits image files then saves the results on one's hard drive, so the photos don't "go into" Photoshop, but rather they are just files on the disk. However, I'm not sure whether you used a feature of Elements I may not be familiar with. You may be best off asking Elements experts.

When I try and download an app, I get a message "MZCommerce.CreditBalanceMismatch.Mobile_message". This is even for free apps, and I do have plenty of credit. Can anyone help please?
With a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps.
From the message it sound like there is something wrong with your account or some of the information you entered in the account is not correct.. Verify that the information is correct and then if still problem contact iTunes.

Go to the iPhone
GO to Settings > Messages
Is the iPhone Number ticked to be enabled (It will be greyed out and not editable but should be On)
If it is Off (Unticked remove the Apple ID)
Place the iPhone in Airplane mode for a few minutes.
Go back to Settings Messages and make sure the Message app Is Enabled overall.
Check the iPhone Number is verifying.
When Completed test by sending an iMessage to your Apple ID (Mac)
If that works add back the Apple ID to the iPhone's Settings.
Restart the Mac App and Accept the op ups that appear as to what the iPhone is using.

That's consistent with another application (other than QuickTime) having dropped old QuickTime componentry in non-standard locations on the PC.
So we'll go looking for the older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view options on the PC.
1. Open My Computer from the desktop or Start menu.
2. In the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. Click the View tab.
4. In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected, and the "Hide extensions for known file types" option is unchecked.
5. Click OK.
Now in My Computer, open your C drive.
Open the "Windows" folder.
Open the "system32" folder.
What files and/or folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the file/folder name? (In a standard installation of QuickTime, you should see precisely two files ... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.) -
After getting in a confused mess with my Apple ID password which I use very rarely, I have apparently managed to change it successfully Co-incidentally or related in some way that I don't understand, I now cannpt access mail on my desk machine. The message asks for my mail passowrd which I have no about or how to change it. All is this is connected to my sleeping enemy "The Cloud" I fear! I can access mail on both my iphone and ipad. Plug the stick and/or card into the appropriate slots on the side of your Air. Do you see icons for the devices appear on the desktop? Click into them to see what files are there.

Can anyone advise me what to do? I am very ignorant when it comes to using my my Mac and don't know how to do much of anything and not familiar with the lingo do please be patient with me! I downloaded the icloud software on my computer in order to sync calenders and contacts using Windows 2007, but I keep getting an error message when trying to sync my icloud and Outlook calendars. I downloaded it for the first time a month ago and had it working but it stopped syncing, so I deinstalled the iCloud software and reinstalled, but keep getting the error message "Your setup couldn't be started because of an unexpected error. What do I do now? Can anyone help with this?

Hi, I've just appear to have deleted my iphone and now all I'm getting is the Apple icon.
It won't turn off or anything. I have tried holding in the off button and home button together,

There is nothing new or separate to launch. When the QT 7.6.9 Player is keyed with your registration name and number, the player itself becomes the QT v7.6.9 "Pro" player with additional features "unlocked" for your use. For instance, if you have a QT compatible file loaded in your player and can now open the "Properties" window, then you have "Pro" feature access. In a similar manner, "File" menu transcoding and "Edit" menu features are now accessible. -
