Take it in to your nearest Apple Store: https://www.apple.com/retail/ they will be able to help you out. If you purchased it two months ago they will more than likely replace it no questions asked.

I go the process to have it on my desktop and everytime i click on the firefox icon it keeps wanting me to reboot the computer.
do you have administrator privilege? and the right method to reinstall it goes like this, take admin privilege, then do remove through control panel, remove all addons, then reboot the OS, then run the new version install pack of firefox 4.0. do ＮOT do installing new version before uninstalling reboot... so ... i thought u get the answer.

Received notice of a new version of Firefox and clicked to receive it. It downloaded and I did the install. After restarting the computer I could not get Firefox to open. Tried to reinstall again and had the same results.
What a waste of space to paste the code.

Using Boot Camp, I installed windows 7 on my new imac and when I rebooted, mac disappeared. I tried to start the mac numerous times but it started with windows and all mac icons were gone. Can anyone help please.

It's between the Control and Command keys on the lower left. It's also called alt but is best know as the Option key. You are using an Apple keyboard aren't you? -

Bluetooth seems like working since last week and at the same time I can't manage the Wi-Fi. I have already restored.
This entire thing is a hair over four months old, I don't think it should be acting up this much. Plus, this problem happens only once out of every 40 or 50 times I start this thing up. It's very infrequent, but it's there, and it just bothers me, I guess.
That said, I would try reinstalling, but I wouldn't be able to tell if it'd worked unless the problem never cropped up again in a long, long time. Sadly I also don't have access to my OSX discs at the moment (I'm out of the country). -
i was trying to download windows 7 on mac book air 10.8.2.seems like i didnt copy my windos disk on the usb properly at the begining,so after the boot camp steps the screen is black and telle me to put the write disk.
eventually i made a coorect usb windows 7 and put it back to continue as it was saying so,but there is no change and the screen still is dark and says no bootable disk ,insert.
how to solve the problem?Right now I have 6 different systems installed. Windows XP, 7, and 8 plus Linux Mint, Commodore, and OS X Snow Leopard (for old times sake), all running on Mountain Lion.
I recommend reading the user manual as it greatly helps getting through the steps, however an intuitive person should pick it up fairly easily.

It seems like there are a lot of issues with the 3GS on iOS 5.1, should I stay with 4.3.5? Part of what worries me is that my business is completely reliant on this phone and the billing and job tracking software I use, so if something were to happen I would be in trouble. Also, myself not being all that tech savy I am wondering if by hooking my iphone up to itunes once every couple of weeks, is it creating a backup file? If I had to replace my phone could I just plug the new one into itunes and have all of my apps and data transferred onto the new phone? I want to get proactive about this so at the very least I'm not tempting fate.

StephanLooking around here, what you are going to see is problems. People don't come to forums like this to talk about how smoothly their phone is working.
Backing up every couple of weeks is OK, if you can afford to lose several weeks worth of data.
That's one of the huge advantages of iOS5. Wireless backups to iCloud. Plug your phone in to charge at night, and if you have WiFi, it will back up without the need for you to do anything. If it gets run over by a truck, you get a new one, restore from iCloud, and off you go.
if you don't update, you're going to start running into problems soon as new versions of many apps REQUIRE iOS 5. -

Since you linked to an iTunes with only a completely different set of songs it will have erased your original iPod song list. There are some data recovery programs on the market which might help, here's an example: iPod Data Recovery
None of the recovery programs are particularly cheap so you have to decide if in your particular circumstances it's worth it otherwise you just have to write your songs off. -

In that case either make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store or call AppleCare. If defective, Apple will replace your iPod at no cost.

My charger connects with my computer with a very faint green light (not the normal orange light) and can maintain the computer turned on but does not charge the battery. The power source to keep it on is the power adapter and that it's "Not charging" on the battery settings. And my charger seems to charge other computers fine.
The part of my mac where the adapter (L-shaped, magnetic) attaches is a bit damaged - a small piece of the white case/body around the part where the adapter attaches is broken off, but that's just an outer damage.
I don't know what's wrong with my computer, and if anyone has had a similar experience or knows what's going on, it'd be tremendously helpful!

Doubtful an upgrade would fix a hardware issue. If you are thinking of upgarding to Lion, best to do all necessary maintenance first.

My iPhone 5 dies at 20-24% it doesn't go all the way to 0%. Will apple replace my phone or fix my phone for free since its hardware problem and I have no money. This is my second iphone 5 replacement. I have no apple care so I'm worried. My phone has NEVER touched water! I only get 1/5 of battery use. I've also spent 30$ at the apple store on screen protectors for nothing! I really don't have 220$ nor 50$ I am on a strict budget.
