Select 1 for English, 2 for Spanish

How do I go about providing for this option in a UCCX script? As I understand it, we'll have different agents taking the calls. Do I set up 2 separate Queues/CSQs, or do I assign skills to agents as necessary and use some facility in the script to check for those skills?
Any help would be appreciated,

In general you would have two distinct CSQs, one for each language you're supporting. You would skill your agents up appropriately, i.e: assign Spanish to Spanish speaking agents; and following a Menu Step you might set the CSQ appropriately.
Say you have a queue called "Sales" you might have the following Skills:
Sales
English
Spanish
Your CSQs might be as follows:
CSQ_Sales_EN
Sales
English
CSQ_Sales_ES
Sales
Spanish
And your agents:
John (speaks English and Spanish)
Sales
English
Spanish
Janet (speaks English only)

I have created a database with character set WE8iso8859P1. Some of my tables that I imported from MS Access Database using ODBC contain English as well as Spanish characters. When I select the same from the database I just get ? for the non-English characters. What should I do to see the Spanish characters as well?

In the timeline, next to the audio (on the left) is a small drop down box which lets you set the language for the track. You'll see 'En' in both of them at the moment, and you need to change the Spanish one to be for Spanish. You should then be able to complete the build.

I have a document that consists of 10 forms. The first page is in English and contains fields that our workers complete. These fields consist of names, phone numbers, dates, etc. What is inputted on this first page then populates to corresponding fields in the rest of the document that happens to be in Spanish. My question is, on the first page the worker inputs the date as this 05/01/15. It is formatted to mm/dd/yy and the field name is AssessmentDate. One of the forms is a letter, in Spanish, that references the AssessmentDate field from the first page. I have named this new field SPAssessDate. I would like to have the date from the English field, AssessmentDate, formatted in the new field, SPAssessDate, as 01 de Mayo de 2015. Is this possible?

Yes, but you will need to write some custom scripting to get the exact format you are looking for.

I have the license for Adobe Acrobat in English North America because I nedd it in English. However my system 8Windows) is in Spanish. I installed Adobe Acrobat and when I launched it for first time appeared a warning message telling me that I have to change the language of Adobe because the licenses is for English. I do not how to change this because Adobe is in English.How I have to do this??

Follow these steps,
Launch Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
Navigate to Edit >> Preferences,
Select Language > Check the language (option) selected.
If it is different, change it to English.
(* sometimes you will not get an option for English language, in this case, select the other option than , 'as per operating system language'.)
Try relaunching the program.

Spell checking should be based on the keyboard layout that you've got selected in Settings > General > Keyboard > International Keyboards - if you have an English 'UK keyboard' selected then the spell checking should be English

Is it best/more efficient to conditionally tag for translation from English to Spanish in structured FrameMaker or in Robohelp?

This is more info gathering at this point, full requirements are not yet defined. Definitely want the RH help translated; might also need the FM book translated, but not sure.

The large extension that I indicated looks like overkill has an automatic translation option if I read the description properly.
I really only need to translate an occasional page and use the translate bookmarklet ("TR:").

Trying to deal with Verizon is maddening!!!
First I have to call tech support because of an issue on Verizon's end - which was not resolved but "hopefully" by Tuesday someone will be able to look into the matter - needless to say I pay almost $200.00 per month for this setller service.
But after I spend 45 minutes on my phone while they try to figure it out to no avail. Within 1 minute I recieve an automated call on my phone asking for me to take a survey about my experience.
HOWEVER - to do this I need to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish......when I press 1 for English, the recording starts again, press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish and so on....it simply circled again and again, so of course I was not able to take that customer service survey.
Then for me to even come on the forum to post about the problem with the automated recording - again my username doesn't work, this is the third time this has happened. No it isn't my browser or operator error, it is Verizon website which they haven't fixed yet.
And, they still haven't fixed the issue when you call for support, they ask you for your account number - when you don't have internet service, and you have paperless billing - you - do - not - have - access to your account number.
I do not understand why Verizon has a limit on the number of calls you are allowed to block, because my phone has become useless, even though I pay for this service, I plugged it in recently again, and the spam phone calls continue.
And Verizon robo calls are unwanted as well. How do I block Verizon robo calls?

Spotlight searchs for English apps and not Spanish

Hi,
Some macs I own have a very estrange problem. A can use spotlight for finding everything but no Spaniard words for Applications. for instance, if I use spotlight for searching "address book", no problem at all but if I search for "agenda", which is the Spaniard word for address book it won't find it in applications.
This only happens in spotlight, but not in finder, where all the apps have their Spaniard name correctly and of course I have the system in Spanish.
How can I solve this?

As you can see, I always use CodeRegion (English [US]), how ever, the language and localization goes in Spanish [MX] as set on the language property String.
