Select more than one value at a time from an LOV?

Is it possible to configure an LOV-based text field so more than one value at a time can be chosen from the drop-down LOV list? This is a user requirement for specifying multiple values in an SQL WHERE clause.

Rather several select fields because single returned value is a functional limitation of <select>.

This works in many different ways and in lots of apps.
Hold down the command key and you can select from a list (leaving some not checked) to exclude them from the delete process.
To empty all of the trash folder use command-a keys to "select all" and then the delete key to remove them.

Go for "Selection Options " instead of Multiple single values ..
With this option u can get single values, multiple single values & ranges also..
Can u please explain clearly regarding that function of whole excel sheet into a variable??

With your Mail app open and the listing of the messages, tap Edit at the top right. Then check each circle on the left side of the messages to delete. When you have checked those to delete, tap Trash at the lower right.
Next tap Mailboxes upper left, under accounts select the account, then for the account tap Trash. Select Edit upper right, and at the bottom, Delete All, and confirm Delete All and all will be removed at one time.

Is it possible to copy more than one clip at a time from iPhoto to iMovie? I can't find a way to select/copy more than one.

OK you can leave them in iPhoto and access them from the iMovie Event for iPhoto.
If you prefer to move them to a regular iMovie Event, you can do the following.
1) right-click on one of the iPhoto clips and select "Reveal in Finder". This will open a finder window showing the clips in the iPhoto Library.
2) In a different Finder window, create a folder to hold your event in iMovie. If you are using an internal drive, create a folder using your desired Event Name under the Movies/iMovie Events Folder.
Note: If you are using an external drive, create a Folder called iMovie Events at the top level of the external drive. Then create the (Event Name) folder under this. The external drive must be formatted as MacOS Extended (journaled) for this to work.
3) Select all the clips in the iPhoto finder window that are part of this event and Move them to the Movies/iMovie Event/(Event Name) folder.
4) After you have done this for all the Events, open iMovie and let it generate thumbnails. This may take a while.

Is there a way to delete more than one file at a time from Zen Xtra? Actually, I'd like to delete most of the 800+ files and the only way I've found is to do them one at a time..! Help!

iTunes Menu Files use "Add to Library ..." then
navigate to a folder that keep a yoru tracks and
select that folder.
This did it! I was doing an "import" which would only let me do one song at a time. But the "add to library" and the drag and drop both worked. Thanks!!!

Hi guys and girls
I am trying to select more than one object on my artboard and Shift+clicking on the next one isn't working...
I am creating an interactive form in Indesign and realised that I have everything on one layer... I have radio buttons for yes/no questions and I wanted to move them to a new layer for ease of selection and editing...
I have tried selecting one and then Shift+Click on the next but it just moves which one is selected...?
I even tried creating a new layer and dragging them up to the new layer...no Dice?
Has anyone any ideas....Please!

P.S. Just realised that the radio buttons are part of the text? Could this be the reason why I can't move them. Doesn't solve the question about selection though

OK! sort of guessed that....thanks for coming by.
I am still on this form and have created multiline text boxes for two of my text boxes.... have checked the positioning of the boxes - but when I write in the box in Adobe Acrobat the text is quite a long way above the line...this is only happening with the multiline boxes.
Is there a way to export a font colour for the boxes or does this need to be done in Acrobat Reader...?
I have a standard dark background for my page and that needs a White font...when I fill the form in it is black...

Hi. I have set up the export presets for 'Email and Attach' carefully following the instructions. If I select more than one photo to send only one appears as an attachment. I am using OUTLOOK. How do I solve this problem?

What do you mean by "Email and Attach" ? There is no such thing as "Attach" in the LR Export dialog. At least not in my version of LR. You export photos for e-mail to a certain folder or to your desktop and then attach them manually to your e-mail.

Hi. I'm trying to recover some old mails from Time Machine. My problem is that I can only recover one mail at a time. After it has been recovered Time Machine closes and I have to start all over again so this project will take some time:-). I've tried to highlight more than one mail but then mail crashes….I use OS 10.7. Can anyone help?

Posting your Oracle version is immensely helpful when asking questions (different version = different answers / functionality available).

Basically, you would need to create a PL/SQL record and reference that, OR you could create a SQL type.
If you're looking for a 'simple' way to return many single values (no arrays) then your best bet would be a procedure with multiple OUT parameters.

Selecting more than one clip at a time?

I can't seem to shift-click multiple clips to add the same transition between them. Sure I can do it one at a time, but I've got 185 photos and I want to edit the transitions. iMovie HD would let me click a clip and then ctrl-click to select similar. This feature is absolutely essential for editing slideshows. Am I missing something or is this not possible?
And has anyone figured out how to make a clip last less than one second?

I would like to be able to do this, as well. It seems BASIC to be able to select ALL clips/photos. HOW???

Importing more than one file at a time from a network location

I can import a song at a time from my old networked location, but I have hundreds of songs to import. I can't seem to find out how to do this at least an album at a time. When importing from a CD it'll do the whole cd. I would like to import the whole group the same way I was able to import a whole folder of photos into Iphoto. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
