Selection Profile Additional Fields required

I have an SNP planning book to view my resource capacities in, the selection profile is at "APO Resource" level. In the selected objects view it shows the resource and location codes only and no descriptions are available. I believe that this is working off the aggregate 9ARE and I do not have the aggregate 9ALORE available to me as this is a standard SNP planning object structure 9ASNPSA (so I can't add this aggregate level).
My question is, is it possible (via user exit or BADI) to add additional fields for display in this selection window. My user would like to see the location description rather than the code.

And add ur addition fields in the method INIT_OBJECT_LIST.

hope you are maintaining the CIN data in J1ID transaction and same tab is available in vendor master record. if you are maintaining this or not.
if you not displaying this data in vendor master. then maintain user id in transaction "OMT3E" in user screen reference.
then check your CIN details button in vendor master record.

Additional Field require to flow from SAP Delivery Line to DTR Line to Freight Unit

Dear All,
My scenario is Delivery line Item = DTR Line Item = Freight Unit.
For this my requirement is I have added Additional field in ECC Delivery Line Item Table (LIPS) to record BAR Code Number.
Now I want this BAR Code Number to flow in DTR Line Item and also in Freight Unit probably in Z Field as I do not found any standard field which I can use to map Bar code Number.
Please suggest the necessary steps to achieve the same and also the Table/ Structures that need to be modified to flow additional field from Delivery (ECC) to PI and from PI to DTR (TM) and from DTR to Freight Unit.

Hi,
First the inbound PI service needs to be enhanced with the addtional field on item level and in TRQ item node, this field also needs to be enahnced;
For this field, do you want to save it in FU header or item level?
In the implementation class of the inbound service, this field should be mapped to DTR item instance;
If you enhance the field in FU item level with same field name, then the field value saved in DTR item will automatically flow to FU item.

Additional fields required for CUA to IDM IDOC

Hi,
I am deploying the Remote Loader for Novell IDM 3.5on my SAP system. (not using the HR driver.)
But I need to add additional fields to allow the logic within the Driver to differentiate between external users and internal users.
How can I amend the IDOC produced by the CUA framework within SAP to add the additional fields, my developer has already created a BADI to grab the additional information to populate into the IDOC.
I just need a way to add it to the IDOC for processing into the Remote Loader.

Chris,
you simply have to extend the schema mapping rule inside your driver configuration.
At the mapping rule, you can map your new infotypes to Novell eDirectory attributes manually without changing your HRMDA_xx.meta file.
To make the mapping more handy, you can edit your HRMDA_xx.meta file and re-read it during the schema mapping process. Afterwards you can use the GUI wizard to process the mapping definition.

Additional fields require in the payment list(APP)

Hi Gurus,
In the APP(Automatic Payment Programme) payment list i can only dispaly the vendor's name and address.
User want to display some additional filelds like Bank A/c no. , RTGS no. , NFTS no. etc of the same vendor on the payment list.
Regarding the same i searched few threads but not able to findout the exact solution.I am also not sure whether any configuration is required fior the same or not?
Please provide your valuable inputs to get a solution for the same.

Yes your are right that i am talking about the payment list (RFZALI20) and also i have already maintained the "Maximum no. of address lines "5" into the field.
My requirement is to dispaly the vendor's (RTGS & NEFT no.) in the payment list which are exist in the "correspondence" tab of vendor master.
I am unable to get the above mentioned fields to add in the current variant i.e. (the fields are not available in the list).
Please suggest how to make a new varinat by assigning the above fields to be displayed in the payment list.

I am adding a new additional field in the selection screen through abap query(using transaction SQ02) which is of type VBRK-FKSTO.
The value entered can be 'X' or empty space.But the value which is entered in the selection screen is not getting reflected in the code.Kindly advice me on what needs to be done to capture the selection screen value in the code.

You can add new field in VFX3 selection screen as follow. In the report code we can see various explicit enahcement points provided by SAP.One of them is ENHANCEMENT-POINT sdblbddl_01 SPOTS es_sdblbddl STATIC. Here you can declare your selection screen parameters. Then in the processing i can see a call customer fucntion happening in VBSK_DISPALY which you can implement to add your logic.

Making a form field required when another field is selected

I have a contact form with the usual fields required (name, address, city, etc.). I'm adding a Country pull-down list to the form, which will default to the US being selected. Since a "State" field is not relevant for anyone filling out the form from another country, I'd like to make the State field required only if the country selected is United States, and not required for any other country. Is there a way to do this?

What you need is to be able to create a required textfield when the first textfield shows USA and destroy the required field when another country is selected.

Adding additional field 1 to selection screen of CATSSHOW (CADO)

Hello all,
We recently added one of the additional field's to show up on the data entry section when using
transaction CAT2...This is working fine and the data is entered into CATSDB.
When using CADO, one can display the addtional field 1 and sort by this field.
However, the users now want this additional field1 to be one of the selections when they
use report CATSSHOW (CADO).
Is there some type of way to configure SAP to have one of these additional fields show up
as a selection field on program CATSSHOW (CADO)? My searches in this forum and the web
have not shown me a solution yet.
Or do I have to create a 'Z' version of CATSSHOW like ZCATSSHOW and do this myself?

How to make SAP Query additional field as one of the selection field ?

I'm working on a AdHoc query. I added some Additional fields to the infoset. I put Abap code to populate this additional fields as output fields but I want to make these fields as selection fields also.
How can I accomplish this ?

Additional field added in Infoset unable to use as a selectable field

I added 2 fields as additional fields to the Organizational Assignment infotype in a PNP Infoset that I created via SQ02. When I select the infoset to build a query via adhoc query the fields are listed in the Org Assignment infotype and available for output but are not available as a selection field. There is no check box under the Selection column, only a checkbox under the output column.
How do I make the added additional fields available as a section field as well as an output field.

Solution: in ad hoc query select Extras > Switch off object selection

I can create only overall profiles in COISN tcode .Please advice me where can we create Object profile and field profile and assignment of the same to overall profile .
My purpose of defining above profiles is I wish to incorporate a field name resource in the seperate column with including the list of fields which is showing currently in COIO order header (here we can not find resource untill drill down) .For acheiving the same I think I can define new field profile and assigning that one to object profile , and thus I can able to select the desired object profile after executing the COIO order header --> settings --> select profile . Please suggest me if I am wrong and also the other transaction codes
