Can I sell in app purchases (not subscriptions) through appstore/itunes as well as my company's own site?

It's automatic, as long as your balance covers the price of the item (including any applicable taxes e.g. state sales tax if you are in the US) then only your account's balance will be charged (if it doesn't cover it then any remainder will be charged to your credit card).

That is true - I apologize for not being specific - what I was mainly referring to is iLife applications. I have a notice on the App Store that says 3 apps need updates, I look at the apps and they are huge so since my connection is so slow I use my work connection and d'load the files from support to my Windows machine and carry them home, once d'loaded my MacAir states it cannot install, the update must come from the App Store.
I do the same thing for large Leopard and Lion files and I can install them without error, it is just the App Store files that the system stops.

How can I purchase products from the app store while travelling outside my country of residence? We are from Canada, travelling in the USA and wish to buy a TV series but get a message to buy it from the Canadian store. When we tried to do this we got the same message.

According to the terms of sale, you have to be in your country of residence in order to make a purchase. I've heard of people able to make purchases outside their country and also of people being unable to do so. It appears that Apple's enforcement is not 100%.
In order to buy from the U.S. iTunes Store, you would need to have a valid billing address in the U.S., a credit card billed to that address or an iTunes Gift card purchased in the U.S. and be physically present in the U.S. at the time of purchase.
International copyright law is currently very inconvenient for the consumer.

Alternatively, you could use software like appZapper or CleanApp. But I normally just drag the app to the trash.

No contact with Developer who sells my In-app-store products (iOS). What can I do?

I have a trouble with developer who doesn't pay me for my products. I was asked to sell my products (audio production business, iOS) by his In-app-store launched in November.
Since that time I received one financial report (for November) and since beginning of February I don't have any contact with developer as he doesn't send me any reports and simply doesn't respond to my emails.
Is any possibility to block or just pull out my products from his IAP? What else can I do? I have a contract signed, but I'm not talking about enough big money to go with it to the court.

You'll need to contact iTunes support http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ but I'm afraid this will be between you and the person you let sell your product.

Some apps that you download on your iPhone may possibly be to new for the iPod touch 2nd gen. I have a iPhone 5 and a iPod touch 2nd generation myself. If you plug his ipod into iTunes and restore it from a backup of your iPhone than it will download the paid apps and music that are compatible with his ipod. Hope this helps.

sales at AppStore are based upon 'users'= accounts; if the other Mac is running under your account, you can download and install a copy of iMovie 'for free' (the ToU of Appstore allow to install purchases on as many computers you own = running under your account)
If the other Mac is running under a different account, you have to log-in at AppStore under those account, and purchase it it.
Quiet simple ... and cheap. And convenient.-

By the way, there is no mystery in that technology : for serious photography work (on calibrated and commonly large displays like 1920 * 1200) the best it will be able to do is to be on par with semi-pro displays currently used for retouching.
