SAP SEM-BCS demo or practical scenario

I have first experience working with SAP BI and have implemented several BI demo scenarios in SAP BI 7.0.
Now I would like to implement a SEM-BCS scenario.
I have a SAP ERP 2005 IDES system and SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0 system.

I dont think so in india Any Institue provide SEM tranning. CRM is available. In Hyd.
In SAP Any modual for fresher to get job is Tough. That what i belive .

How can I do what is in Captivate demo - M&S example

On the Adobe Captivate 5 site it shows 4 examples of how it has been used including a soft skills training demo for M&S.

On page 3 of this demo there is a a flickbook of images, where the user can click forward and back to swap between pictures.
How can I achieve this in my own Captivate project?
is there a widget required? if so where can I get it?
or is this something I cant achieve without another program?

Import Manager 'Error 5611520 - Error Saving Key Mapping'

I am using CREDITOR_EXTRACT in R/3 to send Vendor IDoc to XI and use CREMDM04 type. XI generates an XML file that I load into MDM using a client that is set up for Inbound/Outbound. The key mappings have been turned on for the Vendor repository.
In IM, I use the standard map CREMDM04 and the system maps the incoming XML file to the vendor main table. There are few values that I have to map manually - fine. Next, when I click Import, I get a error pop-up message 'Error Saving Key Mapping - Errno 5611520'.
Has anybody experienced this when using all standard content (schemas and maps) for Vendor?

Found another system that has the same versions as you do. This particular error did not appear, but we got some internal IM error. Also, the SAP training demos are on the same versions as mine.
I am using MDC R/3 as the client and the CREMDM04 schema map. Not using MDM inbound ports for now. Just loading XML file generated by XI based on CREMDM04. Do you think that I need to define a Qualified Range for this client in the Console or can it be left blank?

Uploading in Sharepoint Library

When I save my training, demo project and upload it to our
SharePoint library it doesn't just upload the demo. The entire
Captivate application appearswith a listing of all the projects
created. what am I doing incorrectly?

There is a limitation set by Microsoft on the URL path length of 256 characters, refer - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/ff919564(v=office.14).aspx
This restriction is with IE browser and you will not see this in other browsers.

Problem with quiz

Can anyone help me out. i am fairly new to using Aurthorware
and have created a training demo which has 2 quizzes in it.
The problem I am having is that when I run the package only
one or the other quiz will work. Whichever one I go to first will
work and the other will just show up with the summary saying 0
questions etc.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Presentation format - looping, auto advance, etc

advantage to the "Slides" format is that we can more quickly lay in
international language voiceover, but I HAVE to get these bugs

- I'm very happy with it but I need a couple very important
elements in place.
I've searched the forums, found nothing on LiveDocs, spent
half an hour in the book store looking for ANY solid information on
slide behavior. Was the Slides feature just never fleshed out? I
had these tricks worked out on a standard timeline, but I can't get
it working on Slides...
1. Whenever a slide comes up, I need its animation to play.
It's flawless by default the
first time, but if a student backs up, they have to push
replay (which is why I made the button). This is especially bad if
they restart the demo from the end - every slide is stuck on the
last frame. Is there an obvious setting I'm overlooking? It's got
to be based on the slides function somewhere right?
2. Speaking of the replay-slide button, if I wanted that to
be part of the "master slide," what would the script be? Right now
I'm using:

...but it doesn't work when placed on the master slide (which
is a drag, I thought that was the point of a master right?).
3. Finally, how do you make the slides progress at their own

dyslexic so extensive code & I don't play well together).

you should always use a master slide for anything you will use across many screens.

Anyconnect NAM in VM host

(X-posting as I mistakenly posted in the wrong forum)
We are in the middle of an 802.1x deployment with Cisco ISE as the backend. We have been using Anyconnect NAM as supplicant.
Everything is working famously on physical hosts, but we apparently have a significant number of users that have VMs on their workstations for a variety of reasons (most use Virtualbox, but there is also some Hyper-V in there.) Most of those VMs are actually provided by our Desktop Support department and follow corporate policy, and thus have Anyconnect NAM installed. All of those VMs are also configured in bridge mode so that they receive real IPs and connect to all the services and management that are available for regular physical hosts.
Problem is, it doesn't look like the bridged adapter is forwarding EAP messages between the supplicant and the switch. That's fine in Open mode, but when I go to close mode all of these host won't connect to the network.
Anybody have seen this issue? Any idea how to fix it?
So far my only ideas are:
-Create a custom profile for the Virtualbox MACs (and figure out what Hyper-V uses) and whitelist them.
-Keep those ports open
Both of which doesn't really accomplish the goal of authenticating the host.

I am using a complete OEM GC environment (OMS, OMR and OMA) in a single VMWare Machine running OEL.
This is however for training/demo purposes.
It runs without any problems.
I would not use this setup for production however.
Make sure you check MOS Note: *VMWare Certification for Oracle Products [ID 942852.1]*
I think you will be better of using OracleVM

How do I get started using Essbase?

I'm a newbie to Essbase, and Business Intelligence. I went to a training/demo in March but have just done my first install to try it out for myself. (I'm a Java developer by training.)
So, I've installed Hyperion EPM 11.1.1.1 on my Windows XP desktop. I installed Foundation Services, Essbase, Web Analysis, and Workspace with the intention of creating some drillable reports and/or graphs on some client that I recently used for OBIEE Dashboards.
Please help either with the below errors or any other resources that can get me started (examples, walkthroughs, blogs, etc.).

Check to see if Essbase and EAS are services. If they are, are they started? You can also start them in foreground. For EAS, go to Start->programs->Hyperion->Adminstrative servives-> start server. It should start up a tomcat window.
Typically, you have to start Essbase once in foreground. (Go to start->Hyperion->Essbase->Essbase and click it. IT will want the company info, admin user id and password.

Audigy 2NX Recording Issu

I am using the Audigy 2NX Sound Blaster to record voice recordings used for a training demo. I have tried recording and saving as both wav and Mp3. For some reason the recording sounds like there is small echo. To be more specific, it sounds like a PA system used in a huge auditorium, where there sounds to be a lot of 'background' noise. I have tried recording in different rooms, especially where there is little or no air movement, but no luck. Is there anything else I can try with the system? Thanks!

Is recording source set to "What U Hear"? Don't use this but set it by the source.
Also, check that EAX effects and CMSS are disabled (if NX has these features available).
If you can, switch to proper recording software which supports ASIO or Kernel Streaming device driver mode (IIRC, NX supports ASIO and if not then Asio4All is the way to go). Especially ASIO is good for recording work. There are plenty of these even as freeware.

Captivate without Flash Knowledge

Is it possible to create screen movement training demos with
Captivate without having experience with Flash? I know it exports
to Flash...but does one need to know Flash to create basic
demos?

This is one of the things I dearly LOVE about Captivate! It
goes far to equalize the playing field between Flash developers and
those of us that are Flash illiterate.
Yes, you can be quite successful with Captivate while being
blissfully unaware of how to do anything Flash related. Granted,
the more you know about the two, the better you will be equipped to
tweak things to suit you better. But the bottom line is that you
need not have any Flash skills whatsoever to be successful using
Captivate.
