Send and receive emails for iMessage and FaceTime

Hi everyone! I'm in a tough situation. On iMessage and FaceTime, I want to use a different send and receive email but it says next to the one I type in
Error: unable to verify email because it is already in use..... And it still has a check next to the email I don't want. Can someone plz reply
Soon!! HELP

Hi There,
I have lot's of mailboxes in my exchange server which their users are not with us anymore.
I would like to stop receiving any emails for them.
I know if I go to "Mail Flow Settings\Message Delivery Restrictions\Accept messages from\Only Senders in the Following List" and select a dummy user it works but it sends my server information to the sender. and I do not want to give the
information.
Any idea how to:
Stop sending / Receiving email for these type of users?
OR
Changing the respond message?

You have a couple options. Removing the mailbox would be the simple solution to stop mail flow, but I am assuming you need the mailbox which is why you have not taken this route.
Alternatively, if you have a message filtering solution in place that sits in front of your Exchange environment, you may be able create a filter to block inbound messages for a specific address so the message never reaches your internal Exchange servers.
This would prevent any information regarding you Exchange servers being returned.
If you do not have a filtering solution to do this, you can create a delivery status notification (DSN) so that a custom response is returned when messages are sent to a mailbox. Refer to this article on creating a DSN:

Unable to send and receive email for external domain

I just installed Exchange Server on my 2K8 domain controller. I have set up the send connector and made necessary changes to the receive connector as well. I have updated the DNS records as well on my domain registrar. I can access OWA from outside my companies
network and is able to send and receive emails for my domain but unable to send or receive emails to any other domain. I have checked the delivery report and it says that the message has been queued on the server.
I also did nslookup. Results mentioned below:

According to your description, I notice that you installed Exchange server on a DC.
It is not recommended to install Exchange server on a DC. I suggest install Exchange server on a member server. More details to see:

About your issue, cannot send and receive externally, I suggest make sure the DNS can be resolved first.
Then, check whether Outlook Anywhere has been enabled. If not, please enable it on both Exchange server and Outlook client side.
Last, try to configure both Send Connector and Receive Connector.
More detailed error message will be helpful for the further troubleshooting.

I recommend you use the Test-EdgeSynchronization cmdlet to check if the subscribed Edge Transport servers have a current and accurate synchronization status. If you have configured EdgeSynchronization successfully, please delete send connector
on Hub transport server.
Please uncheck "anonymous users" on receive connector for Hub server.
Please follow the ExchangeITPro's suggestion to check DNS MX record.

I can't send or receive emails on iphone and ipad air

I can't send or receive emails on my iphone 5s and ipad air, I'm not very technical but have tried everything i know including resetting both products. I desperate for help as currently recovering from spinal surgery as left paralysed at mo, so both items are my lifeline outside of hospital and intense residential physio.....help!

Same here! Happened yesterday to me on New iPad and iPhone 4S. On iPad I managed to correct it by removing the account and activating it again as an Exchange account...I have mail and calendar OK!
On the iPhone nothing seems to work!
Facts:
1. everything worked perfectly for years!
2. I have the 2-step authentication deactivated on my google account so it cannot be this one.
3. On desktop everything works just fine, on iPad everything is OK with Exchange account added (after Google removed support for Exchange account access I CAN ONLY HAVE ONE DEVICE with Google Exchange account, so doing the same on the iPhone does not work!)
4. Tried to remove and add the account again - no results.
5. Tried to remove and add as Google, as Exchange, as Other account - I get calendar but no mail!!!
6. Tried to reboot between remove/add accounts - no results.
7. Tried to ("reset settings") reset the device - no results.
8. Tried to add as POP account and I it worked - I get mail but I do not need POP as I am using zounds of mail with labels and need to be working on an IMAP account
9. To make things even more complicated...I have another account which works perfectly!!!!!

Hi,
If your using BIS - Log into your BIS account and delete the email address and recreate it again - the email server details are pointing to the wrong email server.
If your using BES ,then the BES needs to get the correct Mail Server details - Delete the user form the BES and add them back, then reactivate the Handset.

For your work email, do you use a well known server or do you use their own server? Their server IMAP and SMTP addresses might of changed or you entered them in wrong. It might be something with your router but unless you blocked every incoming connection, then it should work. I would talk to your tech guys at work to see if it is on their end.

Went to Apple Genius Bar. Info from them plus my provider resolved the issue

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. Welcome to the Support Communities! There are two things I can think of to keep your Stepdad's information separate from yours on the computer and the iPad. On the computer, he should have his own administrative account, and on the iPad he needs his own Apple ID for iTunes and iCloud services. Here is some basic information to get started. Don't use bcc, use cc instead. Better yet create a new group in Address Book, put the contacts you want into the group, then when you email select the group in the To: field instead of putting in individual email addresses.
