how to send a report (the result of tcode MB52 for exemple) automaticly by mail after generation by job.

Hi Anda,
You can take the help of a basis Person, Via T-code SM36, create a variant in MB52, and keep on running the same variant and save it,
create the recipient group for whoom you want to send the, copy the Program name for MB52 (RM07MLBS), and goto SM36, give in the program and recipient list.
then goto SM37, run the Back ground job,
BUt it is not as easy as Explained., But you can always take help from the BASIS guy.

Nope. It means that if you want to schedule something, use code which does scheduling. Like Quartz for example. Bear in mind that the "something" in this case would involve sending an e-mail, but your scheduler wouldn't care about that.

Sending automatic e-mail after change credit limit

Hi All,
I need to send an external e-mail after a change credit limit happened.
If the credit manager changes the credit limit credit-KNKK KLIMKE (via FD32 tcode), when he click on "save" I need to send an automatic e-mail to the the customer manager.
I didn't find any user-exit or enhancement.
Can anyone help me or show me how to solve the problem?

Firefox does not send a crash report.

Firefox does not send an error report after it crashes. It crashes consistently when accessing certain pages when Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53 10.1.53.64 is enabled, but never sends a crash report.

More information:
Firefox produces a crash file, but does not send it.
There are 19 July 2010 reports in /Users/me/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ including 5 from today.
A plist file was created or modified at the same time that the as the last crash report. It contains OS and Firefox versions.
The directory /Users/tvd/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Crash Reports/pending is empty. The permission are 700. I am the owner.
The last report submitted was Mar 4, 2010:
tail -1 /Users/me/Library/Application\ Support/Firefox/Crash\ Reports/submit.log

I am beginner and I would appreciate if someone could tell me general information.
I found this tutorial how to save and access report.
Storing and Accessing Reports in the Database
In that tutorial report is saved onclick.
Is there a way to automatically email report everytime report is generate or I should first save it (PDF, CSV,..) with SQL script and then email it?
I also found that in Interactive report there is page process that can send e-mails. Is it possible that page process send e-mail with report or report should be also saved before sending?
The reason for this is that we want to have a history of created reports.

i want to execute one standard report after the completion of one transaction.
Can any body guide me in how to do this without executing the report separetly means the report should be called after the completion of the transaction automatically.
I dont want to use workflow also so is there any other way?

What i understood was that you need to run a standard transaction after another transaction to run automatically.....
it is possible if the program for the first t-code is that of a 'Zprogram'
so in the program for the first tcode..if it is performing an operation and does not need user interaction(like user inputs) then in the end of the code,You need to
do a call transaction and return or Submit program and return
wherein you need to pass all sufficient parameters to the second program

Save PDF file automatically after generation

Hello,
I have a Print only PDF Form(for a Quotation) in WebDynpro, that runs for 20-22 pages at runtime. Now it takes a lot of time(sometimes around 5-7 minutes) to generate as its dynamic form .
The user doesn't wants to wait for so long and wants that the PDF should be automatically saved upon generation and he can continue his work.
We have to do this in WebDynpro since the backend is 4.70
I know its possible to save the PDF file from WebDynpro to a filesystem. But that is possible only after generation of WebDynpro.
Is there any way to automatically save the PDF file after its generated.
Is there ny method that is executed after the PDF is generated and before displaying the same.
Is this possible as a background task, like in ABAP it can write to a SPOOL.
Any inputs, source code examples will be helpful.

MSN's latest update is crashing Firefox many times per day. When I try to send the crash report to Firefox, it says it has trouble sending the report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting that can help?

Firefox is crashing every time I have my MSN email account up. (Since I use it for business, that's many times per day.) It seems to coincide with hotmail's latest update where the email is checked and downloaded to the inbox automatically. Then when it asks me if I want to send the crash report to Firefox, I select yes and it tells me it had trouble sending the report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting I can change? I can't seem to keep my email account up for more than 10 minutes.
p.s if you're reading this Microsoft, it's still not bad enough to make me to go back to Internet Explorer!

I have this ALV report. I know I can go up to the toolbar and email the report manually to the user. But I am looking for a code to do that automatically. meaning When I run the report in the selection screen i will provide the email address and the report after its ran it should also email that (when its done manually it sends the attachment as an PDF, which i have no problem with) report as PDF.

SUBMIT an ABAP report after creating the WI but before completion of WI.

Dear All,
I am having an activity which sends the approval work item.
Now my requirement is to SUBMIT an ABAP report after creating the WI but before completion of WI.
I can not call this report before approval activity because i need to pass this WI ID to this report.
Please suggest some way to solve this.

Hello,
You could create a 2-from-2 fork and put the workitem in one branch and the report in the other. Have the report branch wait 1 minute and then read the workitem id from the other branch.
What is the purpose of this report? Why does it need the workitem id?
