Send Button - Confirm before sending?

I keep accidentally sending texts because while I am typing I will hit the "send" button (maybe when hitting O or P). Is there a texting app that has the send button somewhere else? Is there way to have to phone confirm before sending?

Be more careful - I have huge hands and fingers, a size 15 ring, and I never have had a problem with that.
The only thing I can think of is that you may be in too big a hurry, slow down a little, they aren't likely to move the "Send" button for SMS.

While creating SMS we press 'Enter key' for next line, and then we realise that incomplete SMS has been sent and we got charged for it.
There should be checkbox in Skype's Settings/Preferences for Messegeing:

The text of the submit button is transmitted to tell you which submit button was clicked, so naturally it doesn't send it if you don't click that button.
The usual trick is to create an field like <INPUT TYPE="hidden" id="actionfield" name="action" value="enter">
When an element that causes a submit, like clicking a button, happens then Javascript sets the value of the field to indicate the entry method. e.g.
onClick="document.getElementById('actionField').value='ok'; return true"
Obviously if the submit occurs due to hitting ENTER the action parameter will be "enter".
Actually few forms use submit buttons these days because they look a bit clunky, most use images for buttons and power them with JavaScript.

Where is the send button in adobe send

Where is the send button in adobe send? I listed all the files I want and the screen where you are supposed to be able to send the files only has a cancel button. I have tried this on two different browsers. Send Now worked flawlessly; I can't even use the new product since there is no send button.

It appears that the issue is with this particular computer. I have a
laptop with the identical software and virus (AVG 2015). When I started
Adobe Send, the button was there. Sorry for the confusion.
I am a die-hard Send Now fan. When I first tried using Send my files
wouldn't completely upload, probably because of my upload speed. They
are doing fine now and this will be the first week is use Send to upload
our church radio show to the radio station.

Sending Emails -- Ask Before Sending

Hi,
From time to time, I find myself unintentionally sending emails which were not supposed to be send... It happens specfically while replying to an email, I somewhat unintentionally hit the send button (blame my thick fingers)and boom the email is sent Is anybody familiar with an "ask beofre sending" like functionality (as it is with "ask before deleting")or any other idea which is relevant ?

Long delay between send button and actual send in mail

When sending messages in mail, there is a long delay between the time I hit the send button and the actual sending begins. Message and attachment size have no bearing. The delay is usually about 30 seconds, but sometimes longer.

There was info in the detail window when I opened it. Also, it was not immediately connecting to the server, but when I clicked back on the regular mail window to send a test message, the server connected instantly. Below is all that was in the details window:

Confirm Before Sending Email

I need to convert a standard mailto link so that when the link is clicked, a pop-up dialog box (Cancel/OK) appears, that then executes the mailto link when OK is clicked.
To clarify: I have:
John Q. Doe <a href="mailto:[email protected]</a>
And instead, when the link is clicked, I want to have a pop-up dialog box that says something like:
Are you sure you want to open an email window
Cancel OK
If OK is clicked, then the href="mailto:JQDoe@mymail,com" is run (nothing happens if cancel is clicked)
I realize that this only works when there is an email client running, that's OK.
I tried this with Javascript, and while there is no problem getting the pop-up window, nothing I tried opened an email window.
I tried with Spry also, but wasn't sure how to get the code to run in a temporary pop-up.

Thanks so much, and your right - it is time to switch to form based mail (for many reasons). Part of this is I am taking over editing of pre-existing sites, and I need to justify the unasked for changes.

I would appreciate a Java code for a "send" button or a "send page" link that would send a complete web page to my email address. I have some forms for my users to fill out online and send them to me, and so the problem I am having is that when I use FrontPage forms (text boxes, check boxes, radio buttons, etc.,)for them to use, I am getting the input from those form only. What I NEED to get is the complete page, exactly what the users see on the screen with all the text in the forms. The need for this is that these forms (reports) will later be printed out, so they MUST look exactly as on the screen.
So I am thinking a bit of Java code could help me out. Would you give me a hand guys? Thanks!

Do some JNI and take a snapshot of the screen, it is the ONLY way I know to ensure EXACTLY what you ask for: even the HTML from the page may look different than what the users sees when filling out the form when that HTML is displayed on a different machine and system.
Otherwise your agument seems a little trivial and you could just replicate the form on your local machine and insert the data you captured with a normal post operation into the local copy of the HTML form.

Send button not working when text message

When I was texting message with my friends, all of sudden I can't type the respond message unless I have to quit and try to text my friend again. The problem is the box where you typed your message is gray out and "Send" button is inactive or gray out. This problem occurs when I upgraded my iphone 4s to iOS 6.1

After Update today, SEND button no longer activates keyboard. I tapped message window area and that activated the keyboard. SEND button worked to send message. (Not sure how to describe that "message window area", but its the area where your message shows as you type.)

I drafted an email, hit my home button and went to Safari before sending the email or saving it as a draft. When I returned to mail, the email I was working on cannot be found. How can I recover it?

I've found that since I installed iOS7, I've had this problem a lot. In iOS6, I was initially cautious about leaving a draft open and unsaved while I used other apps, but soon found it was quite reliable and they were always still there when I returned to Mail.
With the first version of iOS7, the draft was almost certain to be gone when I returned. Since iOS7.0.4 it's a lot better, but not reliable enough to trust. I've got into the habit of using Cancel/Save Draft *every* time I need to use Safari, etc, before continuing with an email I'm typing. It's just not worth having to retype it.
Note that when you return to the Mail app, you don't have to go to the Drafts folder to find your draft again. Just tap and hold the New Message icon, and a list of drafts will appear. The most recent one will be at the top. I've found that this tip makes the idea of having to cancel, save and reopen much less tedious.

Emails send before I hit send button

Since downloading Mountain Lion, sometimes my emails get sent before I have a chance to finish them and I have not hit the send button. Right in the middle of a sentence, zooom, the email is gone. What's with that?

Could you have accidentally hit the keyboard shortcut for sending a message? In previous versions it was Cmd-E, if I remember correctly - I did accidentally send some messages, because I pressed this when I meant Alt-E (for entering and accented character).
In Mountain Lion, this keyboard shortcut is now Cmd-Shift-D, which may be less likely to be used accidentally, but still possible.

Can I confirm sms before sending?

Got my watch last Friday. So far so good. One annoying thing is that when sending messages, I've had a lot of issues with voice and canned responses.
Im in Australia and voice dictation of messages often comes up with incorrect grammar. Ie your instead of you're, there instead of they're. As well as other incorrect worda recognised.
IS there a way to proof and accept messages before sending from watch?

You cannot change or alter the text, but it shows you the text and gives you a choice to send or to cancel and re-record.

Skip the Grab send button

I have a process in ALBPM 6 that is integrated with a Web interface (PAPI-WS), this process has an activity Grab, and I can use it properly, but all Grab activity, needs a confirmation via a "send button", at least in the workspace is well. There is a way to do what I grab the activity without this confirmation?

The send button won't be active until you address it and type something in the body of the email. Assuming you did that and it still isn't working, try resetting the phone as Ocean20 suggested: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo, release and wait for it to restart. If that doesn't resolve it you probably need to restore your phone. As a precaution before restoring, import your photos to your computer and back up your contacts (such as by syncing them with iCloud). Then connect your phone to iTunes, click on the name of your phone on the left side, go to the Summary tab to the right and click Restore.

I am in New Zealand and when I type up a rather long email to send back home, the send button does not light up by the time I finish and I cannot send the email and can't seem to save the message or anything and then as soon as I touch a button, poof, gon

Panel close? events cannot be triggered on a VI being viewed or controlled remotely. Some more information on that can be found in the help here:http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361E-01/lvprop/vi_panel_closeq/. My suggestion would be to set the Title Bar on the front panel of your remote VI to not be visible so that their only option for closing the window is to click the logout button. Are you using Remote Front Panels(http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3277) to do this instrument control? Using remote front panels allows you to manage a lot of the multiple people accesssing at the same-time type issues so it may be something to look into if you are not already using this method.
