Send button in Lotus Notes webmail won't work after Firefox update

I've been using Firefox to connect to my company's Lotus Notes email servers with no problems for months now. Starting this past Friday, after an update, the send buttons no longer work. I can get and view my email but cannot send anything out. Anyone know how to fix this?

Another work around: in the new message tab change the "format" from rich text to plain text... then the send button works...

Logged in to corporate webmail, can see mails etc. I can create a mail (new, reply, etc.) but when I hit the send button, I get a popup asking if a copy needs to be archived. no matter if I say yes or no, the mail does not get send. Also saving as draft does not work.

yes smtp is a standard and I think you could use this with almost every smtp server.
If your smtp server doesn't require authentication you can access it without an authenticator

IPhoto and Apple ID won't work after system update

I've recently updated my MacBook Air to OS X v10.9.4. iPhoto won't work as i am currently using v9.2. I've tried downloading a later version but have been advised that my Apple ID will not work on this computer. NB. I have an iPhone but have not used the Apple ID on this - to my knowledge, or another Apple ID on my system. I'm a basic level user so any advice on this would be great.

Ichat won't work after latest update

Hi all,
I updated one of our servers yesterday and now it's impossible to connect to the ichat server. All the clients gets a error: host unknown. Everything worked ok before the update. I've tried using the ip of the server instead of the domain name, but no luck.
Anyone got any tips where I should start looking?

Safari won't work after iOS update

My Safari 6.0.3 won't respond after installing this weeks iOS update.

Do you mean this OS X update to 10.8.3? iOS, for iPads/iPhones, etc hasn't been updated for two or three weeks.
For the Safari problem, have you tried resetting it? Launch Safari and from the Safari Menu>Reset Safari. tick the options and then 'reset'. Any change?

Yahoo's Text Twist won't work after the update.

I actually think that the recent security update caused the problem, not the upgrade to 3.1 - since it stopped working in Firefox too. It looks like it's going to load but then I just get an "X".

It sounds like you are unable to use the camera after updating iOS. I recommend these troubleshooting steps from the article named:

Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

My ipod touch won't work after software update.

Last month I downloaded a software update for my iPod Touch and afterwards it wouldn't work or connect to my PC. It just showed a picture of the USB cable with an arrow pointing to the iTunes logo.
I fixed the problem by plugging the iPod into my other PC - where it connected no problem - and I Restored it. I then plugged it back into the first PC and re-synchronized it there. It worked fine after that.
I just downloaded a software update for iTunes and the iPod Touch, and I have the same problem. I know that I can go through the same time-consuming solution as last time but how do I fix this so that it doesn't keep happening?
My PC does seem to recognise the iPod as a camera when it connects. Could that be it? Help please.

It is normal/expected for the computer to recognize the iPod as a camera. It would only be a possible problem if you installed a program such as for a camera or scanner.

Internet Explorer won't connect after Firefox update.

I have searched relentlessly trying to get IE back online. I cannot register AutoCad (which I need for school in a few days), until IE can access the internet. All my searching points to asking Mozilla why your update, or what your update may have done to forbid IE from accessing the internet/network. Brilliant on your part, makes your product seem more reliable and forces users to use your product. I do. I love Firefox, hate IE. But I NEED Internet Explorer for too many things. There are far too many websites and programs which will only function via IE. It's IE version 8. I have Firefox 5.0.

Sounds very much like a firewall problem. Turn off the firewall completely. Also check the proxy settings on the computer. (On XP this is Internet Options control panel and the LAN Settings button on the Connections tab.)

I updated to IOS 6 and now i cannot listen to music, download it or access my podcasts. Downloads show up in iTunes but they never download. super annoying. any help would be great, thanks.

When iLife '08 was released, Apple made iMovie 6 available for download for owners of iLife' 08. But since the release of iLife '09, the iMovie 6 download was pulled. So you are a few months too late for that download.
What can I do that doesn't involve spending more?
There are a few options, some of which involves spending.
You may partition yor hard drive (Apple's Disk Utility) into to parts: One with Leopard and one with Panther or Tiger. The latter is where you install iMovie 4 and iDVD 4. Don't forget to do a VERIFIED backup BEFORE you start.
OR
You can buy a used copy on iLife '06 on eBay. Many are in your position, so I hear the prices are rising.
OR
If you have an external Firewire hard drive, install Panther/Tiger, iMovie 4 and iDVD 4 on that drive.

I've waited until the page stops loading and it still won't appear. It works if I change the site. The 3 sites in question are Facebook, Pinterest, and Sidereel. I haven't changed any settings on those sites. I'm stumped.

I downloaded the latest update for iTunes yesterday on my new Windows 8.1-enabled laptop, and now, even though I can start the application up, doing literally anything freezes it up and requires a manual restart. It is literally completely broken. I need to find a solution immediately, or I might have to start using different software.
