I have some concerts in my apple tv and i would like to see in my music videos not in movies, some can help me? in my itunes librery my concerts are in movies seccion and i would send to music seccion, but i can't.

you need to change the media type of these files in itunes.
change them from "movie" to "music video".
then resync the appletv for the changes to be made.

When you say "remove his account", do you mean remove his Apple ID as well as all his stuff (music, movies, and whatever else is housed in iTunes)? If so, delete all his stuff (music, etc.), have him deauthorize the computer (Store > Deauthorize This Computer), and sign out of his account (Store > Sign Out) and then sign in to yours.
If all you want to do is remove his Apple ID and not fuss with his stuff, then things get more complicated, because you do not own his stuff.

Repair your QuickTime and try again.
Control Panel > Programs n Features > highlight QuickTime, click CHANGE then REPAIR.

Switching From Mini to Video On iTunes

On my Itunes, the main ipod is my mini. I just got a video so how do i delete the mini ipod off my computer and make the video ipod the main "source" or ipod?????

iTunes does not have a "main" iPod. You can connect as many iPods up to it as you want. There is no real need to "delete" your mini off the computer and there really is nothing to delete.
Just make sure that everything is up to date...

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini. I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

If it is from the iTunes store you can watch it from iCloud on ATV. If it is not from the iTunes store the next best option is to add it to your local copy of iTunes and have ATV play it from there. You can always do it from AirPlay but that is a very error prone and degrages the quality.

Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay.

It is important not to allow your iPod to sync with an empty library. If it is set to synchronise automatically you will get a message saying your iPod is linked to a different library and asking if you want to sync – it is important to press cancel as syncing with an empty library erases all music from your iPod.
You can also prevent auto sync by holding down shift & ctrl as you plug in your iPod and keeping the keys held down until the iPod appears in iTunes.
Once you are connected, you need to set your iPod to manage music manually.
