Send e-mail to several addresses

Dear Experts,
I need to send the scheduling agreement messages via e-mail to several e-mail address.
For example, not only to the buyer or purcharing department people but olso to logistic department and Administration dept....
Then I need to handle several e-mail addresses per vendor or to put other e-mail addresses in the Copy To field of the e-mail.
I have already done all the configuration steps, but the e-mail is sent only for one e-mail adderss that is coded into the vendor master.
Is there a solution ?

or simply ask ur technical team to create a parent mail id which is been linked to the several
llike X AT Y.com will be parent when u send mail to this ID it will goto a AT Y.com ,b AT Y.com ,C AT Y.com etc.

Yes you can..You can add any no. of email ids to the table parameter 'RECEIVERS' of the function module. You can create a distribution list and then add the ids to that dist. list.. use so23 to create the dist. list..

The distribution list has the email ids.
wa_reclist-receiver = p_dist.
Receiver type is 'internet mail'.
wa_reclist-rec_type = 'C'.
Express mail activated
wa_reclist-express = 'X'.

HT202304 Can't send e-mails using iCloud address on either my iPhone or Macs ?

Hi guys and gals,
I can't seem to be able to send e-mails using my iCloud address.
No idea why that is. I don't get any error message, the e-mails 'get sent' without any fuss or ending in the outbox folder and they simply do not reach their destinations. There doesn't seem to exist any issues with Apple either. Perhaps my e-mails are being blocked, out of the blue (not by my ISP though, I'm having this problem with whatever network I'm connected to or using internet data on my mobile). ?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks !

Sending e-mail to external addresses from business activities

Hi Experts,
Im customizing CRM 5.0 and I want to send e-mails to other employees, when Im maintaining a business activity.
These employees can have no SAP user, so I need this e-mail to go to the address maintained in BP transaction (e.g. alda.lobato@enterprisessname.net).
So, I tried to customize in trx. CRMC_ACTION_CONF, the following data / conditions:
Tab Overview "Partner Determination"
- Partner Function: 00000014
- Description: Employee Responsible
- Partner Number: blank
Tab Processing Details "Details of Selected Processing" "Recipient(s)"
- Recipient Type: U Internet address
- Address: blank
- Archive Mode: 1 Mail Only
However, all the e-mails remain to being sent to the Employee Business Workplace (trx. SBWP), as we were sending the email to his SAP user.
Please advise.

First of all, thanks for your quick answer.
I maintained the Email address in Communication area (as already maintained) and in Address-Independent Communication area, but the Emails remain to being sent to Employee Business Workplace (trx. SBWP).
The Standard Address area that you indicated, only have the fields Street/House number, Postal code/City, Country, Region and Time zone - I dont have the field Email address so I figured out that you talking about the Address-Independent Communication area.
After this, I did another test, which was maintaining the Email address only in Address-Independent Communication area. When I sent the Email through the business activity, appears the error message Action could not be successfully executed.
This mean that the Email address must be maintained in Communication area but it seems that independently the Email address maintained here, the Email is always sent to Employee Business Workplace.
Please advise.

How do you mail to several addresses in Yosemite mail?

When I sent mail to multiple addresses in my 10.6.8 mac, the "plus" sign offered my list of contacts with 3 boxes beside each contact.
I checked the boxes, clicked OK and viola! All the addresses appeared.
In Yosemite, I can't find any such thing. A click on the "plus" sign shows me my addresses, but I can't click more than one at a time. Say it isn't so!

True if you use that method. You must re-click the Add [+] button each time you want to add another name. Or you have other options. With the cursor in the address field just type the beginning of a name or email address then select from the pop-up list the one you want; of open your Contacts and simply multi-select the names you want, then drag them into the To: field.

Put all the people in a group and then go to Mail Preferences > Composing tab > uncheck "When sending to a group, show all member addresses".
Another option is to put it into the Bcc field.

How do I create an address with two e-mail addresses, so that whenever I send an e-mail to this person, it goes to both e-mail addresses?

If you are referring to an Address Book entry, the easiest way to do so is by creating an Address Book Group named by this person's first name or whatever you prefer.
Click on and drag the contact from the "All" Group to this newly created Group which places a copy of the contact in the Group. Copy/paste the contact within the Group so the contact is listed twice in the Group - one for each email address.
Choose Edit > Edit Distribution List.
Select the group whose addresses you want to manage.
Click the pop-up menu (column header) to choose which type of information you want to manage—phone number, email address, or street address.
Select the address or phone number you want to use for each member with multiple addresses or phone numbers.
Select one address for the first and the other address for the second.
When addressing a message, select the Group name for the To field and the message will be sent to both email addresses.
Other than this, you must enter the contact's name twice in the To: field - one for each email address.

Trying to SEND in Mail from email addresses not from my ISP verizon

I have Verizon fiber optic. All is okay except, I can't SEND from Apple's Mail program, when I try to send from an email address that I set up elsewhere. Receiving is fine. Just sending doesn't work. Verizon tech support worked with me for 2 hours with no success. the @verizon email addresses receive AND send, just not SENDING by way of my other POP accounts, which according to my web host should work.
I thought Mail could do this. Am I wrong?

What doesn “I can't send” mean? What’s the problem exactly? What error messages do you get, if any?
In an attempt to fight spam, many ISPs restrict the ability to send using an outgoing (SMTP) server not owned by them, usually by blocking port 25 for all traffic outside their own network, which means you cannot send with an SMTP server not owned by them if configured to use that port number. And it may happen the other way around as well, i.e. the outgoing server itself may look at the IP address you’re connecting from and refuse the connection if you’re outside its own network.
Something that often works is changing the outgoing server port to 587 (or whatever alternate port number the outgoing server listens to) instead of 25 and using some form of authentication in Preferences > Accounts > Account Information > Outgoing Mail Server > Server Settings, but two conditions must be satisfied for this change to work: (1) the ISP must not block that port as well AND (2) the outgoing server in question must listen to that port and accept a form of authentication not based on the IP address you’re connecting from.
Independent mail service providers not tied to a particular ISP, such as .Mac and Gmail, do allow authenticated SMTP access on port 587, which is the reason changing the outgoing server port number solves the problem for them if the ISP doesn’t block that port as well.
Read the following article, which applies to all versions of Mac OS X (not just Mac OS X 10.4.2 and earlier as the article states) and can be useful for other mail accounts as well (not just .Mac):

If there is no native ability within Mail to do this, does anyone know of any plugins that would allow me to do this? Ant tips would be welcomed.
(Regarding why mail needs to be checked every minute: it's connected with business here in Japan where email is the standard way to send instant messages from / to mobile phones, unlike elsewhere where SMS is the norm.)

In a send mail step of workflow, when the recipient type is a Organizational Object and Org Unit, the mail is only sent to workplace? I would need to send the mail to external address from all users of Org Unit. Is possible it?

1) In the Recipient type select the E-Mail address from the drop down
2) And give the email id (in the text box)
3) Then save & test it.
4) Once it execute goto t.code SOST and see the email entry.
5) If entry not found, the SCOT settings is not done then check with Basis Team
6) If found, select it and execute.
7) And check you email

Exchange 2010 - Method to send e-mail when the WAN IP is dynamic

I am writing due to the fact that I cannot send e-mail from my Exchange 2010 Server to my Yahoo! address for testing. When trying to do so, I get the following error message:
mta1106.mail.gq1.yahoo.com gave this error:

As one can see, because my IP address is residential, I cannot send e-mail to all addresses on the web. I really would like to use this as my primary contact, and thought of using a proxy. Can someone recommend a good proxy, or workaround for this? I am

I have set up DynDNS, and I am currently using my own domain name. The problem was I needed to configure a smart SMTP host, or relay server on my send connector. I decided to go with SMTP2GO, as they are cheap, and allow you to send 20 e-mails a day for
free. When the money is right, I plan to upgrade.

Forward to several addresses does not work with Yahoo account

My wife uses a MacBook Air and a YahooPlus in Mail.
It works well except when she wants to forward mail to several addresses.
She gets an error message (something about smtp server...don't know exactly)
When she forwards the mail one by one it works.
In the old days when she was on Windows she used Yahoo's website mail and had no problems forwarding to several people, so the problem must be related to Mail and not Yahoo.
Can anyone help?

In our company in USA we set a payment through ACH, for it we need to send a payment advice to the vendor after we run process in F110, that process is run properly but the problem is we need to send some mails to more than one receiver, and the option to input it is in vendor master data, but at the moment to send e-mail the system only send mail to first address, some one have idea can I do for send to several address???

HI,
I am assuming that you are using BTE 2040 or 2050 to achieve this. Instead of using the sample FM provided by SAP for this BTE, copy it to a Y/Z FM and then you can modify it accordingly.
My suggestion would be to create a custom table for the email addresses and pick the additional email addresses from there in conjugation with the Vendor master.
