Send emails to the same group of people every day

I use the dock ios mail app and have to send emails to the same eight people everyday.
Is there any easy way to group together email addresses so I don't have to input each one?

Open Contacts and create a Group with the recipients by drag and drop i each into the group...and of course give the group a name to use as the addressee.

Dates in email all the same when older than 2 days. I saw similare questions but no solutions , who can help me ?

All dates in my emails (on all my 4 apple computers) are on May 5 , when older than 2 days. Is there anyone who can help me out of this very annoying problem please?

I am trying to send a group message on my Mail app on all devices , iMac and ipone, I have created a group on contacts but it only gives me the names and then I would have to choose each email. I would like to send an email to the same group of emails, maybe just by tapoping the group name on my Mail app, Is this possible? Thanks..

You can't send an email from the Mail app to an address book group, I'm afraid. You will need an app to do that.

What do yo mean by " The sending email surface on every time"?

My emails from the same person are grouped together, how do I undo this so that each email stands on it's own?

3.My emails are "folded up", with tabs like "See more" - how do I undo this? - I want to see the full email at once without having to click multiple times in the email on "show more" etc.
4.When I send an email to some one, a copy of that email is sometimes sent to me?? - this confuses my and make me think I by accident sent it to myself, but when I check it in the SENT box, it the correct recipient's name was used. How to fix this mystery?

Click the View menu in the Mail menu bar and uncheck Organize by Conversation.

Sometimes deleting the account and then re-creating it can solve this issue
Write down all the information in accounts before doing this
Highlight the account on the left and click the minus button
Then click the plus button to add the new account and follow the prompts

I have two email accounts that are set up on the same iPad. I cannot seem to see, read or send email from the second account

When trying to set up a group email list using address book, is there a way to include multiple emails for the same contact to one group. For example I'm trying to set up a baseball team group email. Some kids want emails sent to both mom and dad which have different emails. I currently have them in my address book as the boy's name with the emails listed as mom and dad. I can add one "mom" to the list but when I compose the email, it will use the most recent email used. I would like the group to contain both addresses for mom and dad without setting up to different contacts for the same player.

When I click on my contacts icon on my phone there is a Groups choice in the upper left hand corner. Make sure you are in All Contacts and not a specific person.

Drag the entire group into the To: field of a new message. The group is in your Address Book. You've used a name for it, like My Group. You can simply start typing "My Group" in that To: field and it should appear in a context menu.

Are emails with the same subject shared between recipients?

I had the same subject for a variety of emails and they all show in the same tab. Can they all see eachothers messages?! If they can how do I fix it so they can't?

Only people who are explicitly included in the recipients list get the emails.
Your email program is grouping the emails together for your convenience since it assumes emails with the same subject are part of the same conversation.
Just because emails appear together on your screens does not mean other people not included in the emails sees them too.

Duplicate reminder emails for the same event

Some of my users are experiencing duplicate reminder emails for the same event. These duplicates have the same bodies, different message-id headers and posted at exactly the same time.
Has anybody seen this sort of behavior and know a fix.

We had the same problem. At us I noticed the start/stop from the server went wrong. There were double processes running from the server. You should have 1 admin process, 1 notify process, 1 enpd process and (same as your cpu count) httpd processes.
When the other ones are more then 1, restart the system.
This receiving double e-mail reminder problem, you will only find at people who have AND event notifications on AND event & task reminders on! People who don't have BOTH activated, don't receive double reminders.
Also watchout that your test calendar system can't send e-mail notifications to your production users. But this you can see by reading the headers from the e-mail .. the system where it comes from is then different.
