Send FI document at SD Billing document printout

Hello,
I want to send IDOC FIDCCP02 via message type FIDCC1 when a SD Billing document is printed.
This IDOC is the FI IDOC and not the SD IDOC.
How can I invoke the sending of an FI IDOC from within the SD printout ?
Can this be done via BTE ?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Yoeri Olbrechts

Here is my configuration in VOFA
Billing doc type
FI Document type
Description
YFAO
FA
Original billing
YFSO
DB
Cancellation billing
1/ I create a billing S160 => generation of a FI invoice F200 with type FA
2/ I create a billing cancellation S161 => generation of a FI invoice F201 with type FA and not DB as indicated in VOFA
If you want, I can send you two screenshots, so, you could have a better idea of the problem.
Can you see now the problem I am facing?
Regards,
Rene

    Hi,
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/2b/d925bf4b8a11d1894c0000e8323c4f/frameset.htm
You have to create an RFC user for the RFC interface, so that you can receive messages in your SAP system. For each external communications system, create an RFC destination and a Node.
You can add more systems, that is, create new nodes, even during operation. Since new Customizing settings may be necessary, you can branch directly from SAPconnect administration to Customizing (for example, to maintain the rules for recipient number adjustment).
Outgoing messages are first stored in a queue. You have to schedule send processes so that the messages are sent from the queue to the external communications system. You can distribute incoming messages with inbound distribution using the recipient addresses.
You can also change the default settings for confirmations of receipt in the Internet. You can specify a default domain to enable messages to be sent externally to users or objects to which no Internet address is assigned.
The tools for monitoring and error analysis are available for monitoring sending. You can check the operating status of the external communication components in the SAP System and evaluate the send status of the documents. If errors occur, you can configure a trace that logs the processing of messages.
An overview of the settings that you have to make in the SAP System in order to enable sending can be found in the documentation on External Sending in the SAP System.
    Hope this will help.
    Regards,
    Naveen.

  • Can you send a document for Shared Review once you've applied an electronic signature?

Hi! I'm having troubles sending a document for shared review, I need 3 people to digitally sign it and then send it on a shared review. I keep getting this error message however:
'The document you have chosen cannot be sent for shared review or collaboration because its current security permissions do not allow modifications. Please choose another document or change this document to allow modifications.'
I'm not sure how I can 'allow the modifications' - where's this option?
    I've tried 'File/Save As/Reader Extended PDF/Enable Commenting & Measuring' but this didn't help.
We can't use stamps for signing as we want to be able to verify signatures.
Any suggestions on what the issue may be?
    Thanks in advance!
    Mel

thanks George for your response. Basically what we do in our engineering company is have the author and supervisor sign a document (verfiying that its at a good enough level) to go out on review, and if its something that needs to go to our client for review there'll be a 3rd approver signature before it leaves our office - then the client will put it on shared review amongst their staff.
when we're having a play around with this trying to get this to work, we aren't going in and locking the document after any of the signatures. but I'm also not sure of what you need to do to 'enable' a document before initiaiting the send for shared review process. Are you able to give me a step by step on how to set this up - and how to see if a signature field is 'preconfigured to lock a document' - that actually might be the root of the problem!
Sorry I'm not a huge whizz on adobe, I haven't had to use it for a review process in quite a while but my current company is wanting to go electronic.
    Thanks for your help!

  • Error while using Send With Document service

    Hi,
I am using the send with document email service, and trying to pass an attachment (a text document). When i invoke the process using java component i get the following error:
com.adobe.workflow.engine.PEUtil logFailedFaultRouting An exception was thrown with name com.adobe.idp.dsc.email.SendMailFailedException message:Failed to send email to mail server: null:25. Cause: null while invoking service EmailService and operation sendWithDocument and no fault routes were found to be configured.
Can someone give me an idea of how to resolve this issue?
    Thanks..

From the exception fragment it is complaining that your email properties are not set correctly. In this case the email server name is resolving to null. Make sure they are all set up correctly. The no fault routes just means you have no route in your workflow to handle any errors/exceptions.

  • How can I send a document in iworks as a pdf file?

How can I send a document in iworks as a pdf file?  My friends who have windows are not able to open any attachment I send them.  Very frustrating.

Click 'Print' - then in the dialogue window in the bottom left, select save as PDF.
    Done!

  • Changing a PDF with a text box, and then flatten the text box onto the underlying PDF before sending the document out.

I download PDF documents from municipalities, often and from numerous municipalities.
They have a scanned image of a form that I need to fill out,
I enter my contact info as a text box onto the form, along with other information,
but when I save the document, there seems no way to flatten the fields so that the person I send the document to has a true PDF and cannot change the document.
They could delete one of the text boxes or change the text in the box (by mistake),
which could case some major complications.
How do I flatten the document, so I can send it back to the municipalities as a PDF that cannot be changed.
I am using Acrobat X Pro, on windows XP machine

I doubt you could fix this. Generally a "garbled" file is considered unusable for copying, and that's that. If a PDF uses random mappings instead of standard ones it looks fine on screen, but text extraction is impossible.
Short of converting every page to bitmap and OCRing again.

It may be a problem with your printer. Try posting on a Canon forum. Often times it is not your Mac.

In this tutorial, learn how to use digital signatures or the EchoSign service to copy others when sending a document out for electronic signature. The cc feature is a way to allow others to see the electronic signature progress without signing authority.

    Hi,
This one's tricky, so tricky that I think it's not possible using Oracle built-in XML DML functions.
Even XQuery Update cannot do it (for now) because, likewise, the prefix is always redeclared at child level.
The only thing I can think of is XSLT (or maybe DOM manipulation) :
    SQL> select xmlserialize(document
      2           xmltransform(
      3             xmltype('<A xmlns="namespace" xmlns:def="myns_namespace"/>')
      4           , xmltype(
      5  '<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
      6     xmlns:def="myns_namespace"
      7     xmlns:ns0="namespace">
      8    <xsl:template match="ns0:A">
      9      <xsl:copy>
    10        <xsl:element name="def:B"/>
    11      </xsl:copy>
    12    </xsl:template>
    13  </xsl:stylesheet>')
    14         )
    15        indent
    16      )
    17  from dual;
    XMLSERIALIZE(DOCUMENTXMLTRANSF
    <A xmlns="namespace" xmlns:def="myns_namespace">
      <def:B/>
    </A>

Our organization uses an Oracle database hosted on a Unix platform and one of our data processing outputs is a “stuffer” document that has a barcode, and Unix jobs automatically send the document to a printer.
Is there a way, or does Adobe have a product or solution, to create a PDF version of the document including the barcode, before it’s sent to a printer?

What format is the document that is printed? Or what technology is used to format the printer? There isn't a standard way of doing things in Unix.

  • Material document printout

    Hi,
I am using out put type WE01 for a material document printout but this is too much descriptive.
Is there any way I can make it less descriptive such that I can only see
    material document number,
    document date,
    PO reference,
    Vendor number,
    name,material number,
    material description,
    and quantity.
Is there any formavailable for this.
    Please suggest
    Regards,

    Hi,
The form display (descriptive, non descriptive) does not have anything to do with output type. It depends on the script or smartform that has been assigned to the output type.
You would get the same output even if you use the different output type provided you use the same script or smartform.
Hence, you would need a script or smartform which is less descriptive.
One way is to copy the standard form and modify (remove unwanted data) as per your requirement.
To view which script or smartform is assigned to the output go to Transaction NACE -> Choose ME Application -> Click on Output Types push button on your application toolbar -> Choose WE01 and click on Processing Routines option on the left pane of your screen -> You will be displayed with form details.
    Hope this will help.
    Regards,
    Naveen.
