Send file as email attachment not working

any help would be greatly appreciated...
When I click "send file as email attachment" it will open outlook with the PDF attached but when I click send on the email, the email closes like it is sent but never actually gets sent (nothing in sent items and recipient never gets the email)
Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro (Creative Cloud Suite installed)

Could you please try sending PDF as email attachment via another email apart from Outlook.
Are you able to send the file successfully?
Also, go under 'Help> Check for Updates' and ensure if you are using the latest version of Acrobat XI i.e. 11.0.10
Have you tried sending any other PDF via Outlook?

Send .pdf as email attachment not under tools in 11.0.9

The option to send .pdf as an email attachment is not under the tools menu as it has been in previous versions. Is this an option that has been removed, or is this an error in the installation?

This does not solve the issue. I have updated my system to version 11.0.10 and the feature is still missing.

OSB - send file in email attachment in SOAP attachment

I would like to send a file in email in SOAP attachment.
I thought it would be a simple task, I will create a proxy service, which calls a business service. There is a routing action in proxy service to business service and after the rouiting there is a replace action, I replace the attachments variable with this:

I tried the blog and I could send email with attachment. My problem is that I have to put the file content into the webservice body when i call the proxy service as a webservice. But I want to put the file into the SOAP attachment. So this is my scenario:
1. the service counsumer calls the proxy service webservice and the service consumer (client) put the file into the request SOAP attachment
2. the proxy service calls the business service
3. the business service sends the email with an attachment (and the file is into this attachment)

PI Sender File Adapter OS Commands not working

Hi Guys,
I have very simple scenario. we are using PI 7.1 with EHP1 on HP hardware with JDK 1.5.2*.
We are processing XML files through Sender File Adapter(NFS) to Idocs. We also need to move some pdf documents to target folders on the same box (basically Sender and Receiver files/foders are mounted to PI OS hence I am using NFS)
I am trying to put a simple OS command copy and mov command.
in the Before Message Processing: cp /tmp/*.pdf /tmp/out/
And in the After Message Processing: mv /tmp/*.pdf /tmp/archive/
In the Adapter Audit logs says these commands are executed but I don't see any effect and there is no error/Traces available even in the Server logs also.
I have been using these OS commands since XI 3.0 I never had any issue.
I have gone through SDN but no luck, Please share your experiences.

As i understand your requirement you just want to take the pdf file from one folder of XI server and put it to another..
for this u do not need a OS command..
This requirement is simple ..infact u do not need any IR components as well..
u just have to develop the ID part and wherever it asks for namespace or message interface u can give a dummy one..
this would jst take the pdf file from one folder and send it to another

Sending contacts via email does not work, Vcards are garbled

When I send a contact via email, it looks like it's going to send a standard vcard, but when it comes through, it's mostly giberish. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone else have this problem?

I'm wondering if there isn't some corruption with the address book database on the iPhone. I have a feeling that if you removed and resync'd contacts it might fix it. I'll check back in tomorrow morning to see what the results of mailing a newly created contact were. I'm being told it's bedtime.

Exchange email will not work when offline

Anyone know when Apple will fix this issue? Email will not work correctly unless connected to wireless. This makes it impossible to be productive while flying. This is exclusive to exchange servers as it woks on POP accounts.

I know that. When I work on my laptop I can file, reply, delete etc. and when I land it updates all the folders and sends and recevies all the mail. the iPad will not let you file or delete emails unless connected. This makes flying time completely unproductive. If I have to have a laptop to do email why have an iPad???

CRES html email attachments not working after upgrade to Exchange 2010

We have just upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. No other changes have been made to our network. No changes were made to user workstations. Now when users receive emails from Cicso Registered Envelope Service the HTML file attachments seem to be damaged. It seems as if Exchange 2010 is stripping part of the HTML attachment. The final error is "Incomplete Payload". Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Share option for email does not work after Yosemite upgrade.

Does anybody know why the share option, "Share via email" does not work anymore after Yosemite upgrade? I love this feature. It's just quick and easy.

On Yosemite, Pages '09 v4.3 no longer recognizes the Share > Send Via Email categories. You will have to export and manually drag/drop/attach documents to Mail. There is no fix.

I can open pdf files in emails, but not on websites. I have the new Reader.

I can open pdf files in emails, but not on websites, as I was able to a couple of weeks ago. On websites I get the message, "Adobe Acrobat has crashed". I downloaded the new Adobe Reader and that didn't help. I don't have Adobe Acrobat, on Adobe Reader.

Windows 7, Google Chrome and the most recent Adobe Reader (just downloaded the same day). The problem is with Google Chrome, as Fire Fox works fine. I tried enabling and disabling what would read pdf files in Chrome plugins and found that the only thing that worked was to disable adobe reader and enable chrome reader, which is the opposite of what was reccomended in answer to other adobe forum questions that were similar to mine.

Send files thru email

hey all
is it possible to send files thru email using a java program??? i tried using Runtime..... and executing outlook...but i could not figure out how to give filename and reciever's name at the command prompt...can anybody help me in this???
