Send for publish: no contribute users or user roles in send list box

Users needing to submit drafts for publishing choose Send for Publish. When the Send window displays nothing appears in the Send the draft to another Contribute user: list box. User needs to be able to choose 'all users in the "administrator" role.'

Please check storage quotas for your mailbox by the following steps.
In the console tree, navigate to Recipient Configuration >
Mailbox.
In the result pane, select your mailbox.
In the action pane, under the mailbox user's name, click Properties.
In Properties, click the Mailbox Settings tab.
Click Storage Quotas, and then click Properties.
In Storage Quotas, please increase the limit of

Click OK to close windows and apply the changes.

Runtime Error when trying to "Send for Review"

Runtime error on Contribute.exe
This application has reqeusted the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.....
User had just finished editing, clicked "Send", selected "Send for Review", then selected a person's name in the list to send it to....

Validation at "Save and Send for approval" in Create Expense Report

Hello gurus,
I have an issue where in at Create Expense report we have two options:
1. Save
2. Save and Send for Approval.
When this trip is SAVED and SEND FOR APPROVAL the validation should trigger and error message should appear if expense type XXXX is used in any of the line item of the trip.
I have been told that this can be done by user exit at the backend level. But, at the frontend we will have to make some changes as well.
I know WD JAVA, but a little short on knowledge in WD ABAP.
Could you please help me by telling me as to how to do a validation in this scenario or even if its necessary to do it ?? I mean, is it possible that the backend validation will hold true if someone will create a expense report from the frontend as well ??

SetSelectedValue for multiple values in List Box

Hi,
I want to set the selectedValue for multiple values in the List Box. If i use setSelectedValue for all the values, it just highlights the last one.
Can anyone tell me how do i highlight multiple values in the List Box?
Scenario:
I have one screen where the List Box and "Go" button is placed. When i select multiple values in the list box and hit "Go" it should display what i have selected in the List Box.
Note: List Box is generated dynamically.

setSelectedValue as the name indicates will set one value and in your case since you are using it multiple times it would pick the last value.
When the user selects multiple values from the list box and clicks on Go you can capture those values in the controller for processing. What are you trying to achieve by resetting all the selected values on the same listbox ?

Send for review user list

In the Send for review user list, we have a list of users and
groups. Does anyone know anyway to edit this list to show the
Administrator group only? Our users often forget to choose the
Administrator group instead of a single Admin when sending their
drafts.

If you're not using the Publishing Server, Contribute does
need to write to an obfuscated directory on the server to keep
track of users and roles on the site.
I noticed a similar problem to the one you describe. And I
think the key is that the users have to have actually connected to
the site. It's not enough to just import the key, because
Contribute may not make a connection at that point. You can only be
sure that they'll show up if they browse to that site while
connected, for long enough that Contribute recognizes that it's
displaying a site on its connection key list.
The last part could be a hangup. In my experinece (OS X
Intel), it takes Contribute between 15 and 30 seconds to register
that it's on a site for which it has a connection. It might take
another 15-30 seconds to connect. So your users have to make sure
that they're viewing the site for long enough that all the buttons
at the top of the viewing pane show the right status.

When sharing my 60 minutes iMovie project with iDVD inmediately message 'The project could not be prepared for publishing because an error occurred (Error in user parameter list)' appears. Could not find the user parameter list, so I've no more info about this error.
Option File - Finalize Project gives inmediately the same errormessage.
Also option Share - Media Browser - Large/Medium/Mobile give the same errormessage.

How to use a generic sender for all users in SCOT

Hi.
I´m trying to find a way to define a static sender for all the mails sent from our SAP system.
It automatically takes the email adress set un the user data (SU01 tcode) but our mail server does not allow that adresses.
We can get the access just for one single emeil adress.
The easy solution would be to change everyone´s email adress data to the same one, but I´m trying to find another solution, a way to define a "static" sender for the mails, not taking not from the user data.
Any advise and help will be higly appreciated.

Well as a workaround you can create an email address/folder and provide this in SOCT and then from this mail folder , setup a rule to forward the mail to all receipients.

Can you give more details? What exactly is the entire error message text? there should be an error number too. Are you trying to finalize this to an external disk?

I called Apple under my Mac support contract. They were completely unfamiliar with the error you and I were encountering. Updating to 10.8.5 didn't help.
I'm stopping my TimeCapsule while I perform these tasks, but I don't know yet if I have a consistent work-around.

Unable to prepare project for publishing. Error in user parameter list

After editing the project in iMovie '09 I am getting strange problems.
1) If I try to share the project to iDVD I get the Error Message: "Unable to prepare project for publishing. The project could not be prepared for publishing because an error occurred. (Error in user parameter list)". The same error message I get when trying to "Export Movie".
2) If I play the movie (either in the preview window or in full screen), I hear the audio, but the video remains on the picture, I was, when I start playing. This wasn't the case until yesterday. I don't know, what has changed this.
I am not sure, if both problems are connected.
If I try to play a clip, everything still works well, means audio and video are playing as expected.
Any ideas, what I could try to solve this (I already tried to restart iMovie, checked that I have the newest version 8.0.1 (740) and tried to restart my iMac?

I'm having the same problem, though it wasn't triggered by me importing anything. I had an almost complete project that I was just editing down and tightening up. I was making some deletions and moving some clips around when the project just went all wonky. If I hit the space bar the video will play. Audio, video and titles are all as they should be. But the editing window is frozen. The raw clips have disappeared from the upper left. When I restart the app the editing window is sometimes blank. But if I drag another application across the screen (like Mail or iTunes) the clips regenerate in the viewer window. This is a HUGE disappointment for me. After wasting an hour trying to solve this I now have to start completely from scratch with this project.

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....
Where do Your material come from
• Camera
• External hard disk
• USB-memory
And all are connected so that iMovie can find it ?
