Send form by email for 3 pages instead of all 7 pages.

Hello,
I have the form that has 3 pages of instruction and 2 pages of the form itself. Currently the form is submitted by email button which includes all 5 pages. Is there a way to make it down to 2 pages for the form itself without including instruction when they submit the form by email? Can any one please advise.

You can use the preSubmit event of the button to hide the Subforms that hide the 3 instruction pages..and in the postSubmit re-display the subforms.
preSubmit event
Subform1.presence = "hidden";
postSubmit event
Subform1.presence = "visible";
Replace the Subform1 with the relative path for each of the instruction pages.
But to make it work you need to place a Submit button instead of Email submit. That way you can control the form before it is being submitted..

Don't use bcc, use cc instead. Better yet create a new group in Address Book, put the contacts you want into the group, then when you email select the group in the To: field instead of putting in individual email addresses.

I recommend you use the Test-EdgeSynchronization cmdlet to check if the subscribed Edge Transport servers have a current and accurate synchronization status. If you have configured EdgeSynchronization successfully, please delete send connector
on Hub transport server.
Please uncheck "anonymous users" on receive connector for Hub server.
Please follow the ExchangeITPro's suggestion to check DNS MX record.

Unable to send and receive email for external domain

Hi,
I just installed Exchange Server on my 2K8 domain controller. I have set up the send connector and made necessary changes to the receive connector as well. I have updated the DNS records as well on my domain registrar. I can access OWA from outside my companies
network and is able to send and receive emails for my domain but unable to send or receive emails to any other domain. I have checked the delivery report and it says that the message has been queued on the server.
I also did nslookup. Results mentioned below:

According to your description, I notice that you installed Exchange server on a DC.
It is not recommended to install Exchange server on a DC. I suggest install Exchange server on a member server. More details to see:

About your issue, cannot send and receive externally, I suggest make sure the DNS can be resolved first.
Then, check whether Outlook Anywhere has been enabled. If not, please enable it on both Exchange server and Outlook client side.
Last, try to configure both Send Connector and Receive Connector.
More detailed error message will be helpful for the further troubleshooting.

You want visitors to that page to be able to send you an email, right? To add your email address to any page in your site use the Insert->Button->Email Me menu option. That will add a button that will open the visitors mail client with your email in the To field.
If you would like to have a form on that page so the visitors can enter their message and mail to you create a form at a site like Wufoo.com and embed it in your page with an HTML Snippet like the one in this demo page. That way your email address can be kept hidden from those emailing you.

Pre filling form then emailing for further completion

I am new to this, so please bear with me. I am creating a form to email to our consituents that has information that may or may not be correct.
I want to fill the form with the info/data we have and then have the recipient either add or change the information depending on if it is correct and email it back to me. There are approx 300 constituents I need to send these forms to. The form will have text boxes, yes/no boxes, etc.
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 8. The data lives in an excel spreadsheet.
I know I will have more questions, but initally how do I get the data into the form?

If this is going to be a yearly correction of information in your database, then during the second year you would be violating the Adobe license which says you may not use an Reader enabled pdf form (enabled in Acrobat as opposed to LiveCycle Reader Extension enabled) to 500 uses. Personally, I think you would be better off creating a webform from the information in the excel file and directing the users to the website. This will have two advantages---the information you are working with will be transferred to a database where it belongs and the corrections will be in a database for your future use. I know of no way to do what you what with an Acrobat based form. However, it may be possible using LiveCycle Designer. You might ask the the Designer forum.

Stop Sending and Receiving Emails for the employee which is no longer exist

I have lot's of mailboxes in my exchange server which their users are not with us anymore.
I would like to stop receiving any emails for them.
I know if I go to "Mail Flow Settings\Message Delivery Restrictions\Accept messages from\Only Senders in the Following List" and select a dummy user it works but it sends my server information to the sender. and I do not want to give the
information.
Any idea how to:
Stop sending / Receiving email for these type of users?
OR
Changing the respond message?

You have a couple options. Removing the mailbox would be the simple solution to stop mail flow, but I am assuming you need the mailbox which is why you have not taken this route.
Alternatively, if you have a message filtering solution in place that sits in front of your Exchange environment, you may be able create a filter to block inbound messages for a specific address so the message never reaches your internal Exchange servers.
This would prevent any information regarding you Exchange servers being returned.
If you do not have a filtering solution to do this, you can create a delivery status notification (DSN) so that a custom response is returned when messages are sent to a mailbox. Refer to this article on creating a DSN:

Sadly, from "like", we can't really understand the error message you are receiving...exact and complete content of any errors presented are always better to help us understand rather than vague hints and such.
In any event, I recommend this. With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):

With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

I am not certain I understand your question, but if you want to send your form to specific email addresses the best way to do this is to send it as an attached PDF in your email client.

Sending email for some pages of a report

Hi!
I would like to know, is it possible to send via email some pages of a SAPScript.
I've created a report, with SAPScript output. The report is collecting a lot of data, and is grouping the data by customer.
So at the end of the report run, I have 5 pages, with a grouping like this:
1. Customer A / Deliveries 1,2,3
2. Customer B / Deliveries 4,5
3. Customer C / Deliveries 6,7,8,9
4. Customer D / Deliveries 10
5. Customer E / Deliveries 11,12
In the B, D customer master data exist an email address, so I have to send the 2nd page to the email address of B (for example [email protected]) and the 4th page to the email address of D (f.e.: [email protected]).
How can I solve this?

Sending email for selected pages of a script output

i want to know how to send email only the selected pages of an script output.Example if the script produce 10 pages i want to send 4th and 5th page to one customer and 6th ,7th page to another customer like that. because this is an customer statement of account which is confidetial. i refer so many sites but useless. i hope here my problem can solve.

Unable to send/receive emails for 3-days

Hi,
My Blackberry Torch 9800 is unable to access or send emails nor can i access email settings. The problem started 3-days ago. Rebooting makes no difference. Can you help me please? Why would this suddenly start happening?
The phone has 6.0 Bundle 2949.

On the handset, go to:
For OS5 and 4.x
Options - Advanced Options - Host Routing Table
and click Register now, and escape back to the home page.
For OS6 n 7
in options, device , advanced, host routing table, click on menu and choose register now.
Wait 2 minutes and see if registration to network happens.
If it does not happen then please contact your carrier to see if you have a BlackBerry dataplan on your account.
