Send Immeditely causes COMMIT_IN_POSTING

Hi folks,
I am taking a SAP script Invoice, converting it to a PDF, and sending as an email attachment.
My program works great when I use output dispatch time of "1 send with periodically scheduled job" and using program RSNAST00, but when I execute using "4 Send immediatley (when saving the application)" it fails with error COMMIT_IN_POSTING.
Any idea why? How do I fix it?
Thanks,
Clint

Hi Smith ,
I'm also facing the same problem .
In the smartform after configuring the message type with '4 SZend Immediately' and saving it ...generates a error message the update is terminated and shows error COMMIT_IN_POSTING.
Can u please tell me how to overcome this .
Thanks in advance
Anil

  • Email Send/Receive causes slow access to website host server. Any Suggestions?

    Hello Community.
"Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."
I have a bit of a weird problem and though it sounds silly, I'm 99% certain of the cause. My business migrated our five different sites to a new web host (shared hosting) about 5 months ago. Since then we've been plagued by a localised speed issue with connecting to that host. The host is a reasonably good one, but for some reason when connecting on our local network ONLY we were having intermittent load problems; anywhere for instant load to 40-50 seconds. After much testing we have arrived at an improbable conclusion; That accessing webmail (e.g. clicking Send/Receive) on any Mac within our network causes a massive and immediate slow-down of website access and smtp connection to any of our five sites held on the shared hosting server.
Again, I know how strange that sounds, but we've essentially proved it based on ping tests and side by side comparisons of isolated computers. The ONLY computers that are affected are the Macs on the network and also mobile browsers on multiple platforms. Windows based PCs are not affected by the slow down.
Also, the problem seems to be access based. By that I mean, one a site is accessed it loads almost instantly, but it can take up to 40 seconds of white screen before the site is reached. Interestingly, during this time, the sites' ping speeds are perfectly normal UNTIL the moment when the page is finally accessed and it loads instantly. Once the load triggers the ping speeds increase dramatically to the point where they occasionally time out. Once the site is loaded the ping speeds return to normal (approx 22 ms).
    ... help!
    Important: Things we've ruled out:
ISP is not a factor (used a 3G modem to rule this out)
Router is not a factor (see above)
Switch is not a factor (Tested different switch)
Individual terminals are not a factor (when removed from the network or isolated on the network the individual terminals perform perfectly. Furthermore when an external mac (iMac laptop) was introduced to the network it performed just as poorly)
Browser/Operating System/CMS platform not a factor (multiple CMSs have been tested, testing on multiple computers with different versions of OS have been tested, and all sites have different CMSs; Joomla, Concrete 5, Bespoke, and Wordpress of different versions)
Cpanel setup not a factor (Each site has its own Cpanel account, the are not set up as add-on domains. Furthermore, a similar slow down has been observed on other sites held on that server)
Mixed platform network not a factor (We removed non-mac based computers from the network and turned off wi-fi to isolate and found no change)
DNS does not appear to be a factor (We tested multiple DNS including Googles 8,8,8,8 / 8,8,4,4 and found no change)
Cabling does not appear to be a factor (though the cabling isn't perfect, it's at least Cat5/Cat6, plus it wouldn't affect only our sites)
Email Client does not appear to be a factor (accessing email via Outlook or Mail App causes the slowdown)
    Important: Things that we suspect
Computer Year of Manufacture: (though all computers are affected, the problem is most severe on pre-2013 constructed models (regardless of OS)
POP3/SMTP request immediately triggers the slow down (observed visually as well as in ping tests. No mail needs to be sent/received during this process to trigger the slow down, simply the request causes the spike. We haven't yet been able to test IMAP)
The Networked Macs (not the individual macs): (the individual computers when isolated on the existing hardware perform fine. Only when they are networked does the slow down occur)
DNS (Even though we've found no link to DNS, if feeeeels like a DNS issue.)
CHANGE of host. (We changed hosts due to extremely poor service and tech support. The new guys are fantastic. Though I don't think it's the new host's fault, it's possible that the change of hosts has caused our network to search for our websites in the wrong place)
Apple Knows Best: Is there something that Macs do with Mail to update a routing table? Like, could a mail application trigger an update to a local routing table?
Has anybody heard of anything like this before? Or can anybody suggest any possible things to test or change? Even though email requests seem improbable, I can confirm that it has been proved visually and through tests. As you can probably tell, our testing has been extensive so if you notice anything in our test  conclusions that I could add to please... I'm seriously open to suggestions now.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
    Kind Regards,
    -TheWebFella

    Hi Linc
Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah I'd already tried that. It's been deactivated on most of our computers already. Plus like I said, it's different browsers on multiple macs and also some mobile browsers on both iPhone and Samsung on our wireless network. I can confirm that on mac the problem is consistent across Chrome, Firefox as well as Safari.
    Thanks anyway! Any other takers?

  • Sending email causes Message Viewer window to close in Mail Version 4.5 (1084)

Sometime after running the software updater, the Mail Application Version 4.5 (1084) has started to behave differently. Each time I send an email, the email sent closes and then the "Message Viewer" window closes as well. I am still in the Mail application. The menu bar still has the Mail app. headings but I must enter "Window" and select "Message Viewer" to reopen the Message Viewer. Mac OS 10.6.8 on a Powerbook 15" (2.66 Ghz, 4GB 1067 DDR3) Build 10k540.
Is there an option that was selected after the update that causes the Message Viewer to close after Sending an email or do I have an unstable Mail application?

Try downloading these: Even if you already have this should not cause any issues.

It is a short that happens when the lappie is moved due to the hinge no longer being tightly held to the case.
Took the lappie apart this weekend. Had to do both base and screen as the hinge (obviously) goes into both bits.
1 of 2 things solved the problem for me (maybe both):
1 - Taking it apart and putting it back together again - screws all retightened etc so the hinge moves a lot less now.
2- putting some tape around the wires that are rubbed up against when the hinge moves.
There are 5 wires (3 small, round, 2 large and flat) that go through the hinge.
This guide gets you most of the way in:
    http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/Toshiba-Portege-M400/take-apart-tablet-pc-1.htm
    and
    http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/Toshiba-Portege-M400/remove-lcd-screen-digitizer-1.htm
After following the guides there is a little more to do to get into the hinge, but not too much.
All in all took about 4 hours.
Make sure you record which screws came from where - there are quite a few that look very similar but only fit certain holes.
    Enjoy and good luck.

Is the debit memo triggering an output type?
I saw similar thing long back and I remember it was caused by a output type with a print program that was doing an illegal COMMIT WORK. Actually sometimes there may be a function call inside the program attached with the output type that may be doing a COMMIT which is not directly apparent.
COMMIT WORK causes runtime error when it occurs in functions called in UPDATE TASK or forms called with ON COMMIT.
Try disabling / deleting the output type (Vf01 -> Goto -> Header -> Output) proposed and then save the debit memo and see if this error goes away. You can also try select the output type and click further data and set dispatch time to '1' (send with periodically scheduled job to avoid this issue.

  • Seeburger SFTP Sender Adapter Failure

    Hello,
a SFTP sender channel causes the follow error when executing a poll cycle:
SFTP Adapter failure Details: while trying to invoke the method com.seeburger.uri.dt.sftp.schema.DtSFTPPollingResponse.setSuccessMessage(java.lang.String) of an object loaded from local variable 'e'
The server was pinged successfully so there should be no firewall issue. We are also able to logon to the server using a third-party SFTP client.
The error description is not very meaningful for tracking down the root cause.
Do you have any idea what could have caused this error?
    Thank you.

For the Roll back error plz chk the below points.
    1. Check the module parameters.
    2. Make sure the sender agreement doesnt have any * 's.
    Ex: The SA should not be like : | BS | SI_test_oa | * | *
          SA should be like  BS | SI_test_oa | |
    3. If the input file has special chanracters ,  use the encoding .
If the above doesnt work, try to create a new communication channel and test it.
We also faced this error toomany times in the sender CC for sFTP advatco adapter.
    Thanks,

I've tried setting sip-status and pstn-cause on sip-ua but only able to modify the SIP message, not the Q.850 message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure but try this:
To map a Q.850 call-disconnect cause code to a different Q.850 call-disconnect cause code, use the
q850-cause command in application-map configuration mode. To disable the code-to-code mapping, use
the no form of this command.
    q850-cause code-id q850-cause code-id
    no q850-cause code-id q850-cause code-id
The following example maps cause code 34 to cause code 17:
    Router(config)# application
    Router(config-app)# map
    Router(config-app-map)# q850-cause 34 q850-cause 17

  • How do I send non-transacted from an transacted onMessage?

I am having difficulties sending a message from within an transacted
onMessage() (TX=req) in such a way that the send operation will
not be part of the running transaction. In particular, I want the
message to become visible immediatly for delivery to the
destination MDB, not only after the current onMessage is done.
              I tried

              as well as
              sess = qConnect.createQueueSession(true, 0);
              to no avail.

Just to be clear, you receive a message in a MDB which has the Required
transaction attribute and you want that MDB to publish a message to
another destination. And you don't want the publish to participate in
              the current tx.
I'd recommend that you have your MDB call a stateless session bean which
has a NotSupported Method. In the NotSupported method you can do the
publish. The EJB container will handle suspending the current tx before
the NotSupported method and resuming it afterward.

I'm using Microsoft Outlook on my Mac (first mistake) and I find that 4 or 5 files containg photos that I tried to send are causing problems because of their size.  The problem is I can't find a way to delete them - as these files are not in Drafts or in Send folders and every time I open Outlook it tries (again) to resend.  Can someone help please?  How do I delete those files?  Thanks

  • Sending email hangs Mail

I have done my best to scour the discussions for an answer to this problem, but if I have somehow overlooked it, then I will be happy to just follow any links people have.
My problem: About 80% of the time, sending email causes Mail to hang with a permanent beachball. My solution is to force quit and relaunch Mail. At this point, it finishes sending and behaves normally. Although often, recipients will tell me they got my email twice.
Actions taken so far: I have rebuilt all potentiall affected mailoboxes. I have trashed the Outbox entirely. I have trashed my Junk mail filters. I have used utilities to scan for corrupted preferences. Probably other things that I have forgotten at this point.
    It's a basic POP/SMTP setup.
Having invested about 30 hours so far in transitioning to Mail from being a long time Eudora user, this dealbreaker is really getting to me. If there is anyone here who can offer some assistance, I would be most grateful.
    TIA.

    Thank you for your persistance.
Because I clean out my sent and drafts folders, I have essentially run this test more than once already. (Quitting Mail. Trashing some mailboxes. Restarting Mail.) Things seem ok for a time, but you have to remember that this problem is intermittant, albeit frequent.

    Ya, I meant note.
A failed message that's been repeatedly trying to send likely caused the issue, if you are certain you are within the limits noted here:  http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4863

Problem is likely a codec mismatch.  Do you have MTP checked on the trunk between CUCM and CUCME?  When you make calls from the phone to CME, are you sure it is negotiating G729?
47 typically means a transcoder couldn't be invoked when it wanted one.  I would start looking at codec to see if you can find out what the issue is.

  • Move Internet facing site and remove Exchange site

    Background:
I am running Exchange 2010 in native mode
I have multiple AD sites connected via WAN
I have two sites each with an Exchange CAS, HT, Mailbox server and internet connections
I have one Edge server in the DMZ at the internet facing site A
All mail currently flows in/out through site A via connectors
OWA is currently hosted on the CAS/HT server at site A
I have installed a new Edge server in the DMZ of site B and cloned the configuration.
I am planning the move of the internet facing site to the new site where the other Exchange CAS/HT server resides.
Once the mail flow is occurring correctly in/out site B, I need to move all mailboxes to site B and shut down the Exchange server at site A.
    Questions:
When I create the Edge Subscription at the new site, it offers to create a new send connector.  The CAS/HT server at site B already has a send connector to site A.  Will the new send connector cause mail flow problems if it is pointing to
the new Edge server that is not yet updated on public DNS?  I am trying to do this in stages and I am not ready to change mail flow to site B internet.
What needs to happen to move OWA to the Exchange server at site B?
Once site B is handling OWA, all mail flow, and all mailboxes have been moved to that site, can I simply shut down the site A Exchange server?
Thanks for any input on how best to plan this move.  If there is any documentation for this specific scenario, I work well from instructions but have not seen anything on the internet.

    1.  Sending can happen from both sites, regardless of where your MX records point.  In fact, you don't need an MX record to send email - just to receive.  So the new send connector in Site B won't cause issues with mail flow - messages will
go out B and come in A until you rehome your MX record.
    2.  In order to move OWA to Site B, your external records for your OWA site need to point to the external IP address that will connect to the Site B CAS (and hopefully, you have it behind a firewall of some sort).
    3.  Not quite - you need to move your OAB generation to the new site, and make sure that all CAS virtual directories in the new site are configured to handle the connections that currently go to Site A.  See the following for what you need to do
to decommission your Site A Exchange servers - but where it says "Exchange 2013", think "Site A Exchange servers":
