Send SMS after wrong password

Hello,
We want to send SMS to user when a wrong password entered via OWA. Is it possible?
Thank you.

Hi,
Agree with Andy. I'm afraid we can't configure it to send SMS to user automatically when users enter a wrong password in OWA.
Best regards,

  • GS4 Can't send SMS after 4.4.2 Kit Kat update

Just as the title states, updated to kit kat last night and now I cant send SMS, only receive. All other functionality (4g wifi etc) works
    Galaxy S4

I don't know why so many people are complaining about the Kit Kat update for their GS4.  Folks you have to learn to adjust to new things.  I know its frustrating when your $600 phone that worked perfectly well before but now it is no longer able to make or get calls bothers you, but Android, Samsung, and Verizon know what they are doing.  Right??? They wouldn't release a buggy update that would drastically  change the way you can use your phone without warning you if it wasn't for your good? Right???  You just have to relax and evolve.  Things are changing.  Smart phones making and receiving calls and text messages, and connecting to the internet...that is so last week.  (you know before we upgraded to Kit Kat) .  Now you just need to think positive about all the things your phone can still do.   You may not be able to get a signal to dial out and make and receive calls.  Me neither. But i can still get the voice mails that my boss, my son's school,  and my mom's doctor leave for me.  This Kit Kat has completely changed how I can use my phone. I'm going to remain positive, because I do not want to go back to jail.     I remember 2 weeks ago when I could use my phone to make calls, send and receive text messages, and i used to be able to get calls too. People from all over would call me. It was nice.  Those were the good old days.  But Kit Kat has changed all of that now.  Its a new world and we have to learn to adjust and move on.   Now thanks to Kit Kat my Galaxy S4 is my main remote control for my tv. The IR still works.   I mean I wouldn't have normally spent $600 on a tv remote, but what can you do. Its Android.  They know what's best.

  • Enable OTP after Wrong Password while Reset Password.

    HI Everyone,
If user enters wrong password while trying to Reset Password through SSPR then OTP should be enabled.
    Help!!...
    Thanks~ Giriraj Singh Bhamu

I'm not sure what are you asking about - if he tries to reset
password, there is no need to enter (wrong) password as there are only two fields for entering new one.

You may have to do this several times.
Saw this solution on another post about an iPad in a school environment. Might work on your iPad so you won't lose everything.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
    1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
    2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
    3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
    4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
    5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
    6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
    7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
    8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Try it and good luck. You have nothing more to lose if it doesn't work for you.

  • Not able to send SMS after IOS 7.1.1 update

I updated to 7.1.1 last nite and today noticed that my SMS messages are not being received. I have tried all of the following with no success at all:
    Activated iMessage successfully
    Send as SMS activated
Send & receive: only my phone number (I live in Greece so the number shown starts with +30) is ticked, email is NOT ticked
    Deactivated iMessage
    Reset network settings
I do receive SMS messages from my husband's Samsung but my messages sent to his phone and others show on my phone as sent but they are not received. We have no carrier issues; this problem only started after the IOS update.
    Appreciate any suggestions! Thank you.

iMessages or SMS which are different, or both?
SMS/MMS are exchanged via a carrier's cellular network only. If an SMS or MMS is successfully sent, what happens to the message after that has nothing to do with the cell phone that successfully sent the message.

  • Tried to share a picture from iPhoto and it won't send .message says wrong password

I tried to send an iphoto to an email address. I have done it before, even today to another email  address and it worked.
Today it refused to go out.
Says my password did not match my e-mail address.
When I tried to do it again I get the same message. It does not let me try another password.

That's been a frequent problem. Go to iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete the email account that is being used by iPhoto. Then add it back and try again.
A better solution, IMO, is to set Mail as the email client for iPhoto in iPhoto's General preferendce pane. Using Mail gives you sent copies of all emails, better access to your Contacts and, if you you want a fancy layout like iPhoto offers, you can us one of Mails many stationary templates.

  • Recover Process after wrong password

I am unclear on the process for recovering from a situation where the password is entered incorrectly.  I have a 2011 MBP upgraded from Snow Leopard to Lion using a thumb drive bought from Apple.  I have Time Capsule in use as my Time Machine.  I have also made a clone copy of my system HD using Carbon Copy Cloner onto a Western Digital external HD.
My query has to do with doing a recovery when locked out because the administrator password was entered incorrectly.  I have no other users set up, only the original account administrator at time of purchase.
I know there are a variety of choices I have to restart, hold the option key etc.  My concern is when the recovery process begins, will it ask for the original administrator password?
So many of the processes are incredibly simple (setting up wifi, setting up synching etc).  However, I have had the experience so many times of having the process get to a point where I am asked to enter a choice, but it's like choosing "door number one or door number two".  It's OK if you know what's behind each door.
What is the process for recovery as it pertains to use of passwords?

Thanks for the quick response.  Do you happen to know what the prompts will be?  I've had the experience where I was asked (in a prompt) for the name of my computer.  Duh.  Pretty obvious, right?  Not so.  There is the normal spelling of my name in some locations and then there is the all small case name, one word.  In effect, I knew the name, but was unable to get it accepted by the system.  I just want to be prepared.

  • Send SMS through GSM modem

    Hello,
We have a requirement of sending SMS after PGI . Could anybody please help me on how to use GSM Modem to send SMS through SAP?

Hey, I can give you another tip. I am using a very reliable integration program. Its name is Ozeki NG SMS Gateway. I hope they dont cut my tip out, because this software is very useful and stable. You are also able to add this message sending function to different clients for example HP Openview or Sharepoint etc.
Sorry again, I did not intend to advertise or something like that.

  • Failed to received any SMS after upgrade to OS6

Hi there, I wish somebody could help me on this, since I've been calling CELCOM few times already, but the problem still there.
3 days ago, i just upgrade my 9700 to OS6. Before upgrade, for SMS I've been use 3rd party apps : CRUNCHsms, After upgrade, seem like i received a few SMS since the notification at my BB screen showed it. But I cannot open the sms because it been said there that CRUNCHsms can't operate in OS6. So, i just removed the apps.
The issue here is, my phone still can't received any SMS even after i removed the CRUNCHsms apps. I've tried to send test sms to my own number and few of my friends, and what happen is, my friend can receive the sms from me, but my own phone cannot receive any sms. I tried to take out the simcard and put it to another phone, and It can work normally which is no problem with send-receive sms.
    - I can't received any sms but i can send sms, after i upgrade my bold 9700 to OS6.
I really wish that somebody can help me to solve this issue, since it has been 3 days i can't received any sms.
    thank you
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hello,
Have you checked your security settings? Crunch SMS automatically switches on your firewall to make sure it routes the SMS messages the correct way.
Go to Options>Security>Firewall and disable it, also make sure there are no ticks next to Text messages, PIN etc...
Then pull your battery out and it should resolve your issue
    Hope this helps
