Send sms  through SMSC to SIM card

I interested in java card development and sms sending, I read a lot of specification but Im very confused.
I want to send some proactive command to the sim card via SMS message using smpp through a real SMSC, So How can I do that?
CLIENT->smpp  SMSC -> ME -> SIM
First Im sending smpp packet SUBMIT_SM to the SMSC, UDH contains some text message to be displayed to the mobile. 44 69 73 70 6C 61 79 20 54 65 78 74 =Display text
Do you think that is enough to set :
1: 7f Protocol Identifier: 0x7F = SIM Data download
and
2: Tag 70 SIM Toolkit Security Header
And data will be downloaded to the sim card?
How and where I should create APDU? where I should specify proactive command?
APDU: [CLASS][INS][P1][P2] [DATA]
DATA: D0 18 81 03 01 21 00 82 02 81 02 8D 0D 04 [44 69 73 70 6C 61 79 20 54 65 78 74]
Could you gave me at least some advices?
Thanks in advance,
mikestm

Hey cluxy33,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the questions.
There is no built-in feature to save SMS messages to the sim card.  You can backup your SMS messages to your computer and restore them at a later date.
I hope this helps.

        Hey there Dale1462,
    I am sorry for the issues you are having with your Lumia over in the Phillipines.  I understand that cost is a concern, so I absolutely understand why you would use a local carrier sim card while in the Phillipines.
    I am unable to troubleshoot any issues that you are having while on another carriers network. Did you have the sim card unlocked by our Global Support team?
    If not, please reach out to our Global Support team at 800-711-8300 to do so.
    Let me know if you need additional assistance.

  • Looking for some app which send SMS when there is Sim change in Iphone 4 G. Do we have any such software which is free

    looking for some app which send SMS when there is Sim change in Iphone 4 G. Do we have any such software which is free or even paid will work.

    I thought that is what the big deal was that people did not know until they opened the box and started using the iPhone 5, that it not only worked with one carrier but several carriers.  I did not say it will work with any carrier at one time.  I was trying to find out the reason for this and why people were so surprised that the iPhone 5 had this function and the reason for it.  As stated in my post, is it there so that after your contract is up and you want to go to another carrier you do not have to purchase a new iPhone, you  cna purchase a SIM card that works with your new carrier.
    The Otterbox Defender has a tendency to let too much dirt, dust, etc. in the cracks on the case. At least this has been my expereince.  I was thinking something more along some of the really durable cases at BallisticCaseCo.com
    As far as the iPhone 5 having issues, I have heard that there were more than usual with the first couple of manufactured batches that were shipped.  For example the Map App by Apple, the scratches on the backside of hundreds of iPhones, etc.  I am hoping these will get to be less and less, but with the recent riot at the one plant in China where the iPhone 5 is assembled is supposed to increase the waiting time.

    through Java and if yes then send me the code for theIt's possible, as there are several commercial offerings out there.
    But as YOU need to write it it won't do for you to try and trick someone else into writing it so you can submit it as your own.
    same . Also on which GSM Modem will it Work , I've

    A real server would have its own hardware and software to pipe directly into the network of a telco, and a contract with that telco to use their network to send messages.

  • Send SMS through GSM modem

    Hello,
    We have a requirement of sending SMS after PGI . Could anybody please help me on how to use GSM Modem to send SMS through SAP?

    Hey, I can give you another tip. I am using a very reliable integration program. Its name is Ozeki NG SMS Gateway. I hope they dont cut my tip out, because this software is very useful and stable. You are also able to add this message sending function to different clients for example HP Openview or Sharepoint etc.
    Sorry again, I did not intend to advertise or something like that.

  • Which Mobile Networks Operator could be used to send SMS through SKYPE in China?

    Which Mobile Networks Operator could be used to send SMS through SKYPE in China?

    I actually found a workable solution, based off of your suggestion.
    Sprint has partnered with Google to integrate native Google Voice onto the iPhone, using your existing Sprint phone number, for free. The only downside is, you loose visual voicemail. But, you can set Google Voice to transcribe my voicemails and send them via email, which I hear can be quite funny when it gets it wrong.
    But, not being a fan of Google's "all or nothing" approach, where they take over all your sms, voicemail, and calls, I opted to set up a free account and use Google Hangouts app to make outgoing calls. Using it this way, with out applying for a Google Voice number, or switching  my Sprint number over to Google, the caller ID just says "No Caller ID", which is ideal, since having an additional phone number pop up, might lead to confusion as to which one to use to contact me.
    So, thanks for pointing me  in  the right direction.  It's not perfect, as I imagine many friends will kick me over to voicemail when the see "no caller ID" pop up on  their phones, but it'll get the job done.
    Problem solved.

  • Impossible to send SMS through J2ME with a HTC which OS is Windows Mobile

    Hello,
    I've developed a J2ME application with possibilty to send a SMS.
    This works fine on some mobiles like Nokia 6300, but doesn't work on a HTC equipped with Windows Mobile.
    Precisely, in the case of my HTC, the variable supportedSms below is allways null.
    Can someone tell me how to solve this matter please?
                String supportedSms = System.getProperty("wireless.messaging.sms.smsc");
                if(supportedSms == null){
                        //this means the mobile can't send a sms through j2me code
                }else{
                        //this means the mobile can send a sms through j2me code
                }Regards

    Sorry, for digging up this topic, but has anybody found a solution to the problem? My sms sending application seems to work on SE's, Nokias, Motorolas etc. but not on Windows Mobile. I am testing it on a HTC s710 with Windows Mobile v. 6.0.

    How did you move you rlibrary to the external drive?
    Did you follow these steps -> iTunes: Moving your iTunes Music folder
    or did you simply drag it over?
    Don't just drag it over.
    This morning, I attempted to download itunes to the new external drive so I could play and easily import my music from there, and itunes won't download to the external hard drive! The error message I'm getting says itunes will only download to the startup disk/
    Do you mean you are trying to download the iTunes program so you can install it?

  • 6630 Saving SMS to memory or sim card

    Blonde female question...
    Please can you advise on how to save/move SMS messages onto either the memory card or the sim card.
    I can retreive messages from the sim card OK but cannot seem to find a way to get them on it!
    The only time I get the option 'save to memory card' is for objects and photos...
    Alternatively is there any way to zap them over to my laptop via bluetooth?
    I have the Japanese 6630 which is the 702NK but I cannot see that making a difference!
    Thanking you in advance. x

    do you mean the pc suite isnt working on your computer? if so, perhaps the pc / laptop doesnt have enough memory to run it? (dont know much about pcs, sorry).
    'Now said little devise has said it has copied all but how do I now check that indeed it has and is not just saving my sent messages?'..........
    do you mean the phone said its copied all you texs? if so, try removing your memory card. if that was selected as memory for messages, when you put it back in, you'll see whether it did in fact copy all your texs. when you put it back in, they should all reappear
    if you have access to the net, try downloading the newest pc suite from the nokia site. its free and will tell you the system requirements before you download it .
