Send To SoundtrackPro Question

Okay, here is a problem that's been driving me crazy.
I've previously used Adobe products but recently switched to FCS2 and I'm loving the ease of use. But I'm having an issue with sending audio files to SoundtrackPro for cleaning up.
An example: I have a training video shot from two different angles and each angle is one movie file captured into FCP. I've edited the video so that it switches between angles so I have multiple cuts of each movie file.
When I try to send one cut to SoundtrackPro to work on it sends the whole audio file from the one movie angle, I clean up the audio and switch back to FCP. However, that one cut has been altered and all the remaining cuts from the movie angle do not have the same behaviour applied to it.
I can tick the option to reference just the selection, but with the all the cuts I have made it would mean creating multiple SoundtrackPro files and applying an AppleScript to them all.
Is there anyway that I can clean up the audio on the one movie file and therefore affecting all of the cuts I've made from it?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
The reset option will only appear if you have a rescue email address. Creating one requires supplying two of the answers.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Your only option will be to contact iTunes Store support and see if they can help you. Click on this link and choose the Account Management option, and create a new case with iTunes Support.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you had a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) then you would get the reset link on your account - if you aren't getting the link then you don't have one, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

You cannot change your Rescue email after you have forgotten your Security Questions. That would sort of defeat the purpose. Contact iTunes Support to have them reset:

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox ?) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
