Is there a 'send to' widget I can attach to a pdf document or form to send pdf without downloading and attaching to an email (one click send function)
From this conversation's thread it appears that Acrobat is not the application / service at issue.
As this user forum has as its focus "Acrobat" it seems that the OP is in the wrong place.
Acrobat's one click send feature provides the user a "draft" email. The user still has to process ("click") through steps with the email client/service to actually get the email out and on its way.
I'm sure that "one click" does everything is available somewhere. Considering all it'd have to do and do right it'd be rather expensive.

My scenario is:
-online Adobe form in ZCI layout with XML based interface created in webdynpro.
-In webdynpro (form is embedded) Vendor fills out the form with the requested Payment, clicks the button and the form is saved at URL.
-Then Approver will open PDF from that link, make his change and save it at that URL.
-Then another Approver will open PDF from that link, make his change and save it at that URL.
-Finaly Webdynpro program will upload the XML data from that URL into the embedded form and User will initiate sending the form data to SAP.
I understand that every time the form is saved - it is needs to be saved in both PDF and XML.
PDF is for the user to make changes on the form.
XML is for webdynpro to upload the form data and then send it to SAP.
In Livecycle Designer there is Submit buttom in Standard library.
The button has dropdown of Submit As : xdp, pdf, xml.
So I can select only pdf OR xml - not both.
How could I send to URL both PDF and XML on one click?

I set the send from email ID as Generic Identifier for host and send to email ID as Generic Identifier for trading partner and used it in the agreement. How ever still the email message is generated with "[email protected]" as send from email ID.
However I noticed that the "FROM" field in the wire message is updated with the correct send from email ID which I used as the Generic Identifier for host.
Please advise. -
when i go onto iPhoto and choose a photo to send via email, i click send and the photo is sent and received but doesn't appear in my email sent items ?
This is not the iPhoto forum. In any case in iPhoto>Preferences select Mail or whatever email program you are using to email as the desired choice. You are probably sending directly through iPhoto.

ADF Mobile cannot directly send emails as this is a security precaution of your mobile phone (imagine all applications could send mails without you confirming). Instead the send mail functionality launches the mail client you have configured and fill in the information you provided in the application. The mail function by the way is implemented through Cordova.

I opened a pdf file that was attached to an email message I received and now it will not close when I press "Done" as files usually do. Does anyone have a solution to suggest please? Thanks.
Try double clicking your home button then force close the stuck PDF by swiping upward. Once you've done that just click the home button again to exit.

I have been attaching pdf files to emails forever. All of the sudden my pdf files won't attach to an email. It just sits there and spins like it's trying to attach but quits half way through. What could the problem be?
Please try repairing Reader installation on your machine. Do you get any error message while attaching the pdf file?

I have an 18 page full color dcoument that is taking forever to
attatch to my email (or it just won't let me send)
There is no message that says it can't send, but it indefinately says
it is still working to send.
It is 44.7MB which sounds very large, and i was wondering if that is
normal for a full color document of this size?

Disapearing email when clicking send if webmail has timed out

I was typing an email in webmail as I am using my pc at work. The mac webmail timed out without a warning message. When I clicked send, the email I was trying to send evaporated and I get the error message that the webmail has timed out.
The email I was typing is not in my drafts and is not showing as having been sent after I relogged into webmail.
The explorer page that I was typing the email into now has no back buttons or normal header with options to click on.
Where has my email gone?
Is there a way to recover it from temporary files on this pc? I have no idea where to look.

I have been trying to download iOS 6.1 on my ipad. After its been downloading for about 4 hours, I receive a message that there is an error and cannot download. How can I delete this download from my settings? I tried downloading other apps, but it will not let me unless I download iOS 6.1

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Firefox opens multiple new tabs and does not stop doing so until I close the browser and even then it opens up on its own and continues to open multiple new tabs. If I do not get to it quickly enough, I may have to do this more than twice.
I have tried downloading a study on Internet Explorer and do not have this issue. There is also a Microsoft Word option that works on Firefox but it's the .pdf that is the problem.
I have not attempted to download any other .pdf files from other sites so I do not know if it is a problem with all .pdf files. But as stated above, it is not an issue with .pdf on IE.Could you check your PDF viewer preference and try changing it to a different viewer to see whether that helps? Unfortunately, the settings file that stores those application handling preferences sometimes contains crossed up settings or settings which Firefox cannot actually implement. In that case, you generally need to rename or remove that file and let Firefox rebuild it. Is it possible to pick up an existing PDF without permissions and give it permissions?
There is a product in the field that will convert JES2 output from the mainframe to a PDF. However, the product does not have the abilility to set permissions correctly for comment and markup features to be used in Adobe Reader. The plan was to have the product email the PDF's to a Server that would be running a version of Acrobat and have Acrobat set the persmissions. So, I would need the capability to pick up a current non-permissioned PDF with Acrobat and set the permissions to demonstrate that capability prior to ordering a trial of the product in the field. I have tried to do that but it doesn't seem to work or I am not doing it right. How do I do that? Running Acrobat 7.0 PRO and Adobe Reader 9.0.
Thanks George. We are basically trying to evolve our Mainframe developers off of the need for continuous forms print. H&W's JES2WEB product will take JES2 output and convert it to PDF's. Giving each developer the ability to do markup and comment features would be great in that evolution, but unfortunately JES2WEB can't set the permissions. That's why I was looking to have a server do the permissions settings for the PDF's produced by JES2WEB. The first time I called Adobe support they indicated that Acrobat should be able to do what I was asking. Do you think Adobe's LiveCycle would be able to work in this manner from a licensing standpoint or is every desktop expected to be Acrobat licensed to get these features? The latter would most likely be cost prohibitive.
