Sender Agreement problem.. in ID

In Integration Directory, I am able to create all the things namely, Business Services and Communication Channels, Interface Determination and Receiver Determination and Receiver agreement but I am unable to create the Sender Agreement.
Let me explain my scenario : File-XI-File.
I have done all the necessary things like SLD part, Design part etc..
I have gone through the blogs by Venkat on File-XI-File Scenario...
If anybody can guide on this that will be very helpful..
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Mona

Hi,
>><i>I am able to create all the things namely, Business Services and Communication Channels, Interface Determination and Receiver Determination and Receiver agreement but I am unable to create the Sender Agreement.</i>
Create one service and inside that create a Communication channel. Then add your interfaces to it, depending on the type. If it is outbound the add it in the sender tab else in the receiver.
Then right click on the sender agreemnet and create new. Give all the required fields and click save.

  • Problems using access control in sender agreement for SOAP adapter 7.1

I am trying to use Access Control Lists to restrict user access to web services/interfaces which are exposed via PI. This can be configured via the Integration Builder Directory using the u201CAssigned Usersu201D tab of both Communication Components (Business System) and Sender Agreements.
The configuration is via the above mentioned components. However, I understand that itu2019s the adapters which at runtime are responsible for actually applying these checks.
I have been having problems getting the access control to work using a setup involving a SOAP adapter of type SAP BASIS 7.10.
The symptom of the problem is that although the access control works as expected at the Business System level, any settings at the Sender Agreement level appear to have absolutely no effect whatsoever.
I have confirmed that I have no problems if I use an adapter of type SAP BASIS 7.00. However, I really need to get this working on 7.1.
I have looked on the SAP support portal but can not find any notes that relate to this.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? And have you found a fix for it?
    Any suggestions would be welcome.

  • Problem with sender agreement in rfc

My scenary is RFC -> XI -> FILE.
I created one message interface with atribute asyncronous and output message the rfc.
I created one interface mapping and message mapping
In integration directory I created one chanel of comunication, the receiver determination, the interface determination, the receiver agreement and the sender agreement. In the sender agreement in interface I put the same name of message interface and then I activated all.
When i execute the rfc i have one dump. This dump is "senderAgreement not found: lookup of binding via CPA-cache". But i declarated and activated the sender agreement.
    Somebody knows the problem.
    Thank's for all.

    Hi Antonio,
A few things that you should know:
    1) You need not create a message interface for RFC, as RFC iself is an interface.
    2) You need to create one inbound message interface for file message.
    3) You will need two message mapping, one for request message and one for response message in case yours is a synchronous scenario. But only one message mapping (request) in case of asynchronous scenario.
4)One interface mapping both for sync and async scenario.
    In Integration Directory:
    1) 2 communication channels: sender RFC and receiver File.
    2) 1 Receiver determination, interface determination and sender aggrement.

  • Problem with Sender Agreement for EDI File to Idoc scenario

I'm configuring PI for EDI with Seeburger Adapter (Calling as a Module) and I'm having an issue with the Sender Agreement using File Adapter.
Process used is File to IDOC. EDI data will be picked up from VAN (Using existing FTP process rather than using Seeburger FTP) and stored in a folder which is being accessed by PI  to send to R/3 to create orders.
All my inbound EDI will be stored in same folder which should be picked up by XI and distribute the same depending upon the respective scenario's in ID and respective mapping/config in IR.
The whole process IR & ID works fine and also creates Idoc in R/3, if I configure for one customer for EDI 850, but when I try to configure for second customer for same EDI 850 having same ANSIX12 version (V4010) as previous customer, I get stuck at the Sender Agreement part for this second customer because I use the same CC for File read for both the customers (Scenarios) and since there is a limitation with File Adapter "sender channel must not be assigned to more than one sender agreement ".
How can I create the Sender Agreement using the same CC for my other scenario?
I tried creating multiple CC for different scenario but when I place a test file for customer A, I see that its being picked up by both CC's.
    Pl Advise.
    Thanks!

You need to configure splitter as module in sender file adapter (classifier->bic->splitter) as well as define a message splitter(with partner number and Seeburger mapping) in Seeburger workbench.
Thank you for the reply Aamir,
Do you have any document which can guide me through the process?
Does Seeburger Workbench play any role here? because I'm not using See FTP adapter to connect to my VAN. We get the data from the VAN using FTP process but not using See FTP. I'm using BIC to generate an XSD and SDA file, rest everything is in XI using File to idoc and IDOC to file process.
    Thx

  • Sender agreement not updated in XI cache after commit

    Hi all,
somehow none of my created sender agreements appears in the XI cache after commit. I also did a complete refresh of the XI chache.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!
    Denis

    Hmm,
I have created sender agreements for SOAP channels, this would explain why I could not see the agreements...
Actually I am wondering why the 'test configuration' tool in the ID brings up an 'java.io.IOException' in the receiver determination. Prior to that the sender agreement lookup fails. So I thought it's the XI Cache...
I restarted the J2EE engine but the problem remains.
    Any other ideas?
    Thanks so far!

  • No sender agreement configured in the XI Integration Directory

    Hi,
I am using MPA(MML) message format in XI scenario. My scenarios are R3->XI->Marketplace and Marketplace->XI->R3. The first scenario works fine with no problems where as when i try to post MML message from marketplace to XI system, i am seeing the "No sender agreement configured in the XI Integration Directory for the given message header:SenderParty=xxxx; ReceiverParty=; SenderService=xxxxx; ReceiverSerivce=xxx; Interface=xxxx; InterfaceNamespace=xxx;". I have created sender agreement for this secenario, and moreover i haven't this sender agreement in the xi cache. Please let me know if i am missing anything in the configuration.
    Thanks & Regards
    Sruj

Thanks a lot for replies, but i have tried all these options but no luck. Does it need any additional configurtion to resolve this issue, i dont think this is cache issue, if that is the case after all steps which i have done should have fixed it. Please post your comments.
Once again thanks a lot for everyone.
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi All,

  • No Sender Agreement is Found in JDBC Sender Case

    Hello,
I am using a sender JDBC channel in my scenario.I am getting the error as No Sender Agreement is found for that particular channel.I checked sender agreement. Its ok.But still i am getting the same problem. I checked the sender service, sender interface and sender namespace. What else i can check if the problem still persists? can anyone help me out in this regard?
    Thanks,
    Prakash

    Hi Prakash,
    Follow the steps:
    1. First try to find your sender channel in the adapter monitor at Runtime workbench. If its shown red, there are two possibilities of having error. One is with the Channel Configuration. The Second will be with the sender agreement.
If the problem belongs to second category, You have to delete your current sender agreement and create the same manually by specifying each entry properly..
    This will help you..

  • Error: Sender agreement not found, lookup of binding via CPA-CACHE failed.

    Hi,
I am doing an RFC to File Scenario in which RFC has to be triggered from CRM system. The TCP/IP connection and communication Channel are working fine. But when i trigger my RFC using the RFC destination following errors occur:
    1. The SYSTEM_FALIURE exception comes on CRM side.
    2. In adapter monitoring the following error comes on XI side:
Error: Sender agreement not found, lookup of binding via CPA-CACHE failed for Adapter type RFC.
I have also tried the scenario with RFC request as source message and also after J2EE cache refresh but the problem still persists. And one more thing my file adapter (In receiver communication channel) is not working means it is not started. And no message is coming in SXMB_MONI.
Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue.

  • Certificates are not listed in Sender Agreement

    Hi,
I have a message level key pair created on an adpater engine(say, ABC) under a Keystore view of type "USER". On target PI( where i am configuring to recieve the message from a source PI), I have a sender agreement where in i am decrypting the message using the key created on adapter engine(This adapter engine is not a center adapter engine. Its a deifferent server than the targer PI).
In the SOAP sender adapter channel i have selected adapter engine as ABC instead of centre adapter engine. And the same SOAP sender channel is used in Sender agreement.
When i am trying to put the certificate details in sender agreement with the F4 help, certificates that i have created on ABC are not listed on target PI. Other certificates(under keystore view of type "System") are listed.
What could be the problem here?

    Hi,
I think the problem is due to corresponding certifice wrongly add to list in visual administrator, generally keystoreentry and keystore view etc lists available.  Better to check with basis team your required certificate was added to which list.  Some time the problem is due to inside certificate data also for the check with certificate people they will sort out easily.
I have faced same problem in one of my project, i have raised question to sap.  They have suggested below ways to sort out problem
the F4 help of the Integration directory will not recognize the
Certificate if the Subjectkeyidentifier field of the certificate is leftunfilled . The issue can be dealt with in 3 different ways .
    1. Type in the Certificate name with out the use of F4 help (OR)
    2. Regenerate the certificate with a valid value for the
    subjectkeyidentifier . (OR)
    3. Edit the adapter meta data which is present in the Integration
repository and get the F4 help working .
For this, remove the following tag from the adapter meta data file
    <HelpServiceQueryAttribute>
    <Name>X509Extension</Name>
    <Value>SubjectKeyIdentifier</Value>
    </HelpServiceQueryAttribute>
This will be inside the <HelpServiceQueryAttributes> tag .
This method has the disadvantage that any upgrade will result in the adapter metadata being overwritten and hence the above change will
    be reverted.

  • Sender Agrrement problem

    Hi guys,
I am facing very strange problem , I have created sender agreement in ID but i am not able to see it in SXI_CACHE . I have done the DELTA and FULL cache refresh
    but nothing happened.
Any idea how to remove this problem.
    Regards,
    Keith

    Hi keith ,
Is the sender Agreement visible under the objects tab in your ID ?
if so try reassigning the the sender agreement to your scenario . Activate the same and then check whether it is reflected in SXI_CACHE .
    Thanks & Regards,
    Ashish Sharma .

  • Accessing Sender Agreement details in Module

    Hi,
How can we access(read and then modify) the sender agreement details from SOAP header in from ModuleData in the Module interface?
One way I can think of is to read the SOAP message and parse it. The problem lies with accessing the SOAP message in the process method.
I would really appreciate your help.
    Thanks.
