Display sender and receiver interfaces in CCMS
Hello CCMS Specialists,
I've a question regarding CCMS and SNMP TRAPS.
In my case I'm sending the alerts to a Third Party application via SNMP TRAPS. In CCMS I don't get the information about a specific Interface and therefore I can't send it to a third party application.
My question is: is it possibile or how to send the information from an interface (sender and receiver information) via CCMS to our Third Party application?
For example, if there has been an Internal HTTP error. We don't get the details about the interface. Hoe could we display those information as well?

Data Creation in Idoc
IDocs are text encoded documents with a rigid structure that are used to exchange data between R/3 and a foreign system. Instead of calling a program in the destination system directly, the data is first packed into an IDoc and then sent to the receiving system, where it is analyzed and properly processed. Therefore an IDoc data exchange is always an
asynchronous process. The significant difference between simple RFC-calls and IDoc data exchange is the fact, that every action performed on IDocs are protocolled by R/3 and IDocs can be reprocessed if an error occurred in one of the message steps.
While IDocs have to be understood as a data exchange protocol, EDI and ALE are typical use cases for IDocs. R/3 uses IDocs for both EDI and ALE to deliver data to the receiving system. ALE is basically the scheduling mechanism that defines when and between which partners and what kind of data will be exchanged on a regular or event triggered basis. Such a set-up is called an ALE-scenario.
IDoc is a intermediate document to exchange data between two SAP Systems.
*IDocs are structured ASCII files (or a virtual equivalent).
*Electronic Interchange Document
*They are the file format used by SAP R/3 to exchange data with foreign systems.
*Data Is transmitted in ASCII format, i.e. human readable form
*IDocs exchange messages
*IDocs are used like classical interface files
IDOC types are templates for specific message types depending on what is the business document, you want to exchange.
WE30 - you can create a IDOC type.
An IDOC with data, will have to be triggered by the application that is trying to send out the data.

An IDoc is simply a data container that is used to exchange information between any two processes that can understand the syntax and semantics of the data...
1.IDOCs are stored in the database. In the SAP system, IDOCs are stored in database tables.
2.IDOCs are independent of the sending and receiving systems.
3.IDOCs are independent of the direction of data exchange.
The two available process for IDOCs are
Outbound Process
Inbound Process
AND There are basically two types of IDOCs.
Basic IDOCs
Basic IDOC type defines the structure and format of the business document that is to be exchanged between two systems.
Extended IDOCs
Extending the functionality by adding more segments to existing Basic IDOCs.
To Create Idoc we need to follow these steps:
Create Segment ( WE31)
Create Idoc Type ( WE30)
Create Message Type ( WE81)

WE30 - you can create a IDOC type.
An IDOC with data, will have to be triggered by the application that is trying to send out the data.
Try this..Hope this will help.
Steps to configuration(Basis) >>
1. Create Logical System (LS) for each applicable ALE-enabled client
2. Link client to Logical System on the respective servers
3. Create background user, to be used by ALE(with authorizaton for ALE postings)
4. Create RFC Destinations(SM59)
5. Ports in Idoc processing(WE21)
6. Generate partner profiles for sending system
The functional configuration(Tcode: SALE)
Create a Customer Distribution Model (CDM);
Add appropriate message types and filters to the CDM;
Generate outbound partner profiles;
Distribute the CDM to the receiving systems; and
Generate inbound partner profiles on each of the clients.
Steps to customize a new IDoc >>>
1. Define IDoc Segment (WE31)
2. Convert Segments into an IDoc type (WE30)
3. Create a Message Type (WE81)
4. Create valid Combination of Message & IDoc type(WE82)
5. Define Processing Code(WE41 for OUT / WE42 for IN)
6. Define Partner Profile(WE20)
Important Transaction Codes:
SALE - IMG ALE Configuration root
WE20 - Manually maintain partner profiles
BD64 - Maintain customer distribution model
BD71 - Distribute customer distribution model
SM59 - Create RFC Destinations
BDM5 - Consistency check (Transaction scenarios)
BD82 - Generate Partner Profiles

RSARFCEX - Execute Calls Not Yet Executed
RBDMOIND - Status Conversion with Successful tRFC Execution
RBDMANIN - Start error handling for non-posted IDocs
RBDSTATE - Send Audit Confirmations
FOr testing you can use WE19.
You can directly create an iDoc using some transaction like...
Use TCODE bd10 - to Send Data
and TCODE bd11 - to Get Data
and you can check the IDoc List using TCODE we02.
As you want step by step procedure.
1. Define Logical System and Assign Logical System

Unable to send and receive email for external domain
Hi,
I just installed Exchange Server on my 2K8 domain controller. I have set up the send connector and made necessary changes to the receive connector as well. I have updated the DNS records as well on my domain registrar. I can access OWA from outside my companies
network and is able to send and receive emails for my domain but unable to send or receive emails to any other domain. I have checked the delivery report and it says that the message has been queued on the server.
I also did nslookup. Results mentioned below:

Any help would be much appreciated!Hi hg01,
According to your description, I notice that you installed Exchange server on a DC.
It is not recommended to install Exchange server on a DC. I suggest install Exchange server on a member server. More details to see:
Installing Exchange on a domain controller is not recommended
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms.exch.setupreadiness.warninginstallexchangerolesondomaincontroller(v=exchg.150).aspx
About your issue, cannot send and receive externally, I suggest make sure the DNS can be resolved first.
Then, check whether Outlook Anywhere has been enabled. If not, please enable it on both Exchange server and Outlook client side.
Last, try to configure both Send Connector and Receive Connector.
More detailed error message will be helpful for the further troubleshooting.

Hi Support,
I have Install Exchange server 2013 and create mail box and local send received locally but days back i have not able to mail send and received. what setting are required for user mail send and received locally. and how to create mx and txt record for my
domain.Hi,
According to your description, I know that the Exchange server can send/receive internally at beginning, however doesn’t work now. Please correct me if there is anything misunderstand.
Great checklist from S.Nithyanandham. Additionally, how about sending/receiving via OWA? And any error messages when can’t send and receive?
Please make sure the Message Tracking has been enabled and run following command to output track log and check detail information:
Get-MessageTrackingLog |FL > "c:\Track Search.txt"
For more information about Message Tracking logs, please refer to below article:

I suppose the cause can be found in the two-step verification or in the TLS certificate ... but in this I am a layman.

On the VESA - the Recipient Access Table (RAT) will control which domains your appliance accepts for.
AsyncOS uses a Recipient Access Table (RAT) for each public listener to manage accept and reject actions for recipient addresses. Recipent addresses include these:

This is covered in detail in the "Overview of Accepting or Rejecting Connections Based on the Recipient’s Address" section.

Send and receive files between unix machines
Hi friends,
I have to send and receive files from one unix machine to another unix machine. In my first unix machine I have tomcat webserver. Using a JSP I have to send and receive files from this machine to another machine. The destination machine contain some BAAN implementation, which take the files I send as input .
Can you send me a java program to solve this problem.Hi friends,
I am getting a problem in my application. I will state the complete problem in detail. I have to transfer 3 files from one NT machine to unix machine some where kept in net work, I used an ftp in 'Process p = getRunTime().exec("ftp -i -s:ftp.txt")'. In ftp.txt file I have given the necessary things for ftp to unix machine. The files are transfering into the unix box. When I to the process for the 2nd time I have to check whether the file are exists in the unix box, then only transfer the files. Now, again I am doing ftp bring the files from the unix box to NT machines using 'Process p = getRunTime().exec("ftp -i -s:ftp1.txt")' where ftp1 contains all the necessary things for ftp to unix machine . Now I am checking for the files available in the NT machine using boolean=(new File(filename)).exists(), Fine out of 3 files, 2 file shows the return type as 'true' and one file is showing 'false', even the same happens if I delete the 3 files after checking, out of 3 files, 2 file shows the return type as 'true' and one file is showing 'false'. I went to the folder where I am bring files from and removing the files manually, one file is showing share violation, one process is using the file . I am unable to resolve this problem, will this code what I write is acceptable if not suggest any other code. I have sending all the snippets of the programs. As of yesterday, my iPhone 5 stopped allowing me to send and receive messages from my Hotmail accounts. Is this a problem on Apple's end, or Hotmail's? I've seen one post that claims Hotmail is having difficulties with mobile devices at the moment, but could do with some clarification (if there actually is any out there).
Thanks in advance! It is a problem on Hotmail's end and they are working on a fix. Here is a link to keep up-to-date with their progress if anyone else is in my position: https://status.live.com/detail/hotmail

On Imac I am not able to send or receive messages. All software is updated. My iPad that uses the same email address and the Cloud, sends and receives just fine. It is not "the colored" thing that is spinning but the little black and white circular icn that is spinning away. My other email address is functioning fine. It is merely the ICLOUD based email that is acting up. Any ideas?
First try deleting the account and reinstall it.
