My phone has a defect. I can not access data. all I am able to do is send messages and place calls. My service provider even did a hard reset and still the phone has no internet. Any idea where i send the phone to, to have a new one sent back to me! PLEASE HELP ASAP! thanks

Contact your service provider for there specific policy on this matter. When my carrier does a warranty exchange, they mail me my new replacement phone (UPS/FedEx). The package includes everything needed (instructions, even a return shipping label) then schedule a pick-up with the chosen package carrier or drop it off at one of there many convenient drop-off locations/drop-box.

I thought that I heard, if you send in your iphone for a warranty exchange they would send it back for it having some little bumps and bruises. Let me know your experiences.

Only Apple can say for certain. As no one here works for Apple we would only be speculating.
Also, Apple does not repair iDevices (with the exception of replacing batteries or screens on the 5/5S), it will be replaced if they determine the issue is a warranty issue.

Apple is shipping me a box but what if I decide not to send my phone back?

Apple is shipping me a box for my phone because I filled out a service thing on the Apple website for my recently shattered phone screen. When they send me a box to wrap my phone up in and send them it, what if I decide I don't want too? Like if I found a cheaper way of fixing my phone after I filled out the service support.

If it's asking you to pay, they won't send a box until you pay. If you were to get a box anyway and did not pay anything, then just discard the box or save it for wrapping presents during the holidays. Apple will auto cancel the order after a period of time. You are not obligated to complete and service unless you paid for it, then it requires action to get the refund

Lost phone by transit...I just want my phone back

Ok so my iphone 5s which was in top condition because i went out and bought an otter box. So over time i released i started having problems with my speakers. For example: if i put my phone on my speaker the person on the other side could not hear me. So i checked my warranty and since i got the phone in January its still covered. The phone is an gold edition iphone 5s. I called apple and they sent me a box where i could place my phone in and ship it back to apple. Now i have done this many times before with my other iphones because for some reason i always get broken iphones without softwares. So i get the box on 09/13/2014 and on Tuesday night which goes to Wednesday mail time 9/17/2014 my phone is in the mail place waiting to be shipped. Now i go online 9/21/201 and see that for the service request is still on step 1. Now as i noted i have done this plenty of times before with apple and i have gotten a replacement/returned phone within three days. So since it hasnt moved from step one i was worried and contacted apple. They have no information on my phone or where it might be at all. Fedex has no idea where my phone might be. My apartment has had no returned products back to my place. So i contact apple again and apparently their customer service has no online chat you have to call. Thing is i dont have a phone and cant borrow one. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET MY PHONE BACK, MY LITTLE MIND TOLD ME NOT TO SEND IT IN BUT I DID ANYWAY AND NOW IM STUCK WITHOUT A PHONE AND APPLE DOESNT CARE. I WILL NEVER EVER SEND MY PHONE TO EVER GET REPAIRED IF I GET THIS ONE BACK. I PULLED ALL A.S IN SCHOOL SO THAT I COULD BUY MYSELF THIS GIFT AND NOW ITS GONE.

I would assume you copied the tracking number on the package? If so, simply go to Fedex (or whatever carrier it was) and check that tracking number and/or call them to ask what happened to it. And/or you do have the record of Apple sending you an email about the matter?
If Fedex (or Apple) has no record and you do not have any proof that you shipped it, I don't believe that anyone can do anything. Not sure if your home insurance would cover this - probably not, but it's worth a phone call.

The iphone warranty is not international. It is based from the original country of purchase. You will need to ship to someone you know in the Canada to bring it to Apple for evaluation. Then that person will have to ship the phone back to you. Shipping and insurance will be at your expense. In the terms of the iphone warranty:

How do I switch on my phone back when my lock button is spoilt?

My lock button isn't working for a few months already. I'm afraid my phone battery would died & I won't be able to switch it on back. Is there a solution for me to switch on my phone back when my lock button is spoilt? Other than changing to a new phone or send it for service.

When your battery dies just connec it to your PC through data cable. It will turn on.
You can also use Accessibility Shortcut once your device is on to lessen the use oh HOME as well as POWER button.
Settings>General>Accessibility>Assistive Touch> Turn it on.
You will have a small app like icon on the screen which can move freely throught the screen.
It helps a lot trust me.

Problem with starting my phone back up

I'll shortly sum up the problems with my blackberry curve 9360.
My phone is 4 months old I bought it in a Belgian shop. I havn't had many problems with it before, I barely added any apps besides 2 free youtube players one about a month ago and the other 3 months ago. Yesterday night the battery died on me for one of the first times since I got the phone, now today when I try to start it up it goes crazy.. The screen freezes on my clock and I can't do anything, sometimes it changes to the "Enter pin code" screen and when I try to type in my pin nothing happens till after a few minutes then it either turns off or goes even more crazy. I have tried a lot of things to resolve the problem but nothing helped..
This is a list of the things I tried that didn't help:
-Remove battery.
-Update my phone to a newer version through BlackBerry Desktop Software.
-Set phone back to an earlier back-up.
-Safe Boot (holding backspace button)
Also noticable my BlackBerry Desktop Software can connect to my BlackBerry.

Please never allow your Battery go below 10 % it decreases the Battery life,And also you had aleady tried a lots of think But still I prefer you perform a Clean reload of your Device Software after that Restore only your important data from your previous Backup like Contacts and Calender entries No application from previous Backup.
