Hi Susana,
To get this requirement you need to do the output determination configuration for the shipments in IMG.
SPRO>Logistics Execution>Transportation>Basic transportation functions>Output control-->Maintain output determination for shipments.
You define ouyput type here to send the mail.
Take help of ABAPer to develop the output program in such wayand assign that to the output type.

You can open your email, then click on add attachments and then search for your scanned document, should be in the my scans folder in your my documents if you are using windows. When you find the document and attach it to your email just hit send on your email.

Cannot send or receive mail after installing iOS6 on iPhone4.
All email accounts are still fine and not lost but ever since I installed iOS6 I cannot send any new email and I am not receiving either. That includes my Exchange, Yahoo and Hotmail. I didn't loose any old email in my Inboxes.

I am having a similar problem. I have iPhone 4 with the updated iOS6 and a Hotmail account. Mail had been working after the update, but I noticed that wasn't really pushing my mail like it used to before the update. I wouldn't get notifications after the update and when I open the Mail app, it would take much longer to download emails. I decided to remove my Hotmail account and then re-add the account to the phone to see if that would fix the problem. No such luck. Now I have zero emails in my inbox on my phone when there is new email sitting in my Hotmail inbox on my laptop. I've tried to delete and add the account multiple times now while rebooting the device and nothing changes...I've looked into other fixes mentioned here that say to change the settings on cellular date, airplane mode, push vs fetch, etc. and nothing is working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Requirement: 1. After the creation of a certain task, a mail should go to the user... this I have done using the Java Mail API.
*2. After 2 days if the user don perform certain task, a reminder mail should be send to him EVERYDAY after the INITIAL 2 days.*
how to achieve this in the Java mail.. I have heard of Java mail Schedulers but I am not able to find it.. If you can give me some guide or some steps or some article for this I would be very very gratefu to you.

Nope. It means that if you want to schedule something, use code which does scheduling. Like Quartz for example. Bear in mind that the "something" in this case would involve sending an e-mail, but your scheduler wouldn't care about that.

Sending automatic e-mail after change credit limit

Hi All,
I need to send an external e-mail after a change credit limit happened.
If the credit manager changes the credit limit credit-KNKK KLIMKE (via FD32 tcode), when he click on "save" I need to send an automatic e-mail to the the customer manager.
I didn't find any user-exit or enhancement.
Can anyone help me or show me how to solve the problem?

Can't Send or Quit Mail after upgrade to 10.4.7

I just upgraded to 10.4.7 today via Archive & install, and while everything else appears to work correctly, I can't Send from Mail, and if I try to Quit after doing that, it hangs and must be Force Quit.
Permissions are okay, but when I try to Send mail, it appears to go nowhere; there's no error message, no item in the Sent items box, nothing. There's also nothing in the Outbox in ~Library/Mail, and it hasn't been renamed to Delivered. The problem exists for multiple accounts; I can't Send from any of them, and if I send mail to one of the accounts from the web, Mail crashes when it tries to receive it.
Any help in fixing this would be appreciated.

Verify disk was fine, so I moved Outbox.mbox to the Desktop and tried relaunching Mail. When I went to check a single mailbox, it crashed, before I even selected the mailbox to check.
In the meantime, I've lost my menubar items for the Clock and Volume (again), and some of my Preference Panes are not working because the system claims they can't be loaded or that I may be in Safe Mode, which I'm not. If it help, here's the crash report:

I have just moved to iCloud and now I cannot send email but can still receive email

Problem solved.
Go into Mail/Acounts and delete you iCloud account.
Now add a new account and type in your details for MobileMe/iCloud.
It should now work. O noticed the default server name is different.

Hi Vinod,
If you are on Ehp4 you can use the BRF as a framework to create a custom developed event/action to send out the e-mail. Or you can copy the standard bulk program of audit calculations and create to functionality to send out e-mails after the run.
There is currently no standard e-mail related to this process. You could check the standard workflow HRIQ_ADM_UG template to retrieve tasks to be copied in your own workflow (example HRIQ_APP1).

By using he action profile you can trigger the email once you save the transaction.
We have processing types in action profile,
1.Immediate
2.Recurring
3.After saving
In ur case you can after saving the document.
and assign the action profile to the transcation type.

Based on my knowledge, we can use the following transport rule to make that except with one user, other users cannot send outbound external emails:
And I’m afraid that there is no Exchange feature to make one specific HUB server rout all external emails.
Because if a Send connector is configured to send messages to an external domain, any Hub Transport server in the organization will route a message for that domain to a source server for that connector to be relayed to the destination domain.

I'm trying to create a persona account for: (Email removed by mod) but when I try to sign up after I've entered my e-mail and new password, I do not receive my confirmation e-mail (after repeated attempts).

The original url you gave me was: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/persona/ which is in the first screenshot I provided. If I am in the totally wrong place, it is because that is where I was recommended to go.

I contacted my e-mail courier and microsoft, they told me that is was a plugin from Mozilla Firefox. Since then I must go through Java to send or open an e-mail... this is NOT to my satisfaction, it takes too long for all of this to open and if it is not cleared , I am dropping Mozilla and going elsewhere. Why has this occurred? Is this a result of the last update? If so can I delete the last update and continue on the other version?

It might be helpful for us if we knew exactly which web-mail provider you are using. It seems strange to me that viewing or sending web-mail would actually "need" Java for operation, its more likely that some other item on the web page needs Java to run some advertising or other garbage that isn't a necessary part of the web-mail functionality you want to use.
