Sending an email when the report is being refreshed

Is it possible, in Answers, to send an email automatically when a report is being refreshed ?

You can do this multiple ways, As you mentioned using conditional ibot also. You should have flag or indicator in your database saying that ETL load was done. Then based on conditional request run a ibot. But the trick is after completing this ibot you need to turn of the flag.
Other easiest way is Create a report which runs ibot, Make sure you checked Oracle BI Server Cache feed check box, save the ibot. At the end of ETL execute a command which runs the ibot job for you. There is a command mode application available in Oracle BI called SASchInvoke.exe. This application will run the ibot for you.

Need to send Automatic mails when the report successful or Fail.

Hello Experts,
Created one report for reconciliation to check BW and R/3 figures.
There are exceptions designed using reporting Agent settings on the same report.
(When the values from R/3 to BW are matching it shows Green color and if the values are not matching report shows red color in the columns.)
There are some mandatory variables for Company code, Period and Currency Type.
Selections for Company code and Period are fixed but We have three currency types (00,10,30)
Reports needs to be executed for three currency types.
Requirement is that
when the report is executed for One currency type (Ex u2013 00)
If the key figure column shows Green color , Immediately mail has to be sent to necessary mail IDs saying the status successful.
If the key figure column shows Red color , Immediately mail has to be sent to necessary mail IDs saying the status Failed.
Like this the same report has to be executed for other two currency types and send the the same status as above phenomenon.
Sending mails can be taken care by BASIS people with SMTP configuration.
I want to know the development needs to be done from BW side.
Are there are any settings in BW to send the message as Successful when the report shows green color and message as failed when red color appears in the report.

Create Upgrade Evaluation Site Collections Timer Job does not send notification Email when the Site is created

Hello Everyone,
My problem is:
The Create Upgrade Evaluation Site Collections job does not send a Notification Email when the Eval Site is created. I only get a notification E-Mail that mention that a Upgrade Evaluation Site Colletion is requested and then after 27 Days that the Evla
Site will be deleted in three Days.
My Enviroment:
SharePoint Foundation 2013 Sp1 on Windows Server 2012
Exchange 2010 SP3

Hi domschi,
As I understand, you didn’t receive email generated from Create Upgrade Evaluation Site Collections timer job. While you might receive email generated from Delete Upgrade Evaluation Site Collections.
When you request an evaluation site collection, the request is added to a Timer job
which runs once a day. You will receive an e-mail message when the upgrade evaluation site is available. This might take up to 24 hours. The message includes a link to the evaluation site. Upgrade evaluation site collections are set to automatically
expire (after 30 days by default).
Please go to CA > Monitoring > Review Job Definitions, locate issue timer job and click Run Now. Then go to Job History and check if the issue job failed to run.
Also, please check if the email are received by Exchange Hub server.

If its just sending an email this can be achieved.
An ABAP program can be developed to trigger this email and the same can be attached in the print programs tab of Automatic payment run with proper variant.
But, if an workflow needs to be triggered then its a very huge task.
Check if there is any standard SAP workflow for the same, i think there isn't any like that.

My iphone got stolen and i went to find my iphone on my ipod to remote lock it and i remote locked it about 5 times and it says it will send a email when the iphone has been locked but i never got a email does that mean the thief has went to itunes

aww so if they restore it i wont be able to dial the old phone number that i had on it even if i turned it on.... and since i never got a message saying that the lock has been successfully added they already restored it :3

Hi,
There is no automatic email function to send change made in BOM. You have to create query, query layout and then you have to schedule and email to user.
Use below query:

I need to reset my security questions but when I send an email to the rescue email it doesn't get to me its the wrong email. help?

When I try to send an email to the rescue email, it doesn't work. It says the email starts with an "h" but none of my emails start with an "h". I also don't know how to edit the email. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I am trying to reset the Security Questions as I have forgotten them, when I have logged into My Apple Id, and click on the button to reset the Security Questions, it states it is sending an email to the Primary Email address. I do not have the option to input a Rescue Email address, the only option I have is to input an Alternate Email address, which I have done so.
Also when I have tried to book an appointment throuth Online Support, I have not successful, I have rung a telephone number provided by the Mac Store in Perth, Australia and the reply provided is that we are closed. I was given to understand that Apple provided 24/7 Support to their users.

Came here to complain about this maddening feature. Why it doesn't save the PDF out to a separate instance of the document is beyond me. PLENTY of us want to save the PDF without the layers, and want the PSD separate.
"Oh good, I've completed this document.... let me just save it out as a PDF for client delivery and... Now all the work is gone."
Genius, Adobe, genius. But it's cool--we'll just keep paying out the nose on a subscription basis with no fix for small errors like this.

Send Email Attaching the Report generated in Program.

I am generating a report in list format with write statements.
My requirement is to send an email attaching this report as an attachment.
I wanted to know how to get the listobject of the report generated by my program from the memory. Can anyone guide me with this ?
It will be appreciable , If any one can give me more information on sending mails attaching the reports generated by the program.

My problem is to get the listobject name which got generated after the program run.I want to attach this list report to the email. I have seen a code from one of the link.

Here the report is sumitted with the option of exporting the list in to the memory which is later read using 'LIST_FROM_MEMORY'.
But here i need the same report's output to be captured and want to read the list generated from memory into table.
How can i get the listobject of the list generated by the report in the same report program itself ??

They've always been able to send to me individually - just not when my email is part of a group or even when it's just included with several other addresses added one at a time.

I don't see any error handing in the Main.VI. Are you performing any error handling that might be able to provide information about communications or update failures?

Send as email attachment the billing document as pdf when created and saved

HI All,
I have already searched the forum but could not find a satisfying answer so i am posting this question,
The requirement is to send an email containing biiling document converted to pdf format when a billing document
is created and saved in VF01 transaction.
I have already converted the output to pdf format in my driver program and also know how to send an email containing the same ..but this works only when user prints using VF31 .
Kindly tell the configuration steps which are required...and hot to achieve the same.

There is a blog on a similar topic which explains how to email purchase order in SAP to the vendor. The settings are required in Vendor Master, NACE and SCOT.

Sending an email to the user if the WEBi scheduling failed in CMC

Hello Everyone,
Current scenario :
I am scheduling WEBi report through CMC and the report is going to end user email as an excel attachment.
Desired Functionality :
What happens is if the scheduling fails due to some reason. The email does not go to the end user on a particular date and then he complaints.
What i need here an email sending option that if the WEBi scheduling has been failed in CMC an email should go to the user saying : " The WEBi scheduling has failed. The team is working on it " . (This is just a sample message)
So the idea is to send an email to the user when the WEBi scheduling fails in the CMC. How to achieve this ?

Hi Ashutosh,
You can send an alert email to a group when the schedule fails to run by choosing the "A job has failed to run" option under notification.
You can see this option only if you schedule the report through CMC.
