Sending any email - error message 'exceeded their send quota'

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: User [email protected] has exceeded their send quota. Please verify that your email address is correct in your Mail preferences and try again.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled TB. Removed and added the email account, tried multiple out port combinations of 25,80 and 3535' checked online at godaddy and can send mail just fine, no quota's exceeded, plenty of hard drive space, threw away all emails, in and sent. This is my POS computer and we need it working! Please don't make me go back to Outlook!!!!

Thunderbird does not set quotas. Email providers do. Ask them.

    How can I get access to edit and delete the Yahoo calendar from my iphone? I never schedule anything from the Yahoo webpage. All my appointments and reminders are scheduled from the iphone.

    My Yahoo email account worked just fine on my iPhone 4S  for the last 2 months. Then this morning I started receiving the apple.imap.mail,yahoo error.  I tried all of the steps above in solving the yahoo email issue including numerous hard re-sets and deletions of my yahoo account settings without any success. So I gave up trying to use the default Yahoo setup option.  I added my Yahoo account back as an "other" type email account and then had the option to choose to set it up as a "POP" account instead of an IMAP type. I then just used the server settings recommended from Yahoo Help for a Yahoo Plus Email POP (or just google yahoo plus email pop settings). This works and I am back in business.
    I'm not sure if this will work for yahoo mail classic accounts.
    Frustrating that this issue seems to have been going on for quite awhile and Apple still as not made any acknowledgement of this issue or proposed a fix for those of us that can not resolve the issue with a reset.

    Check the thumbnails for exclamation marks, an indication of missing files. If you have moved images or folders using your computer operating system LR won’t know what you did and the original links will have been broken. You need to point LR to where you now keep the image(s) on your hard drive.

    Sir, your Apple ID can be used as an iCloud account as well. They are both the same thing.

    Guess what? The folks responding to you here are all just users like you, we don't work for Apple, so, you know, your pain is of little interest.
    This has been the cause of your problems:
    I checked in Iphoto preferences and the box to automatically import photos to Iphoto was unchecked.
    What that means is you have connected your camera and iPhoto has imported references to your photos - links, in other words. It did not copy your files into the Library.
    Then you took away the camera.
    Now iPhoto is looking for the pictures.
    You'll need to import the images again - but if you do you'll have masses of duplicates. So, trash the existing library, create a new one and start over.

    Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, things have gotten progressively worse now in another direction. After I posted this, I shut down my computer to go to work. It had to "rebuild" the filevault sparseimage to recover space.
    Now when I restarted it, I am missing things from my dock, ? marks are in their place, all of my preferences have been set to some default AND this is the biggie - I have no mail accounts whatsoever. When I click on Mail, it asks me if I want to establish a new account. It looks like the FileVault action has totally screwed up my system.
    I tried rebuilding the permissions as recommended above using safe boot. Didn't help. I am now trying to repair the FileVault sparseimage as recommended elsewhere. I think I now see what the problem might be. I have two different sparseimages for the same account with the only difference is that a 1 is appended to the second one. Unfortunately I can't tell which it is. I have a feeling I should repair the 1st one (without the suffix 1). It must not be able to open that and hence that is why it made a second one.
    Any other help anyone?

    If you continue to exceed message sending limits, try the following methods to resolve the issue:
    Check your Mail Outbox to see if it contains a backlog of messages. Resend or delete messages here that may be continuing to try to send.
    Check to see if you have any network monitoring software that might be using your iCloud account to automatically send messages, such as firewalls or internet security software configured to send an alert when a potential security issue is detected.
    If you send messages to groups, make sure all email addresses in the group are valid. (For example, is the recipient's email address spelled correctly?

    my sent emails don't save in the sent folder. When I click send for a new email ... I get an error message that says it can't save to the sent folder. Just started using TB yesterday.

    I have a similar problem, except my progress bar never ends. The last thing I should read is message to saved in sent folder. If I close the window, the message does not appear in the sent folder. I have to tell you I have been using Thunderbird for several years now. As of yesterday, it was working fine. Now it isn't and this has left me scratching my head.

    I have my work email on my Tour 9630 (VZW; v5.0.0.975) and it is a lifesaver. This AM however, I started receiving 'error messages' whenever I sent an email to colleagues at my company -- i.e. those with the same @____.com addy as the one I was sending from. I rebooted the BB, same thing happened. Tried removing the email account, rebooted the BB, and added the email account again. Can receive emails from colleagues, but can't reply to them or forward to them. Just keep getting the following error message:
    5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'IP Authorization check failed - psmtp'
    Verizon Wireless couldn't help, as I'd already done all they recommended. And my work IT team said the emails aren't even hitting our company server, its being stopped somewhere else along the line.
    I get close to 500 emails a day on this and not being able to send replies to colleagues or forward messages to them is unacceptable.
    ANYONE have any brilliant suggestions or solutions???

    How is your email integrated on your BlackBerry?  I assume it's using Outlook Web Access (OWA)?  Also, are you able to send emails to addresses outside of your domain?
