Sending blank emails and Reciecving jumbled HTML emails

I'm having a few problems with mail.
1) When someone sends me an email from Microsoft Outlook some of the emails come up blank.
2) When i reciecve emails i sometimes just get the HTML source code.
Any help with this would be great!
And if anyone knows how to change the system fonts that would also be great!

Welcome to Apple forums.
To change fonts, open Mail and click on preferences>fonts.
To "fix" your problem, try this:
Open mail and highlight your mailbox (s). Select mailbox from the menu bar and click on "rebuild."

I understand that you want to change the full name associated with your email account in Mail on OS X. Here is an article that will help you find this setting and adjust it:

Go into the Settings> and then tap on Mail contacts and calendars.
One that screen tap on the email account you want to delete. On the next screen at the bottom it should give you the options to "Delete Account" in red. Tap on that and delete the account from your iPad.

Outlook 2013 IMAP account company issue. When i read an email and scroll to other email , previous email goes again to Unread.

Outlook 2013 Sp1 IMAP company account issue. When i read an email and scroll to other email in reading pane opens the 2nd message in the mean time 1st email again goes to Unread (format highlighted again as unread email) or sometimes it remain as
read message.

Here is my code and what is strange, there are incoming mails (I see them at upper corner and at inboxes) with zero recipients, giving me the message below. So I will give up and change ,at Outlook accounts configuration ",display names"
to the valid address names (ie Instead Manuel Costa I will put

Sender Mail Adapter able to retrieve HTML emails?

Hi there,
I stamped over an issue that look like an adapter limitation, would like to hear you opinions.
We´re using a POP3 account configured in a Sender Mail Communication Channel with XIPAYLOAD, with this attempts:
- with or without the Mail Package;
- any type of encoding;
- must keep attachments.
In all of this options always the retrieved email from the POP Server comes in TEXT format.
Does the Mail Adapter support HTML emails?
Does the Mail Adapter support mixed/alternative Content-Type?

Ok,
I´m using the Sender Mail Scenario.
I tried the MessageTransformBean (Transform.ContentType) to force the Content-type to text/html and it made no difference.
Is there any Advanced parameter that would help? No docummentation from SAP on those ones.
I want to keep the original email body, but looks like the adapter only read plain text.

Send word or pdf document as HTML email

Hello all,
we have word documents (on a local file) that we want to send via SAP as HTML email, i.e. we need the content of the word document in the email body. The documents also contain images. With the class cl_bcs I can send mails including attachments and also pure HTML but I don't know how to convert the word or pdf document into HTML and how to process it to get the images in the correct way. Is there perhaps a more direct way to achieve the goal to mail the word documents? Is there anybody who can help?

First, as you guessed, most (all?) mail clients don't display "complex" documents (doc, xls, pdf, etc.) inside a mail, they are always provided as attachments. Only simple documents like images can be directly displayed.
SAP's job is not to convert from a format to another, especially .DOC and .PDF formats, which are rather complex.
You'd better look at specialized third-party softwares. Note that SAP has a connection tool called BC-XDC (eXternal Document Converter) which is used to connect these third-party softwares to SAP. You may look at the certified softwares using this connection tool.
Notes: if the .DOC and .PDF documents are generated by one of your programs, prefer to modify them to generate the documents in another format (HTML) instead of converting them. I can't say much as I don't know your exact scenario.
There is also SO_RTF_TO_HTM (and CONVERT_TEXT maybe) function module, but I wouldn't expect much of it.

When I send emails and then check the email in sent items, the pics i attached are black squares instead of the image, why?

It does tis on my iPad, iPhone too, so is it an issue with muy carrier and home wifi or an apple issue?
I'm just checking my sent mail foldr and it doesn't display the images i sent, just black squares

It's probably quite simple, and nothing to do with your Address Book group.
It is a matter of 'junk mail' or 'spam' filtering on the recipient end, I think.
1. Apparently not everyone in your Address Book group (12 of 15 apparently?) has your current email address among their 'permitted email addresses', so, your original email message ends up in their 'junk mail' or 'spam filter' or whatever it is called by their email provider. Some businesses and schools also filter incoming messages for subject, language, content, or by sender's address (one company I dealt with prohibited all incoming email from Hotmail, for example), so it could be filtered at that level. In that case, the recipient might have to specifically ask the IT department to add your email address to a 'permitted' list.
2. When someone else in the group hits 'reply all', THEIR email address IS among the 'permitted email addresses' for everyone else, and they are in effect 'forwarding' your message from their email address, so the filtering affecting your email address does not affect their re-sending of your message.

I have a macbook air OS X ver 10.9.2. I received a message in my yahoo email address saying I have a video message from my friend's email address. This is exactly what it said:

He is an old friend of mine who is now living in Australia so even though it looked suspicious I opened it in the heat of excitement, a new webpage led me to the news section in yahoo.com. Thats when I realised I shouldn't have opened it. I immediately deleted the email. After few minutes I successively stated receiving a total of 6 messages saying sorry delivery to these emails have failed, the message in all these 6 email address was the same weird codes but to different email addresses. I have not sent any emails to any of those email addresses. I think the email is hacked now. I have changed my password. I again received a message similar to the first prompting me to click a link to locate the message, I have deleted again. Is there anything I need to do or is the computer protected?

Usually this means that a spammer has compromised the mail account or PC of one of your contacts, and is forging your address as the return address in the headers of his messages. The bounce messages from mail servers that reject the spam come back to you. You should check your own mail accounts to make sure there's been no unauthorized activity. You can create a Mail rule to delete the bounce messages automatically.

Iphone 4 16gb on verizon is sending blank texts and receiving symbols instead of letters from only certain people

so i have had an iphone for a year ish and recently replaced it. on both phones from my boyfriend and my grandma (the only ones who have had this problem) i will receive their texts as a bunch of random symbols or gibberish every so often and again every once in a while i will text them a message and it will be blank so i send it again but change the words a little just in case but it still sends blank messages. im tired of this problem and i have no idea how to fix it. any ideas? ive tried turning off the mms messaging and turning it back on, but it still keeps happening. i think it might be a carrier problem??? all three of us are on Verizon. but im not sure.

Have you tried to factory reset/restore your phone? May be also worth checking all the text carrier settings are correct such as message centre number.

Can't open email and contacts after changing email address in iCloud

I changed my email address in iTunes and iCloud and now I cannot open email and contacts. The beachball appears and after about 2-3 minutes I get a message that the program cannot open. I'm ready to throw my iMac out the window. It is only a couple months old.

Back up all data.

Is it possible to to change my security email and the use it as my main id account email?
When I try I keep getting an error to say the email address is being used. Any suggestions or do I need to create a new email address to achieve this?

The rescue email address must be a different email address than your Apple ID. That is the idea behind having a rescue email address.
Once you are using the address for the rescue email address, I don't think that you can change it to the main Apple ID email address. That is why you are getting the message that the address is already in use.

I closed my iPad cover with a draft email open. When I reopened the cover, the cancel and send buttons are grey and all I can do is edit the email. The email app seems frozen. What do I do?

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work (or if you can't get to the homescreen) then do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
